was whisked away by a powerful current after jumping into the american river near auburn california raymond kaplan jr was hiking with three other friends on the lake clementine trail before he and a young woman decided to test the rushing waters of the 120 mile long river for a dip in the video shot by friends on may 11 the young woman hops into the water and makes it out quickly but cabell finn sound of the car crashing into the post can be heard and the voices turn silent before the video goes black [Music] horrific footage of a mentally ill mother of two at a hospital in new south wales australia has emerged online the sedated woman 46 year old miriam merton stumbled around the facility covered in feces and falling at least 25 times before she died merton was admitted to the lismore adult mental health inpatient unit on may 26 2014 and was locked in a seclusion room for over five hours at the facility on june 1st 2014 merton was left in seclusion naked sedated with only a mattress on the floor without any food or water and covered in her own feces with her vital signs not checked the two nurses on duty knew that merton had been administered psychotropic drugs and fallen at least once but the medical staff didn't act the next morning a nurse unlocked the ward and the woman stumbled around the hospital before collapsing in the corridor right next to the nurses like what type of place is this bro she just opened the door number one nobody checks on her put her in there no clothes on like huh bro i hope they shut this place down who are seen to be paying no who who who lost his mom last year right one of the issues i had was with the hospital because they stole her stuff you know what i'm saying it was her earrings her earrings couldn't even come out her ears so when she went in in the beginning in order for them to do certain things or take certain x-rays or whatever they had to put tape over it or whatever over her ears but her earrings couldn't come out so when you come across when you when you finally get allowed in there due to kobe you finally get the seer which was on a decline her stuff is missing earrings been pulled out she couldn't take him out because it hurt to take him out so that means somebody snatched him out and was hurting her but she couldn't voice that because she was able unable to speak you know what i'm saying it's just the neglect it's just the disrespect it's the you know what i mean that people go through in these hospitals that we don't know about because we're unable to be there sometimes or we're not allowed to in certain situations due to the pandemic you know what i'm saying so for for people we trust to be in these facilities to do people like this man that pisses me off royally bro you know what i mean my mom's lost uh wasn't lost it was stolen money uh uh jewelry um we couldn't find our cell phone we couldn't find like all kind of stuff kept coming up missing bro i nearly uh just issues merton's 20 year old daughter karina said she only discovered the stomach churning details of her mother's death after a journalist got in touch with her initially the young woman was told that her
