here are five Advanced first T jewels that you can do alone if you're constantly finding yourself to not have anyone to train with Jewel number one is an advanced juggling Jewel all you need is a football and some space the pattern to this juggling exercise is to go laces first then inside of the foot places again then outside then you repeat it onto the other foot while keeping it up you should do this jeel until failure as it is a great jeel to improve the control with the ball with all parts of the foot with both your right and left foot now that you've got your control on F for the ball let's move on to duel number two which is similar to je number one but not involves a war there is no magic or special trick to this all you need to do is keep the ball up in the air while hitting the wall that's it just like bov has said this duel helps you train your touch it can help you train how to stop the ball coming from different angles which is all trying to simulate what can happen in a real game to make it challenging at times move closer to the wall to make the touch us quicker and at times move further back to make the pass to the wall much harder or while trying to keep the ball up in the air do this for around 10 minutes jeel number three is a directional first touch wall passing Jewel with a conb you're going to pass the ball with the inside of your foot and check towards the wall with a pass and play a One Touch pass back and then you're going to back pedal a bit to take your first touch across your body around the coin to play the next pass with your opposite foot you can use the inside or outside of the foot to take that touch around the coin do this jeel for around 10 minutes to really train that first touch playing across your body J number four is position touches first you need to set up a square with some cones now you're going to Simply juggle the ball and kick it above head high but you're going to kick it outside of the square so you can take that first tdch back into the square this makes you have to be more precise and accurate with your first touch especially as the ball is coming from the air use this for around 5 minutes drill number five is similar to drill number four but instead of kicking the ball outside of the square you just kick the ball up as high as you can within the square and cushion the ball down onto your feet to train that cushion touch do this for around 5 minutes if you do these Jews daily for at least a week I can guarantee that you'll see some sort of improvement training that first touch is so crucial to take that next step into do more advanced things so make sure to never neglect these types of trainings leave a comment below on what position you play and who your favorite player is and as always enjoy the beautiful game thank you
