5 Removed Forgotten Structures in Minecraft

[Music] so a few of you have actually been asking me to make a video about generating structures in Minecraft so here I am today to do exactly that so what's going on guys oh my name is Anthony I am so excited to make this video I think it's a really interesting but anyways today I'm going to be bringing you guys a 5 removed forgotten structures in Minecraft now this video will basically be about generated structures that used to spawn and generates in your Minecraft world but have now since been removed from the game now if you guys do enjoy today's video then be sure to get this video a like rating as it's going to help me out a huge bunch but anyways enough of me rambling let's go ahead and get straight into today's video I really hope you all enjoy it this is a very interesting one but yeah let's get started number one the first removed structure we have on our list is a generated structure known as the brick pyramid and as the name suggests they're made entirely out of brick now the brick pyramid was a large structure added in the if dev phase of Minecraft and it was completely solid having no interior rooms at all which meant the structure itself served little to no purpose to the player to be honest the other interesting feature about the brick pyramid is that they were extremely rare and would usually spawn very far away from the spawn point but yeah in later versions of Minecraft if death the brick pyramid was removed from the game but let me know your thoughts in the comments do you think the brick pyramid should be reordered into the game let me know anyways moving on number two the second removed a generated structure we have on the list is known as the in dev more stone house so as the name implies in the in dev phase of Minecraft there was a feature in the game where if players would create a well they would spawn in a little house now this little house was made entirely out of mossy cobblestone as you can see on screen and it also spawns two little torches in there as well so it's a very nice cozy little spawn house not only that but the mossy cobblestone house would spawn with chests filled with TNT a full stack of every type of clock and every type of item which is pretty awesome not gonna lie but yeah having every item and block in chests at the spawn point definitely defeats the purpose of collecting resources yourself and playing survival minecraft but then again this is a very early version of Minecraft so the chests spawn feature was likely in the game for developers and players to test and experiment all the items and blocks however as the in dev phase of Minecraft progressed the spawn Abul chests were removed from the house as players started to explore and play survival mode but in conclusion the most stone in dev house was removed from the game in later versions of Minecraft in dev however this does bring me to the third removed a generated structure so let's get into it number three so the third generated structure removed from Minecraft is again another house that also generated in the in dev phase of Minecraft now this house served the exact same purpose as the moss stone house the player would still generate a world and spawn inside of a house but it was a lot different appearance-wise now what's different about this house is that it has a completely different design as it's made out of wooden planks and has a floor made entirely out of smooth but yeah this wooden house structure was just an updated version of the moss stone house as it served the exact same purpose which was to act as a small shelter for the player but let me know your thoughts in the comments do you think these starter houses should be re added as a weld feature for people who are new to the game let me know anyways moving on number four the next a generated structure removed from Minecraft was a structure that generated in the form of two glass pillars on the surface in the overworld now I'm sure some of you are just thinking why why is this a structure so back in the earlier days of Minecraft in the beta 1.9 pre-release phase of the game there was a feature in game where the player could randomly stumble across two glass pillars now most players at that time didn't know why these pillars generated that they actually generated to mark the location of a stronghold this was because eyes of ender were not yet added into the game so players had no way to find a stronghold so instead they would stumble across glass pillars to mark it so yeah I guess it made a lot of sense to have the glass pillars to mark the location of a stronghold but let me know what you guys thing oh and by the way these glass towers were removed from the game when eyes of ender were added number 5 so the final generated structure removed from Minecraft that we have on our list is actually a structure that was unused amongst all the different village buildings in an NPC village so currently in villages the structures that can be found on the following the heart a small house a large house the butcher's shop a library a blacksmith and a church now the villages we have today were added in version a beta one point a but an early screenshot of villages were released by not before beta 1.8 was released and they looked very different now as you can see on screen the village structures are made out of mossy cobblestone and the buildings themselves are different as well now on none of the villages in Minecraft today look like this as the buildings are different and don't use Moss stone at all apart from the zombie villages of course but we're not including them by hey let me know what you guys think do you think this a village structure should still be in the game at tell me in the comments below it's trivia time this is the part of the video where you guys show me your Minecraft knowledge by me asking you a random minecraft back questions so here we go leather armor used to be crafted by using wool true or false but anyways that just about concludes today's video about 5 generated structures that have been removed from the game I really hope you all enjoyed it everybody I don't know I personally think that this was definitely one of the more interesting videos of mine because I just love going back to older versions of Minecraft and just exploring features in the game that are no
