hi guys and welcome back to another episode with me sa your host today I am super excited because I will share with you five life-changing books you must read in 2024 if you want to level up both mentally and physically but also beautify your environment I have read so many health and self-growth books so you're very lucky because today I am sharing with you the five gems that I've discovered last year that have actually changed my life and I'm sure will change yours too if you're ready to discover your 2024 transformation companions grab a coffee or tea and let's begin the first book that you have to read in 2024 if you want to completely transform yourself and your life is outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill it doesn't matter if you've already read 10 or even 20 self-growth books this is a book that you need to read if you really want to change your life the book is so revolutionary that I honestly think that it should be a mandatory reading in every single School here's how this book will completely change your life first of all it will teach you how to avoid the ultimate path to failure in which 90% of the people fall into and that leads them to live a meaningless and unfulfilling life second it will help you to get crystal clear on your purpose and give you the courage to pursue it without any fear let me tell you before reading this book I had some ideas of what I wanted to do with my life but I never really had the courage to pursue them because I didn't believe in myself and after reading this book this just changed in one second and it just really gave me the courage to pursue what I truly want without doubting myself the third point is very much linked to what I've just said but this book will help you to completely eradicate your self-limiting beliefs after reading this book you understand the importance and necessity of pursuing your purpose and what you truly care about in life and you will not really care about your self-doubt anymore because you're your number one Focus will really become chasing your dreams and you will start doing that without any fear and self-doubt anymore finally this book will really help you to start saying no to things that don't support the life that you're trying to build for yourself and it will also really help you to increase your sres this is not something that I expected to learn from this book but Out withing the Devil is probably the book that helped me to increase my self respect the most and I want to dig a little bit deeper into this topic because I think it's crucial to explain you how this book helped need to increase my self-respect I need to give you a little bit of context so the book is structured as a conversation between Napoleon Hill and the devil who throughout the conversation shares how he instills evil into humans and make them fail in life during the book The Devil shares all of the bribes that he uses to make humans corrupt but also all of the sins that we commit that make us weak and fail in life overeating overindulgence in sex cheating and lying are all examples of sins that humans commit and that make them destroy their self-respect so by making us aware of all of these things that we do that destroy our self-respect this book will help you to set better boundaries protect your energy and ultimately increase the respect that you have for yourself so all of this is to say that this book will completely change your life so if you're planning to read just one book in 2024 let it be this one it it will be enough I promise the second and the third book that you need to read in 2024 if you want to glow up physically and build a strong performing and young body and mind is genius foods and how not to die I will talk about these two books together because they both fall into the physical health category here are a few of the things that you will learn first of all you will learn about the relationship between inflammation and brain performance this was a huge key takeaway for me because during the first semester of my Masters I was really really stressed and it was just really a bad period of my life where I had a lot of brain fog and after following the tips of Max who is the author of Genius Foods my brain fog disappeared so if you're struggling with brain fog or you just want to learn a little bit more about the relationship between what you eat and your brain performance then I highly recommend you to read genius Foods by Max lug the second thing that you will learn from both of these books is how to eat an anti-inflammatory diet which will not only help you to feel better and increase your brain performance but it will also help you to stay young and look very healthy third you learn the importance of eating an antioxidant Rich diet which will not only help you to reduce inflammation and slow down aging but again it will also help you to keep your body performing and healthy something that I also really loved here is that how not to die will help you to recognize antioxidant rich foods finally you will also learn about some super foods that you need to integrate in your life not only to increase your brain performance and keep your body functioning but to also increase your level of Happiness both of these books are very scientific and what is very interesting is that they still promote two completely different diets genius Foods promotes a Meat and Fish Rich diet whereas how not to die promotes a plant-based diet so what you learn from these books is also that you know there's a lot of lobbying in the food industry and there are many scientific studies that show completely different things so in the end I really think that you need to listen to your own body and figure out what is best for you but there are still some basic things that are good for everybody and these two books will help you to learn what those things are all right let's move on to the fourth book that you have to read in 2024 to change your life which is the courage to be disliked if you struggle being your true self with other people or you constantly compare yourself to others this is a book that you have to read the the book is based on ad delarian psychology and even though I don't necessarily agree with everything that the author say there are two things that the book taught me and that had a very big impact in my life first of all the book says that if everybody likes you you are adapting your behavior to be liked by others meaning that you are not living in a free way and that you are not living your authentic self because you are constantly changing your behavior to be liked by others so the book really taught me that it's okay not to be liked by other people sometimes and not being liked could actually be a positive sign that you are being authentic and that will help you to attract people who really understand and appreciate your true self and therefore you'll also be able to connect with people who are really aligned with who you are the second concept that this book taught me is the importance of comparing yourself to your ideal self and not to other people what matters in life is that you keep growing and evolving into the person that you want to become if you get distracted Ed and compare yourself to other people and trying to improve yourself to become more like those other people you will not evolve in a way that is helping you to become who you want to become so be careful not to compare yourself to other people's ideal self but rather with your ideal self because that is what will help you to become the most mature evolved and beautiful version of yourself finally if you're thinking about transforming your space in 2024 and make your room or your house or your apartment more cozy wholesome and beautiful you have to read the lifechanging magic of tithing up by Mari condo this book is extremely simple and easy to read but it's very effective and I can tell you that it really helped me to figure out what my aesthetic is and it also helped me to just level up my environment and make it feel more like me and just more wholesome here are three ways the book will help you to level up your environment first of all it will help you to declutter your space face and keep it tidy and that's the key it will help you to keep it tidy it will not only help you to deaerate Once which is something that we all do sometimes but it will help you to keep your space tidy and clean second this book will help you to embrace the philosophy of only surrounding yourself with things that spark joy and this will not only help you to raise the energy in your room but it will also help you to embrace the philosophy in other areas of your life such as your friendships and ensure that you spend time with people who truly matter and who Sparks Joy within yourself finally this book will really help you to create a nice altar or kind of like a special and Sacred Space in your house so that it will help you to maintain the energy in the house really high and wholesome and beautiful and it will just help you to you know make
