so the bottom line is no matter how good looking you are those keloids kind of walking before you do you're like laser locked onto those keloids I am wonderful on pork chop please for some pork chop I never comb any one pork chop before that's a new one to me how do they pick a name pork chop for you it's my mentor they used to love to come to my house and every time they would come they wanted me to fry pork chops so I would fry them pork chops okay and it so happened that that night they were the person who introduced me on stage says I said welcome to the stage Victoria pork chop Parker okay and I was like can you take us back to the beginning and tell us about the plastic surgery you've had well certainly I started having silicone injections done in 1999 and there was a nurse and an actual plastic surgeon's office she had a basement set up pretty much like a doctor's office bless her didn't know about this obviously not until about 2009 went to a plastic surgeon I had a nose reconstruction because of what he did it shifted and now I have a huge granuloma here that's getting bigger and bigger that is scary injecting silicone destroys the underlying tissue by causing a severe inflammatory response called granulomatosis it becomes a chronic problem let's get to the exam room and examine you but we really need to have you do one thing for us okay I know you came in as Victoria we need to go back to Victor a little bit without the makeup the forehead and the nose certainly so let's do that whatever you guys need I'm ready I'm going to strip down to Victor they're gonna see all my flaws they're going to see me as I never want anyone to see me so let's hope that they're able to help me because I'm showing myself to the world hello hello doctors how are you so this is what you look like this is me take a pig won't you lower your chin just a little bit so that doctor made an incision across the top of your tip and also lift your chin up just a little bit and right here you got that lump right there and that huge blood vessel pork chop is a really difficult problem there's probably a poor amount of blood supply to these areas in any surgical procedures that are performed are at high risk for wound healing problems skin loss and skin death the good news is when they took the granuloma out of the right side of your nose it didn't come back however whatever silicone was on the left side got activated so obviously you know that could happen yes I'm willing to take the chance I don't think that anything could look worse at least if I fry then I know I've done it and I've done with the very best let's take a look at your nose okay okay Houston we have a problem okay and I can smell like an odor too something does it smell like smell like something that good well yeah it kind of smells like dead skin but I didn't want to happen he has some tissue death and it's significant take a peek um yeah that doesn't look too good it doesn't look good see it was in the mirror for the first time so my immediate thought was oh my god I've got a flesh-eating bacteria on my nose this is a complication so now what we have to do is go back to the operating room to do a scar revision and bring in the two edges of normal skin together I knew about all the problems that could happen going into it I am worried because this is the worst thing that could have happened we've come this far let's keep going I'm going to do everything you say before my surgeries my nose look like chopped pork and I hated my appearance I always hid behind Victoria I always wore makeup and wigs even when I didn't have to but now after the surgeries my nose is smooth as a slice of ham and I'm finally comfortable in my own skin is Victor Trevor how are you it's nice to meet you hi Dr NASA first impression of Trevor is that hey here's a good looking guy coming in with these huge things on his ears so the bottom line is no matter how good looking you are those keloids kind of walking before you do they're like laser locked onto those keloids tell us a little bit of why you're here I uh decided to get my ears pierced maybe three four months passed and I started developing a keloid we cut it off and a few years passed we started seeing it form again this time it came back the size of my thumb so we had it removed again by who what kind of doctors did this uh the first time it was a dermatologist okay and then the second time an oral surgeon you mean a dentist had he ever done this kind of work before um know of so we haven't he didn't do this work before how has this affected you in regards to work the current job I work at told me my ears were a distraction has it affected your social life I tend to stay at home girls I don't even bother right that confidence is just gone you're such a good looking guy yeah I mean you're really handsome and so well then why don't we go is take a look at your Arizona let's go I'm a little nervous I feel like these doctors are my last chance to getting this removed and if this doesn't work I've got a tough life ahead of me can you come forward a little bit Marie's gonna take a little feel oh look at how much of the earlobes preserved come here oh good oh so the good news is on your right ear you can actually remove some of that keloid or most of it about 90 of it maybe 95 the problem with the left ear the keloid has replaced the earlobe we have to try to reconstruct that so they're not going to be perfectly symmetric as long as you understand that yeah I can live with that it's better than having this attached to my face before my surgery I had these giant golf ball sized keloids attached to the sides of my face it made me feel so unattractive and so depressed since my surgery I feel so much more attractive so much more driven ambitious I'm finally flourishing I just feel great my name is Tiffany Taylor and I'm from Houston Texas is if Ivanka Trump had a twin I would be it Tiffany Trump when I started following Ivanka it was because I was really interested in her fashion and her lifestyle she's very strong she pushes for women's rights she has her own business so all American Beauty and her nose is a very American news I like her cheeks and her forehead her eyebrows Ivanka to me is a role model to all women I just naturally fell into wanting to be like Ivanka Trump because we have a lot in common about eight months ago I started on my plastic surgery Journey luckily I was able to find a doctor to help me right away before the surgeries I was super cute and adorable but you know what I didn't want to be cute I wanted to be hot I gave my doctor four pictures of different angles of Ivanka I started out with bigger breasts I had like nothing not even an a it was black just skin lipo in here life on my stomach I got lipo in my butt I got bigger bras from 350 cc's to 600 cc's these are huge have y'all ever had heavy breasts it's totally different and then I got light bill in my arms and eyelid left on the top and on the bottom and then my nose all in all I've had 13 plastic surgery procedures hi hi Tiffany how are you Stephanie hi Dr Nelson oh we get a kiss nice to meet you here okay I am here today because this is what I represent to the world and it's gonna be Perfection and beauty is important just as brains so we're going to kind of urge you not to because this looks great on you right now I know I have a great nose but improving is super important we should all improve ourselves and I'm not going to stop until I get it so basically Tiffany is already great tiffy's amazing Tiffany doesn't need to be made great again leave your make Tiffany great again no Tiffany is great I'm Raider see and my nose has been smashed and bashed I've had four accidents and 14 surgeries I grew up in Oak Park Michigan it was a nice life then when I was 10 years old I was hit in the face with a basketball I saw stars and my nose was swollen and bleeding and sideways but the ER doctor said that I would just have to bear with it until I was old enough to actually have it surgically repaired after getting hit with the basketball I thought I was so ugly and that is what started these crazy surgeries when I was 15 years old my mother and I met with a surgeon we learned that he did sex change operations and we figured that if he could change a man into a woman he could do a decent nose we didn't know after my first surgery my nose looked exactly the same as it did before my mother and I went back to the surgeon I had two more revisions but I was still uncomfortable with the way I looked I wanted to have a nose that I liked it was vanity when I was 19 years old I saw another doctor there were about three more revisions when I was around 23 years old I saw another doctor they're about three more revisions after the ninth surgery there was finally some improvement when I was 32 I was in another accident I was catching a little boy as he was sliding down a slide he hit me in the nose with his forehead it was bleeding and it was crooked and I knew I needed another surgery when I had four more revisions my nose looked better than I had remembered it ever looking then I am unlucky because in 2015 I was in in a car accident and I hit my face on the steering wheel my nose was broken I am just a really unlucky person does that hurt right there I can't say hurt but it feels sensitive I mean your tip really isn't that big it's collapsed and pinched but there's just no cartilage when I examine the nose of my hands I want to feel every little irregularity I want to check the nasal Bones the tip of the skin I want to feel how thick it is how much scar tissue is there I gotta do many many things which is tactile with my hands I want to add an implant of your own tissue to the nasal Bridge right here give you a little bit more of a narrow appearance so your tip has absolutely no support most of that cartilage has been removed you already have a wide nose so I'm going to have to use cartilage to open up your nostrils but at the same point I got to try to make this part here a little bit smaller that would be good I've spent almost all of my life not liking the way I looked physically I would love to have this next half of my life I have a nose I like and I feel confident that you can help me despite the risks you want to go through with this I do I was told by a doctor that I look like an avatar I've had four accidents and 14 surgeries but now thanks to Dr NASA if my nose is not only structurally stable but it looks amazing
