My name is Ben and today I'm gonna share with you five tips that I've learned from Tina to improve your being! Number one: Stay away from drugs! I have to be honest with myself about my  weaknesses I've never had a weakness for say drugs or alcohol or cars but when it comes to clothes that's something you can pass on to friends, family when you're tired of it it's not something that you can't use it won't be used When I'm down a little bit depressed I go shopping and I think psychologically that creative side of myself is a part of that uh obsessiveness of  for shopping Number two: Take care of yourself! After 12 rehearsals 20 dance routines and 10 pairs of high heels a night I want to relax and wear things that make me look and feel beautiful like Silk The irresistible collection from Silk Reflections I've always worn hosiery and it's always been Hanes Number three: Don't look back! While a lot of people keep reminding her of her past and her 16-year marriage and musical partnership I did it it was great, I accomplished things I accomplished the first half of my life there I learned, I grew, I took all of what was taught for me at that moment but meaning that it's washed and done I'm finished with that phase of my life and now I want to go on to higher grounds and newer grounds Number four: Meditate! When Buddhism was offered to me I was in a major world of stress And people that would come to me would say Why do you stay in this environment, in this situation? And my answer was I have no way of getting out of this situation at the moment No place to go, No way of thinking how to get there because I had children and all... And then finally someone came and they said: Why don't you practice... Why don't you try chanting? I said, what's chanting? I didn't see there was any sin involved, I looked up the words that I was saying I couldn't, at the time, really learned but I felt, it must be good and clean it's just basically Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Give me the strength to and the knowledge to how to go forward and pass this time in my life It made sense to me so I felt like, Religions are related it doesn't matter what country, it just matters, what matters is that you're saying different words but it all goes it all works one way. So I took it like that I continued to do the Lord's Prayer and then I started to chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo and I continue that in my life So... What took care of me as a child, the Lord's Prayer continued and also I moved on to another level another tongue of getting to that place inside of me that helps me make right decisions helps me live a more peaceful and happy life Number five: Be compassionate! What's your relationship with Ike now? I wish him well, I wish good news!
