all right what's going on everybody this is Chuck it's Chris Walt with simply Vegas so today we are here in a beautiful Sun in California again today is not sunny it's gonna be like this pretty much all this week so we are in Yorba Linda and the name of this community is called the Enclave so this builder right here is Toll Brothers and the reason why we're doing this tour today out here in California because we're gonna compare the style of the home and also the pricing of the home so this home right here will start you anywhere from a 2.2 million and that is five thousand six hundred and eighty five square feet or 2.8 million at 5995 square feet you do have an option to a five bedroom to six bedrooms five baths to six baths three the four car garage so we're gonna go check this thing out and let's see exactly if it is worth what they're asking for and if would you rather live here or Las Vegas but I can tell you what man this is like some next-level housing that's for sure I love the drive driveway the only thing is that eventually after a while you're gonna get a bunch of tire marks on your synthetic grass definitely will be flattened and I think what really makes this home look really elegant is all done landscaping I can tell you right now with all this landscaping work it's probably gonna cost you over a hundred thousand dollars or I do love the stonework however that is not real block stone okay it's just a facade so let's go inside and let's see what they have here this is a three car garage on this one love the front entry it is raining today so Mia put up my umbrella a little bit oh hold on guys I'm having trouble with the umbrella today just not a good day for me okay come on wipe off my feet now keep in mind I have not seen these homes yet oh my good take a look at this is you walk in oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh now I do love the floral on here so the flooring we have tile and also wood flooring and look at the pattern on the design on the flooring here love the layouts I mean look this door here and look at the stonework all the way up to the top unfortunately I need some more light here on my backside not my backside but the back side of the camera folks I'm only trying to tell you what's up and you guys think I'm joking around here trying to crack some jokes man there's so much to just to look at I think I want to start here on the left hand side here so we have to the left two-car garage okay the light up is out we have a nice valet here okay here's your garage this was the single car garage I think it was here yeah it's a single car garage so here's your a single car garage oh wow love the charm team here not the sharp team but the forget the name that stone brainfart so it looks like they had to cut some holes here that were having some problems minor fix not a big deal Wow come into the half bath so let's take a look this we have toilet look at all the stonework here LED lights floating cabinets wow I mean look at all this I just way too much to H where's h ways here are about four hundred and ten dollars something Wow why is all the lights off come on guys come on guys this opposed to be a model home that's why because the lights are out Oh lights are out well I love this nice high sink this is more than a 36 inch sink here love the granite I love this bevel edge right here that cost us a lot of money just to do that bevel edge stop closing cabinets dovetails wow this is gorgeous so this is a mum law suite looks like okay it three-quarter shower Wow plantation shutters come back off to the right you got a built-in closet I see it the light works on this one that means the breaker must be off so for the model in-law suite looks like we have a sink we got some cabinets very unique but they have this right here in the nightstand that buds up to the cabinet so I think this is just more of an option on what you can do man look at this stonework here we go take a look at this again and pan up slowly look at that crown look at that it's in the detail all right let's take a look at this whoa love that seems like all the lights are out here not justifying it right now folks it's got way too much details way too much details I mean look at this underneath the stair case I love the design underneath the staircase I mean look at that with the lights - I mean that's just gorgeous coming into the kitchen we got two islands on the kitchen here we got some nice faux beams I'm gonna kind of walk all the way around start off on this side here so this would be more consider if you like your wet bar you know people hang out serve drinks love the nice waterfall here you got the three inch granite you got a lot of cabinet space here second island does have that 3 inch waterfall too as well oh wow look at this do this pattern right here almost front apron you got that farmer sink cast iron well look at this built-in built-in refrigerator this is probably Sub Zero look at that wolf appliances double stack is your pantry Wow you the stonework take a pause for a second here Wow all right so I'm gonna pan all across slow as I can so that way you guys get the full magnitude here got the luminous slides these are actually pocket doors which is really nice Wow start off on this side here well this is very unique so we have like a little office here now there's one thing that I see here that concerns me this is kind of wet here so that means water is running down into here it's the water is not spinning back out into the so I don't know if this was leveled out or not and why is it doing that interesting now take a look at this I love the architectural design on the ceilings here love that isn't that gorgeous one thing also I've noticed is these waterfall that runs all the way off to the side here take a look at that man this reminds me some indiana jones going on look at that Oh now I'm curious to know do you guys like the first half set of Sheol or the second house or this last house loving this nice pebble tech pool come down this way here to the jacuzzi interesting oh look at you got that swim up little bar right there too as well take a look at this I mean isn't that gorgeous next level son all I know is that we all need to be living like this this is the quality of life that everybody should be living I mean let me know if you guys agree in the comments below it's hard is we work everybody out there that's working to make a living I mean we all deserve this man really we really do man I feel like I might one of those theme parks at Disneyland Wow look at this love that see-through pool there swim up to the bar the only thing is when the kids are like splashing the water comes here where does all the water run off to there's no drainage so how does that work but I'm gonna take a look at this gorgeous right the cabinet's here as you can tell there's water been splashing on here and you can already see how these cabinets are not made for the outside and that was my concern as you can see it's already all peeling because it gets pretty probably moist here in it you know expands and you know contracts so I mean the idea here is great but there are certain things that you can you can't do I realize too a home based upon you know the location the weather the climate that you live in interesting though love this see-through fireplace here I mean this is just gorgeous I mean as potential and hopefully this gives you some ideas and also inspires you to get it get out there kick some ass make a boatload of money and live the quality life that you should be living Wow let's take a look at this I feel like if I was Indiana Jones this is kind of house I would be buying for some apparent reason this is the Indy house that's what this is well I mean look at the ceiling just for the dining room love that alright let's go upstairs to see what upstairs is all about so another question is let's see if you guys know me really well cool I love the mirrors love the stone you got the refrigerator I'll see you got the bar you know all right let's go here as you can see we got tinted windows LOI again this is a hold on me push the door forward okay oh you know what it looks like the doors locked for some merit some apparent reason what the hell man [Music] it's so funny throughout my career of real estate if you know this after about 110 years I think it is now I'm always having trouble with doors and locks I don't know why Wow look at the boot damn look at this little patio I mean look at the stonework on the patio they did the inside of it I mean look at that just a trim on here too I mean wow isn't this just gorgeous so now you can get a better look of the valley the Sun is clearing up I'm sorry not the Sun but all the clouds and look at this you can see all downtown over there that's kind of cool I don't know if that's downtown Elya or not I'm not from the with this area but I think Elly's probably another like two hour drive from here but when I say downtown I mean downtown for this city to sit a okay now there's so much attention to detail on this home however I know this that there's a little deferred maintenance here in there and that's the thing when you when you buy a home like this or even buy a home if you let the the maintenance go on the home coughs will add up but if you took a home like this in Las Vegas you could probably buy this for about 2 million so we'll start off on this side here Wow let me take a look at this just going down the west wing of the house go down this way we're down this way and we'll start off this way so you got all the built-ins here onto the side which is really nice upgrade what's so funny you can already tell like what's an upgrade so this is like they print this room I don't know this home feels spooky hey your tub shower combo okay it's nice you got your built-in over here you got some closet here your walk-in coming down the hall here okay it's the boys room love the fact that these got bathrooms it pretty much in all the bedrooms here Wow tub shower combo do love this sliding glass door which is a nice feature to have versus a shower rod well I love that okay and I love how they didn't just close this wall up and just kept this open so that way you can kind of just kind of see what's going on right here just keeps everything open really nice while of the future wall back here that's really nice lovely a design while I take a look at this that's gorgeous look at that I got orange peel texture in here 9 foot ceilings you got your built-in for your crafts or whatever you want to do right there your creative arts we're gonna come on out here to the balcony here I mean it's not much of a balcony but at least you just kinda come out here and just see what's going on right there is the sales office right there phone is going off coming into the bath tub shower combo Wow got your closet here another walk-in closet here that's going to get master oops well look at the entrance to the master Tang live just that stonework that's just gorgeous to the right is a laundry room okay Wow use your utility closet here's for your master closet but we're going to just swing around here now we're you have a master bedroom let's see what this feature is all about Wow look at that look at that again I love that plexiglass oh that light behind it it's really nice I love the crown I love the C 2 C 2 double fireplace see-through coming into the master retreat which is really nice and it transitions into a Wow huge balcony and the bow means fully done I mean look at this gorgeous it's nice right take a look at the pool here and clouds are clearing up so I mean look how gorgeous this thing is Nancy all the way earlier you can see nothing it was just like cloudy is crazy crazy well out there now these are not pocket doors but this is a 20-foot door and look at all the stonework here again I love the casing around the door which is really nice at that no look at the crown - oh yeah this home spells elegant all the way put into the bath let's take a look at the bath well I love the tog look at the transitions of the tile BAM I don't know if they have hot water here or hard water here in California but if they do boy you're gonna have a hard time scrubbing that stone a couple of things that I see already that I do love I love the floating bench with the LED lights these are actually LED strip lights and I love how they combine did the natural stone with the what do you call the epoxy Plexiglas with the lights underneath it or behind it I'm sorry and and this is just like real spotlight I mean take a look at this - right here you got the tub fiberglass and look at that natural stone and the lights jeez that's just gorgeous go or just man I could just hang out in here this is just like yo what are you doing just hanging out were you hanging out at my bathroom why let me take a look at that ooh-wee this is go just the only thing is that if I design a home this big I gotta have two toilets I just don't understand why not have two toilets gotta have two toilets folks you have to have a his-and-hers love the closet here definitely gorgeous all just built in which of this closet set right here is probably gonna be about 25 to 30 thousand dollars for this thing Wow look the window for the balcony here that's really nice love this hive Anna this is like a 48 inch vanity oh my gosh I'm not half right now another level let me know in the comments below would you prefer a tow brothers here in California starting off at 2.8 right the base price or would you go out and buy in Las Vegas Nevada starting around 800,000 modern type of home let me know in the comments below I'm curious but I'm gonna say this is the Indy house that's for sure in new if you guys are just getting started looking at homes in Las Vegas thinking about purchasing a resale or brand new home a visit lv home
