c152 into one of the most comprehensive general aviation planes on the game the modders have gone above and beyond with their customizations adding features instruments and improvements to make it one of the best GA aircraft in Microsoft flight simulator after installing the WB Sim JP Logistics c152 mod you'll notice that you now have three new airplanes sitting in your hangar standard c152 separate from the default one a new variant with Will fairings that is a bit faster and sleeker and an Exquisite New Tail dragger version for True Backcountry operations this alone is reason enough to download the mod but there's so much more to it the c152 mod is a fully featured and functional little airplane everything works in the new version including the circuit breakers you can even open the doors and windows and the outside sounds change based on whether they are open or closed the aircraft reacts to aerodynamic changes introduced by an open window banking to the opposite side and if you try to open the door while in the air good luck with that the added realism in the c152 is apparent in many areas one of the key features of this mod is the variety of swappable instruments the user can choose from these include an autopilot support for the PMS 50 gtn750 an analog or digital ADF and exhaust gas temperature gauge and more the tablet included with the mod allows users to activate various additional realism settings such as engine wear overheating oil consumption and plug fouling this tablet also includes a few maintenance functions so users can keep tabs on critical needs such as recharging the battery or changing the oil compared to other similar airplanes the c152 mod stands out with its attention to detail and realism the addition of a tablet is especially impressive allowing you to customize the airplane and activate additional features it's clear that the modders put a lot of effort into making this plane stand out from others and that's it folks if you have any
