Netherland Amsterdam City is a home for many International corporate headquarters this often means that the English speaking experts like us have a good chance of finding a job in Amsterdam I did some research and found that professions like education industry Hospitality it and data science Finance health and life science e-commerce domain manufacturing expertise Media communication these are some most demanding Fields right now I would recommend you to gain sufficient amount of experience and expertise in your domain so be it a service industry such as carpentry plumbing job driving job or be it a finance or hospitality industry if you possess appropriate education like having a degree then enough work experience and good communication skills then no one can stop you from getting job in Netherlands the European Center of development and vocational training predicts that in the coming years job market in Netherlands will require many professionals the demand will grow for high level of occupations in science Healthcare engineering business and teaching industry a big part of job positions will require high qualifications which means you should have at least bachelor's or master's degree now if you talk about salary especially in Amsterdam in general the average salary is higher than the rest of the cities in Netherlands however the cost of living is also higher if you are in the field of customer service then the brackets are 2500 to 4 500 for sales and marketing the salary goes from 2200 to 6000 depending upon your experience if you are in a hospitality industry then you can start from 2200 and you can go as high as up to 5000 depending on the field if you are in a software engineer data analyst or data scientist then no doubt that you are earning more than any other profession that I just mentioned [Music] to work in Netherlands you need to know about the requirement for international workers such as Visa permits and regulations then you should know about the current job market and how and where to find jobs let's first talk about the Visa regulations and work permits and let's understand how to apply for the same first of all if you are from European countries then you do not need any Visa or work permit but if you are from anywhere else your employer will typically need a work permit to offer your job there are basically two types of work permit in Netherland first is employment permit which is called as twv and second is a single permit also known as combined residence and work permit so your employer will ask you for all the required documents and then they will directly apply to the IND which is an immigration department in Netherlands the IND will then forward the application to the Dutch Employment Agency who will assess it and advise the IND on the decision now let's understand who can apply for the single permit regular label migrants interns practitioners Ministers of religion or spiritual leaders International Education teachers some foreign Nationals who work in Asian restaurant industry they can apply for this permit but if you comes under highly skilled professions such as engineer scientist mathematician PhD holders and researchers or any other highly qualified professions then immigration department of Netherland makes it easy for you there is a special Visa called highly skilled migrant permit in Netherlands good thing about that permit is the employer can hire people from abroad without having to prove that there are no suitable Dutch or EU candidates I will add all the references and the
