Hello friends, I'm JWulen, you may remember me from videos like "God of War Ragnarok" or "30 Curiosities of Your Mother." But today I'm not here to talk about my videos, but about the end of the world. What will happen to your family when the bombs explode? But that's where the new MSI CLAW comes in. I already have one myself (I stole it) we are not the first to make a portable console but we are the first to have an Intel Core i7 processor and ARC graphics so you can play from the comfort of your vault It also has cutting-edge technology, X.E.S.S (do not read backwards) So you can play all your favorite clasic games with an excellent renderization and a better image quality But what happens if we take it on our adventures through the wasteland? Its 53 W/hour battery will be able to last until you reach the next vault It also comes with a charging station in case you need to charge it anywhere in the middle of the cold wasteland night and it will help you kill any type of wasteland creature (skills not included) Protect yourself from raiders! No one will be able to steal your MSI CLAW because it has a fingerprint sensor on the power button. No matter what mutations you have, it is comfortable for any type of hand and very light so as not to overload your inventory with too much weight. Be careful, you are in an area radioactive! Don't worry, nothing happens. Thanks to its superior ventilation and dissipation, "Cooler Boost Hiperflow" it will eliminate the effects and heat of any possible radiation by dissipating it with its two powerful fans and vapor chamber wherever you are. Surrounded by enemies? Their "Thunderbolt" port will finish them off. Have they hurt you? You can check your status with complete clarity on its 120hz touch screen And yes, we have the MSI App Player pre-installed so you can play all the Android games you want and now: Maximus and Lucy have something very important to tell you [Lucy] Do you want to see a video of JWulen? [Maximus] How did you know he is my favorite Youtuber? [Lucy] Because you're a virgin, right? [Maximus] Yes, well, I don't know, but his videos are too cinematic and I always cry at the end with the "Pero" (but) [Lucy] Okay Makey (spanish for "okey dokey" [Maximus] Like to join the brotherhood of steel as a knight of JWulen [Lucy ] And subscribe, because JWulen... JWulen never changes... I mean he has done CINEMA yet again [Maximus] Because these are... [Both] 30 Awesome Curiosities about Fallout Episode 1: The End Taking a quick look at the poster of the series we see the skull which forms the door of the Vault with Lucy and the outside Ella Purnell plays Lucy, who for those who don't know is the voice actress for Jinx in the series Arcane The TV that we see at the beginning of each episode is inside of a vault is the TV in Maximus' room during his stay in the Vault 4 The same model of television that we see in Fallout 3 and New Vegas from the "Radiation King" brand Since in the first Fallout the TVs were square and how not the Betesda logo that we have seen so many times in their games (it is also bugged) We are in 2077 we hear "Orange Colored Sky", a mythical song that we could hear in Fallout 4 by Nat King Cole A song that talks about the unexpected arrival of love. And in this case the unexpected arrival of the atomic bombs As well as the orange color they leave in the sky This beginning of the series where everything is idyllic, happy families who ignore the messages on TV and the radio... and suddenly, Boom! nuclear apocalypse. Is very similar to the beginning of Fallout 4 Although for orange skies those of New Vegas are already there The color of Cooper's cowboy outfit is that of the mythical jumpsuit of the shelters but if we look at Cooper from 200 years later when he is a ghoul, underneath the trench coat and vest we can see that he is still wearing his legendary cowboy outfit from when he was a Hollywood actor [Man] What is Cooper Howard doing working at children's birthday parties? [other man] Alimony Cooper now has to act at children's parties since his wife's divorce has cost him part of what he earned as an actor. Although at the end of the series we discover that the main reason for the breakup is that Cooper discovers the truth about his wife's work at Vault-Tec [radio] Negotiations continue as scheduled today as the White House has no coment on the president's whereabouts The negotiations he mention are between the People's Republic of China and the United States Due to the Sino-American war between both countries That the president's location is unknown is because he must already be on his way to the oil platform of The Enclave from Fallout 2. The Enclave is a proto-state paramilitary organization of the Federal Government. We see Mr Handy, the mythical robot model from the saga. Although it looks more like the domestic version of Fallout 4 for its shiny metallic finish Well, that and the fact that the bombs haven't exploded yet I love that the mother keeps turning off the radio, the TV... We already know that something is wrong but she refuses to let the end of the world ruin her little son's birthday. The beer they drink is Fisbro Pale Aye, a brand of beer that is available in the Lucky 38 casino in New Vegas. I love that the camera that this fool uses. It's like the ones that we sometimes find as garbage in the game or like the one Jonas uses to take a photo of us with our father at the beginning of Fallout 3 [man] Ah, Coop, do the thumb's up [Cooper] You know, given the state of everithing I'd prefer not to, if that's allright Cooper does not want to do his thumb's up not only because of the nuclear tensions but also because it is something associated with Vault-Tec, whom he deeply hates. But this trick makes no sense, it fits very well in the series and has been done based on a theory of the game that fans made years ago, But it really has no practical use, because when a bomb falls so close there is no time to stick your thumb out if you want to get to safety Even at a safe distance, the mushroom cloud could still be bigger that your thumb and you could not be in any danger [man] Pinko That's what they referred to in the Cold War as those Americans who were communists [robot] Do you want to die for your country, shitty communist? Although Cooper was the complete opposite and it was his Indian friend who invited him to one of those communist meetings in which he didn't last long, by the way [Cooper] This is all the shit I can take The birthday boy's name is Roy Un nod to Roy Rodgers, a legendary Cowboy of American cinema who made films like the ones Cooper do [weatherman] I can't do the weather if I don't even know if someone will still be here next week The weather guy doesn't want to give the weather report because he knows that they may be about to die but the mother changes the TV channel and we see an ad for Nuka-Cola, the refreshing drink from the saga changes again and we see another model of the cars that appeared in our neighborhood in Fallout 4 and then the Sugar Bombs, the cereals that keep appearing everywhere in this saga. The children see "Grognak the Barbarian", the character from the Fallout 4 skill magazines and who parody "Conan the Barbarian" And Ruby Ruins is a nod to the game that we can find about Grognak in Fallout 4 and then... [lady] Boom! Here they turn off the sound, terror fills Cooper's eyes little by little how the bomb shatters the windows so easily, that fragile shelter that the mother was trying to build for her son is pure terror, this sequence and panic spreads, the owner of the house doesn't let his little friend or his daughter enter. Overcoming the desperation to enter the shelters or save themselves like at the beginning of Fallout 4 and on the doors of this shelter it says "Fallout Shelter" the name of the mobile game Hey, is that car the Cherry Bomb from Fallout 4? Although it looks more like Playmouse XNR If you look closer, we don' see any bomb falling from sky, they simply explode which cuold be a hint of the bombs exploding from under the floor and they where placed and activated by Vault-Tec In fact, the only crater we see in the series is that of Shady Sands Bomb that was thrown years later by Lucy's father. We see the Griffith Observatory, the same one where the final meeting of the last episode will take place. It is a bit of the Fallout 3 effect in which we saw the obelisk of Washington in the distance and we knew we had to get there and a Vault-Tec poster announcing their vaults like the one we saw in Fallout 4. In addition to a clue that yes, it is Vault-Tek who caused this 219 years later we are in 2296, the most distant date in the entire saga There are even the typical shelter signs [Lucy] Repair skills Lucy mentions her repair skills, an in-game skill while fixing a pipe in one of the maintenance tunnels similar to those in many shelters in the saga [Lucy] Science skills, speech skills Science and speech are also other main skills of our character in the game The class blackboard shows the declaration of independence of the 13 colonies In the fictional America of Fallout the United States reorganizes its 50 states into 13 commonwealths and adopts this flag that we see on the blackboard and next to it the same one that we found in the Vault 101 class of Fallout 3 It is a bit of a bad vibe that the children's class projects are to draw a mushroom cloud or nuclear bombs since that is the only thing that they know from the exterior They have even put the typical tables with test tubes that we found in New Vegas, Fallout 3... The legendary computers of the saga and the class is the same as the GOAT exam that we did in Fallout 3 Although it is newer, there are a diagram about the cultivation of Corn since it is one of the main activities of this vault. The "do it for the supervisor" emphasizes that the figure of the supervisor in the vault is similar to that of a king accompanied by the drawings of the Vault Boy in the different aptitudes of the skill tree This mythical icon of the saga is based on Uncle Rich from Monopoly This "Stay fit" poster is from the games too there is a woman using a massage tape like the one in the stupid products in the teleshop We continue seeing in Lucy game skills such as: Athletics, melee weapons, melee, firearms... and on TV they are watching a cowboy movie that is probably Howard in one of his westerns. What they harvest are Tatos, a hybrid between a potato and a tomato from Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 The book of "War and Peace" is mythical in Russian literature Since they are dedicated to growing corn, almost all the dishes they eat contain corn and Norm is playing on his Pip Boy to "Atomic Command" a minigame that we can play in Fallout 4 in our Pip Boy and that references the legendary Atari game "Missile Commando" Those who interview Lucy are: Deadpool's blind old lady and the guy who asked Spiderman to do a backflip or that of Shang-Chi's bus It's silly but that of the three Betty is the only one who has the mug hiding the Vault-Tec logo It could be a clue that she is the one who is hiding something from the rest of the vault that she comes from Vault 31 and that she is here to be chosen as a supervisor like all those from 31. In Lucy's room there is a flowerpot in the shape of a rocket and we found some of the big-headed dolls from the game that we had to find and that gave us skill points We see the dates of all the weddings and the women who wore that same dress on their wedding night So imagine how many people did the delicious thing with that same dress The glass gun then appears on the ground after the riots of the looters It's a wink to the weapon from Vault 111 and which Meatball can later get us. In each vault in the saga an experiment of some kind is carried out [Gary #342] Gary... But the one in vaults 32 and 33 is to breed inhabitants of vaults totally loyal to Vault-Tek While in 31 to supervisors who direct them That's why Lucy at first seems to have been completely brainwashed and happily participates in all the activities of the Shelter while her brother Norm is different, It seems that he has always had a bad feeling about the shelters. He doesn't care about anything and his attitude does not correspond to that of the rest of the residents [Norm] We could do what they would've done to us Lucy's father, the supervisor, is Kyle MacLachlan, from Twinpeaks and many other David Lynch masterpieces On stage there is a Fallout jukebox I love that the priest who will officiate at Lucy's wedding has the Vault-Tec logo in his cassock like "Vault-Tek is our religion and our God", just what the company wanted to achieve A clue that Vault 32 are looters is that their clothes do not fit completely like Lucy and hers since they are not jumpsuits of their sizes but rather they have stolen from the corpses of the residents. In the Pip-Boy we see the status and start screen that we have so many times seen when using our Pip-Boys in the saga They have even taken care of the detail that how Chet opens the door is like we did at the beginning of Fallout 4 because of how they devour the food, the tattoos, the scars... they are more than enough evidence to determine that they are looters and Norm seems to be the only one who suspects it That's why I say Norm is different Most of the inhabitants of the shelters are naive, they trust strangers too much Another clue that they are looters: they don't applaud any of the words in Hank's speech Because they know who he is, since they are with Moldaver and she hates Hank [Hank] The radiation levels on the surface are droping fast enough Also because they know that what Lucy's father says is a lie. Lucy's house is just like the one we have in Fallout 76, right down to the retro curtains and the mailbox outside, reminiscent of those in New Vegas or those in the residential neighborhood at the beginning of the 4 The "Okey Dokey" is the same in almost all languages. Except in Spanish [Lucy] Okey makey. To give it atoms. At full throttle. Vital wave. Mondongo. Fall out [Maximus] It's Okey Dokey, right? [Lucy] Okey Dokey It's the same phrase that the Fallout 1 supervisor said when Monty turns around we see his looter scars he cleans himself on the curtains he drinks water as if he had never drunk... Lucy knows he is a looter when she examines him with Pip-Boy because the radiation levels explode just like in the game when we are in a radioactive zone His brother finds that everyone in Vault 32 has died But in reality we found out that they killed each other if they made deals every 3 years between vaults... How is it that when Moldaver and the looters appear, no one is surprised that none of those in Vault 32 are unknown people? and not neighbors, family or friends, Lucy's oven is from the Atomic Queen brand, a nod to the Atomic Shop where we buy items in Fallout 76, she makes this fool a critical and goes to the bathroom to get the first aid kit, the ideal place to always find some first aid kit in the games Inside a stimulant one of the cures that we use in the game They kill the priest who officiates Lucy's wedding and in the armory there is a Nuka-Cola bottle empty 10 mm bullets and a box of ammunition like the ones that so many times we have looted The knife that Lucy carries that she takes from the looter as well as the 10 pistol are the first weapons with which we leave the shelter equipped in the first Fallout there is a Nuka-Cola machine, from fallout 4 the projector falls and ironically the The film burns, projecting a kind of mushroom cloud on the walls, representing the end of Lucy's world. This guy uses Jet, a drug that increases your abilities during combat. There is a lot of gore in this scene, it represents critical hits with the VATS. or simply that violence that has always characterized the saga so much. Lucy is shocked to see her father for the first time killing someone, subliminally making it clear that he is not as innocent or good as she thought. He is defending his daughter but we already know what happens in the last chapter the "Stand By" logo appears that we have seen so many times at the beginning of many Fallout installments [Moldaver] You look like your mother Clue that she knows something about the origin of all this [Hank] You are my world, Lucy It's his world because she is his experiment and yhat's the only thing he cares about Lucy's relationship with her father is similar to Amata's with the supervisor of Vault 101 in Fallout 3 whose experiment was to never let anyone out of the vault either not opening the door either Except that Lucy in this case is more submissive than Amata. That Lucy can't do anything here reminds me a little of the beginning of Fallout 4 when they take away the doll you have as a son and kill your wife in the cryogenic chamber. The plot of this first season is basically Fallout 3 where we had to look for our father who also hid things from us Although they don't kill Lucy's father because Moldaver knows who he is and they want him as a prisoner for the cold fusion code in chapter 8 Which by the way the code is 101097, that is, October 10, 1997 Date on which the first Fallout came out we are introduced to Maximus, the bastard son of Dencel Washington. These buildings that we see here are like the entrances to the bunkers that we see in the saga where there is usually a hiding place for the Brotherhood of Steel. Maximus' wound It is the one that will be on his nose for the rest of the season and we see Tadeus instigating the others to beat him and we see the flag of the Brotherhood of Steel, it is the one from 2277 from Fallout 3 and a "enlist" poster that It is also original to the games The T-60 power armor was an invention of the United States to gain advantage during the Sino-American War and appears in Fallout 4 and 76 Maximus' master carries an instruction manual for different devices What the Brotherhood of Steel is to preserve pre-war technology This enormous steel zeppelin is the Prydewen, one of the flagships of the Brotherhood of Steel and which appears in Fallout 4, the helicopters that descend are the Vertibirds or ships that we know from Fallout 2 How they present the knights of the Brotherhood of Steel, as the masters that the knight Titus later is so pathetic and coward... [Maximus] You can't count on anyone, especially your heroes [cadet] What model is that ? [Maximus] T-60 Maximus knows what model of armor it is because it is the same model worn by the brotherhood knight who saved him in Shady Sands Shady Sands is a location from the first fallout we see how they draw the robot portrait of the scientist Siggi, who we will meet in the next episode When they found the power armor in the workshop I couldn't help but think of the mythical Fallout 4 start menu, in fact the crane that holds the power armor is the same as the one in the menu and the one that Maximus will use to lift it later The scar on Maximus's chin was made during the destruction of Shady Sands They play basketball like we can play basketball in the game when you grab an object and try to do the same and well, here a recruit is... [student] He's doing a *censored* *censored* *very censored* Something that shows that the ones from the Brotherhood of Steel does not receive any type of education about the delicious Nor the female reproductive system (what is that?) [Lucy, playful] Do you want to do it? Maximus has to keep digging the latrines while he sees how Dane is promoted to squire achieving his dream while he is the clown of the barracks We go back to Vault 33 and this same poster is the one from our room in Fallout 76 They change the poster of "the outside world cannot harm you" full of blood for a new one when it has been more than proven that the outside can harm them They drag the bodies of the looters to the compost area, which means fertilizer They are going to let the corpses decompose to use them as fertilizer for their corn crops the detail that the shower logos are doors to the vault, ogh [wise] Indeed, it is cinema The weapon they take from the ground is one crafted with things from the outside [Betty] Not opening any of our doors Betty emphasizes that the doors should not be opened because she knows things and that this vault is an experiment Lucy goes up to the entrance of the shelter and when Norm looks out we can see the depth of the shelter to avoid radiation Also the thing about the elevator is something that we already saw in Fallout 4 The opening system of the main door of Vault is the same as that of Fallout 3 as well, just as in Fallout 4 Lucy leaves the Vault with the Vault-Tek jumpsuit, the first outfit that we all wear to the start each delivery At the doors of the Shelter there are dozens of corpses of people who surely wanted to enter and stayed at the doors as the prologue of Fallout 4 shows The heat of the radiation and the explosions left them in this state This is the sign of the port of Santa Monica and right after we see the destroyed pier of Santa Monica Maximus hid in a refrigerator like Indiana Jones Although it reminded me of the one we saw in New Vegas with the perk of seeing paranormal things but in reality this is a reference to Billy Peabody The ghoul boy from Fallout 4 who was trapped in a refrigerator for 210 years [Maximus] Eden Maximus mentions Eden the surname of President John Henry Eden, of the Enclave or a nod to the mission "in search of the Garden of Eden" from Fallout 3 Maximus gets the dialogue right and they name him squire [Quintus] you will be knight Titus' squire On the bed we see a magazine of "Guns and Bullets", the mythical magazine that if you read it in any of the games, it will increase your skill with small weapons. As Maximus has been promoted to squire, we see how his bullies now take him on with a new cadet [Thaddeus] The people of the base He used to beat me up... [Thaddeus] So this new recruit, Maximus came in, I thought it was better that they beat him instead The knight Titus has a T engraved on his fist, which is what he is warming up to mark Maximus They offer Maximus a stick to bite while they burn him to endure the pain but he refuses [Wanda] Look at the size of those eggs! He does not shout and that consecrates him before the other members of the brotherhood Not like Thaddeus... There is a guy moving a botafumeiro something that is done in churches at mass We see children among the rows of the brotherhood, at the beginning we saw some children smoking kids who, like Maximus, are trained and welcomed by the brotherhood since they were little since they were left without family because of the bombs. The squire's uniform is like the ones in the game Yes, the dog they are looking for is Meatball. What appears from the enormous bag that Maximus carries is the knights' main weapon and their entire inventory They kill this fool with the "junk jet" or the garbage bazooka from Fallout 4 They critical him with a toy baby arm This guy who is looking for the Ghoul is the actor who played Bubba in Forest Gump [Bubba] Pepper Shrimp... Inside there is a sign pointing to the cemetery they are going to and further ahead there is an electric pole where there is a crucified skeleton, a very common punishment given by the Caesar's legion in Fallout New Vegas Right, Benny? Maybe what the Ghoul takes in the series is RadAway? They don't get to say it but it's something that prevents him from going wild. They bring a chicken for the Ghoul because a ghoul that has lost its humanity and hasn't eaten for so long would attack the first thing it sees without hesitation. In this case, the chicken, which would give them time to attack him and if doesn't attack the chicken you can reason with him I love this sound, it's an Indian song like the one in the cowboy and Indian movies that Howard starred in And it's repeated every time Cooper appears in the series That skill with the rope gives us a clue that he is the cowboy from the beginning and he does a criticial to the fat man by blowing his head off [Ghoul] Cowboys, we take it as it comes the same phrase that he said to his daughter [Howard] But us cowboys we take it as it comes, right? We find the ghoul in a cemetery because in Arabic mythology Ghouls are ghoul demons that live in cemeteries in Fallout a Ghoul is born when a human exposed to radiation has a biology compatible with nuclear gamma radiation. There are three other ghouls that are rare and who survived a long time without food or water like Coffin Willy, Woody in Fallout 2 or Billy Peabody, the boy in the refrigerator But it is understood that Cooper has a rare mutation that allows him to live for centuries but he needs an insane amount of drugs to avoid going wild leaves the chicken intact since it retains all hisfaculties. In the credits, the newspaper that this stiff is reading is the Capital Post, the newspaper of the games. You can see how the bank guy turns into a skeleton, people on the Ferris wheel, appear the pier of Santa Monica... Next to the one where Lucy was leaving the vault we see the logo of the Red Rocket gas stations and that the camera moves further and further away from such a small detail is a nod to the mythical intro of Fallout 3 Where we were progressively shown the deterioration of the post-apocalyptic world Episode 2: The Objective What we see as soon as episode 2 begins is Meatball about to be born, the mythical little dog of the franchise that has appeared in almost all the games. Meatball, or Dogmeat in English, owes its name to a dog with the same name. name that appeared in "A Boy and his Dog" A post-apocalyptic movie from 1975 that inspired the Fallout universe and the wasteland Movie that parodies one of Cooper's house posters for "A Man and His Dog" Dog that he ends up having as a pet also, in a preview that Cooper will have to face a post-apocalyptic future like in that movie and will actually do so with Dogmeat, since he leaves with him at the end of this episode Although the inclusion of Dogmeat in the games began as a reference to the dog from the original Mad Max movies They throw a puppy into the incinerator because it weighs less than 10 ounces as this poster warns That's why they burn them, because if they have less weight they are of no use to them The scientist, who by the way is the mythical Ben Linus from "Lost" weighs Meatball and sees that he barely reaches those 10 ounces. He takes pity on the puppy and decides to put in the record that he weighs 10 ounces, thus saving the puppy. We are in what appears to be an Enclave facility, their department is behavioral engineering. What they inject into the dogs is key to controlling them and, like most experiments, they are testing them on animals to then test it on humans and thus dominate the wasteland. This guard carries a laser rifle that It is another mythical weapon from the saga. They carry what appears to be the corpse of a super mutant judging by the hand that appears. The dogs with devices reminded me of Rex, the dog from New Vegas, a cyborg dog enhanced with technology. The teddy bear is an item that we can see lying around many times in the wasteland The scientist's name is Siggi Wilzig, the same name as that of a survivor of the Nazi camps at Auschwitz who ended up being a multimillionaire On the screen we see a kind of Pip Boy but for puppies 2076... Fallout 2076 reference? Siggi is trying to train the dog, but without the cruel methods of the Enclave Trying to show that the same result can be obtained but with love and affection He drinks alcohol to endure the pain that awaits him with the injection What he steps on is a device that he has made to inject herself and be able to cauterize the wound by changing the button Dogmeat kills the scientist who was going to snitch, because she is a good girl Siggi gets rid of Pip Boy and his team so that they do not locate him The automated turret that emerges is very similar to the model from Fallout 4 God the transition of the shots that miss the turret crossing the title of the series All the opening titles go in some way with the theme of each chapter We return with Lucy and the wasteland the arid expanse created by the immense amount of bombs atomic bombs that rained down on the surface, completely messing the world and the sea level that is why we find ships in the desert. The landscape, the demolished houses, is very similar to the wasteland that we see in the games. The robot buried in the sand is an Asaultron of Fallout 4 built by RobCo Industries Lucy lives the Fallout experience, going into a house, find all the family dead, or esqueletons that tells you the story or what where they doing before dying Here all the family drank poison, they even gave it to children just before the fall of the bombs poison that Vault-Tec sold so that those people who could not access their vaults would have a quick and painless death. In each episode we will see how Lucy's innocence is destroyed by the wasteland episode by episode But for now she is naive and makes a bonfire without knowing that it will attract everyone's attention She takes off her Pip Boy and leaves it on the ground because of course, who is going to steal it? Dogmeat kills a radroach, one of the most mythical and annoying enemies in the saga Siggi draws a parallel between Lucy and how the radroaches survived and evolved in the face of adversity Teasing that the wasteland will change Lucy forever [Siggi] Will you want the same things when you've become a different animal? Indeed in the end Lucy does not want to return to Vault 33 with her father when she discovers the whole truth Maximus continues his odyssey with the knight Titus who throws him the egg cup so that he can clean it something that Maximus will repeat with Thaddeus [Titus] Put us down, leave us here, I'm bored, I want to shoot something Titus is an idiot Although it could be any of us ignoring the main mission of the game and going around killing bugs I love that Siggi is still wearing the scientist's coat here because it's one of the outfits in the game But he changes it so as not to drive attention to him CRAM is a game food and he smells it because it is supposedly pre-cooked meat that never expires. That Dogmeat arrives with a human hand, a reference to our ability to order it in the game to collect things for us. In this shot we see advertising posters for Nuka-Cola, Vault-Tec... how these imitate those of America in the 50s from which Fallout is inspired. But we also see how nature has proliferated and devoured the terrain and the buildings, almost like in The Last of Us What attacks Maximus and Titus is a Yao Guai, a creature from the saga that is an American black bear victim of a lot of radiation And this cave is full of barrels of toxic materials Yao Guai comes from Chinese mythology, it means "demonic beast" in the shape of a tiger or bear with magical abilities The pistol that Maximus uses is a 6520 model of the 10 mm pistol from the original Fallout Maximus kills the Yao guai with a shot because ihe scores a critical attack [Titus] Stupid missions to get rarities that end up being a damn toaster The toaster that Titus mentions refers to the Big Mountain toaster mission that we found in Old World Blues, the New Vegas DLC since the Brotherhood of Steel conquered that area, a corporation that we see mentioned in the CEO meeting at the end of the series or perhaps it refers to the toaster in Fallout 2 that honored the movie "The Brave Toaster" Maximus lets him die to loot him In the series the characters must make decisive decisions like we do in games Lucy meets a random NPC like the random encounters we have in the game [Walter] Well, let's keep working and his water filter has broken A nod to the plot of Fallout 1 Lucy runs out of water although it won't take her long to appreciate how scarce this good is up here Maximus tries on his armor like Iron Man and the HUD is exactly the same as the one in Fallout 4 Maximus intervenes in this fight just as we can intervene among several NPCs in the saga and decides to save the doctor who will then heal Thaddeus's foot people wear either pre-war clothes or leather armor made with parts like the raiders and other factions of the game there is a seller who has meat dog another nod to Dogmeat, Meatball the houses are made with caravans and plane wreckage because near the dump is the Los Angeles airport as we will see at the end of this chapter these guys with horns are from the Great Khans of New Vegas [seller ] Cool iguana! and this seller offers iguana snacks, one of the mythical foods of the saga. Although we will never see iguanas on the map, the closest things are the gekko from New Vegas, which created the theory that the iguana sticks are made with human flesh. Behind them appear two NPCs with bandit bags, another of the great hats of this saga. Among the garbage there is a Giddyup Buttercup similar to the ones we found in Fallout 3. The fact that the dumpster is made with remains of garbage reminds me of the design of Diamond City Fallout 4 or that of Megaton in 3 in fact the entrance to Megaton was opened with the turbine of an airplane when Lucy descends, the one in the chair is reading a "survival guide for the wasteland", from Fallout 4, specifically the one of the way to Diamond City and there in the background is a Sunset Sarsaparilla Poster, the New Vegas consumable next to a RobCo container Lucy meets a Brahmin, a mutated two-headed cow but the Brahmins of Fallout are also a reference to the sacred cows of the India, something that did not fit very well with India, where in Fallout 3 the term "brahman" was banned, in another container the logo of the CMR or the transport and train company from Fallout 3 appears. A Pip Boy model 2000 MK appears like the ones in Fallout 76 while Cooper waits we see the head of a deathclaw, although it does not have the horns like the one we see at the end of the series We see a stimulant next to a big head, which is not the same as the intelligence one but has the same pose Inside the store there are weapons and medicines displayed in display cases like in the game's stores, asking us to steal them. Not in vain is there a sign at the entrance that warns that if you steal they will shoot you. There are different models of Pip Boy hanging, just before she close the book bam! the name of Moldaver [saleswoman] The Vaults are nothing more than holes in the ground for rich folks to hide. That Lucy arrive with her clean hair, perfect teeth... I mean, most of those up here have been surviving every day eating their own... seeing someone from a shelter must touch their balls outside we see the Robco Fun and Hot Rodder magazines and on a poster they mention that they only trade in caps, which is the Fallout currency [Siggi] You come from Vault 33 [Lucy] Who are you? Siggi knows Lucy's last name [Siggi] Miss MacLane [Lucy] How do you know my name? Because from the Enclave, at least in the games, much of the activity and experiments carried out in the shelters are monitored, so he knows everything, Moldaver surely told him about Lucy too. In the original version of the series, Cooper speaks with a pretty handsome cowboy movie accent [Ghoul] But I'm ani't torturing you, sweetheart Cooper shoots with brutal precision, probably using his VATS and leaving Siggi without foot so he can't escape All these shots in Slow Motion are a carbon copy of the VATS death chamber when we blow up someone and you can see that he makes his own ammunition, for example in this bullet he has drawn a ghoul with horns The gun that Cooper uses is an MTS 225 revolver, it does not exist in the game as such and he has cut off the barrel to basically turn it into a sawed-off shotgun But with the handling of a revolver like the one he used in his movies because it is the weapon that he best masters [Ghoul] You've got me working on my apetite Of course, the ghouls eat corpses and he have killed a few already... Ghouls can eat human food and drink water but their lack of smell allows them to eat disgusting things and their digestive system is more resistant, which is why many succumb to cannibalism to survive since most of them are discriminated against because of their appearance or the fear that they will become wild. Inside the store there is a Grognak comic. Under the ledger there is another "wasteland survival guide", specifically the one on decorating your shelter. Another detail from Fallout 4 and the bases we could build [liar] It just works The Bobblehead from the Fallout 3 collector's edition plus a gray turtle and cigarettes Big Boss both are brands of cigarettes in the games, Big Boss being a reference to Big Boss from "Metal Gear Solid" and his cigarettes There is also a safe like the ones we can open in the saga And again the garbage thrower that we saw in chapter one He has all the weapons in the world at her disposal but she doesn't steal any, she wants to keep good karma Although she fails to convince him with her speech Lucy shoots the tranquilizer, but she would need large doses of any drug for it to affect him Maximus interrupts Cooper and although he shoots once the second time his gun jams Something that can perfectly happen to anyone in Fallout since our weapons deteriorate and we must repair them Maximus shoots but his lack of experience is noticeable. Apart from the fact that Cooper shoots the gun to disarm him, something that we can also do in the saga Later he shows that he knows how to shoot a weapon, but he has not received training to shoot with power armor, and the helmet greatly reduces his visibility. There is a "danger mines" sign, another mythical trap from the saga. The good power fist never fails. There is more survival guides in the back room, an advertisement for Mr Handy and the Abraxo cleaner, what Barp eats is pork with beans, one of the legendary cans from Fallout 3 and New Vegas Maximus starts flying with power armor just to impress Lucy... and it turns out badly [Cooper] I guess basic trining is no what it used to be Cooper says that because he served in the war he had to wear one of those heavy power armors [Cooper] I wore the T-45, and its design flaws cost a lot of good men and women their lives so he knows where to cut to ruin the suit and with the hook he rips off another valve to destabilize him and the damage that Maximus does to his foot by pinning it to the ground and the damage to his head are reflected in the HUD of the power armor. In the store again we see Fat Boy ammunition in the display case and a Vault-Tek birthday hat Like the ones we wore at our birthday party in the prologue of Fallout 3, the fact that Cooper takes pity on the dog and cures him shows that there is still some humanity and goodness in him. Night falls and when we leave we see how people are looting the bodies after the fight. This crashed on the ground here is a satellite of the CCCP, the union of Soviet republics, and this satellite was surely shot down by the United States for spying on them. This plane is a B-29 model like the one we see crashed in New Vegas Wilzig takes the same poison as the family from the beginning [Siggi] You can change the future She can change the future because cold fusion will change the world as we see in the end This knife is a reaper, one of the most gory weapons in the game The theme that played in the intro of Fallout 3 plays in the background In the credits a crashed Vertibird along with more Vertibirds parked at an air base that is the Los Angeles airport several corpses of the brotherhood of steel next to a poster of genlist with Uncle Sam A teddy bear like the one at the beginning A poster of Horizon Airlines, an American airline from the pre-war saga Episode 3: the head We are filming one of Cooper's movies in the background a set in Monument Valley where the vast majority of classic Westerns were filmed The phrase: [Cooper] "Feo, fuerte and formal" It is a phrase that John Wayne loved, one of the greatest actors of Western cinema and that is a Mexican saying I love that Cooper has a hard time killing here because he doesn't think it suits his character Cooper Howard is good, he never kills bad guys but he will end up becoming a ruthless ghoul bounty hunter who shoots first and asks questions later Some here look like the type of Vault-Tec from the beginning of Fallout 4 [seller] Good morning, I'm from Vault-Tec, they even wear the same trench coat, hat and the tablet Vault-Tec is around here because it will be in these same studios where they will make the Cooper ad with Vault-Tec [Barb] It's lavender (the candy) [Cooper] Why don't you just drink the perfume? The lavender thing is a small callback to the novel about the lavender flower that we found in Fallout 2. His wife gives him the first shelter jumpsuit that was made. Based on the colors of Cooper's cowboy suit and like the one that all the inhabitants of the vaults will wear and we see another Mr Handy around Oh, Cooper running with his little daughter, he is a good father Lucy takes the scientist's head just like in Fallout we can take parts of any NPC the Donuts site is a mythical Randy's Donuts from the United States Here Cooper seems to be imitating the cover of Lonesome Road, the New Vegas DLC [man]...you walk it alone playing the theme of "Maybe" by the Ink Spots, from the credits of the first Fallout the same song that Martin sang in the Vault 8 Lucy eats the same deviled eggs that we can find in the saga Maximus succeeds in the charisma move posing as Titus [Titus?] This is knight Titus But they send another squire [bald] We will send you a replacement squire Maximus is quite naive if he thinks that they are not going to try to steal him since the power armor is one of the most precious assets in the game. Among the garbage we see the remains of what appears to be a synth or Android like those in Fallout 3 and 4 Maximus recovers and comes up but this could be a nod to the fact that in the games there are abilities that, like Nerd Rage, when we have low health inflict more damage to the enemies Maximus considers killing Thaddeus as he just did with the looter for half a second Something he will try to do later The Sunset Sarsaparilla logo from New Vegas reappears The Pip Boy map is exactly like the one in the games There are still large areas of water as in many points of the saga But it is highly contaminated water that causes mutated creatures There is a Cowboy with a message, the sheriff is in town A preview that Lucy is about to meet Cooper again What attacks Lucy is a Gulper or a mutated salamander like the ones we found in Fallout 4 Cooper sees the gulper's droppings and knows there is one around here Chet cries in the shelter because he has lost his job, but Norm isn't upset because he does not perform his duties with enthusiasm [Reg] Every job your performance review has been "lacks enthusiasm" The salamander is so mutated that it has fingers in his mouth, although later we will learn that it is because he has human genes. Well, it is an inhabitant of Vault 4. Lucy uses the Ghoul's bag to escape from the enormous salamander, but he breaks all the vials of his precious drug. We see that Lucy is paler and she looks pretty bad, not only because of dehydration [Lucy] I need water but also because of prolonged exposure to radiation underwater which is very harmful in the saga [Thaddeus] I grew up working on a fly farm Yes, the same mutated flies ball toucher of the franchise What this NPC holds is a water chip like the one in Fallout 1, where the chip was also broken [bald] The water chip is destroyed In the end they kicked us out of the shelter just as Lucy won't be able to return to 33 yet Ah, a radroach ! Maximus decides to do the opposite of what Titus did with him, Protect his squire [Thaddeus] You saved me! They defeat the gulper and we can see the exact moment in which the head flies off They find Lucy's boot and a pink flamingo like those in Fallout 76 Oh, Dogmeat recognizes his master and gives him kisses The leg of the power armor has been damaged when pulling Thaddeus, as we see in the HUD The bus they find full of skeletons is from the Crest movie studios in California, just the studio where Cooper was recording his film and where this same episode began we see the same statue of the woman holding a sphere now lying on the ground Cooper shoots the sign because it was he who created that figure we see a Roman soldier and someone dressed as Caesar, a reference to Caesar's legion from New Vegas? [George] Nice to meet you This guy is George Yaffe, one of the names we see on Norm's computer was the supervisor of Vault 33 before Lucy's father because he also participated in Bud's friends program [George] Let's go! Therefore, Coop! [Cooper] What if I give a thumbs up? Cooper comes up with the thumb thing, which would give rise to the mythical pose of Vault-Tec's Vault Boy. In the credits under the poster we see Cooper in an advertisement prior to the design of the doll. Vault-Tec discarded Cooper as its corporate image. after being expelled from Hollywood And from him they designed the vault boy we all know We see the donut from the beginning buried in the wasteland a poster of Mr Handy anticipating his appearance in the next episode and the "B&K Cleaners" logo that only appears in fallout New Vegas as a company dedicated to cleaning Episode 4: The Ghouls The chapter with Lucy and Cooper going along the Hollywood Walk of Fame since it is the same direction that the sign for the gulper area pointed West Side's name is a district in Fallout New Vegas. In the areas of the series where they are in points that appear in New Vegas, the tone is more orange Well, that is the general aesthetic of New Vegas. While the dump which is basically Megaton or where they fight the gulper, the tones are more blueish and green colors more present in Fallout 3 Inside the clinic there is a Ghoul, Roger, who is about to go wild He is inside the clinic because it is his last desperate attempt to find the drug that Cooper uses to avoid going wild. This process is known as feralization and is due to the degeneration of the brain. The first thing a ghoul loses are the tissues and layers of skin, but in the long run the radiation affects their organs. Once it reaches the brain, a ghoul ends up losing all its ability to think, its memories, and they become beasts that end up glowing after receiving centuries and centuries of radiation. And ghouls that wander alone are more susceptible to go wild [Cooper] Remember how good the food used to taste? [Roger] Blamco Mac & Cheese the "Blamco Mac & Cheese" are another brand of food that we find in the saga Cooper talks to him about food so that Roger use the last moments of sanity that he has left To fondly remember the taste of the food of his mother [Roger] You know? My mother used to cook... Cooper ends Roger's agony while still retaining some humanity [Roger] 28 years since the first symptoms This ghoul lasted 28 years without transforming [Roger] How long? [Cooper] A long time but Cooper has been over 200, that and he has 200 years of experience, he must already be level 100 at least Cooper devours his friend because he surely has the ability cannibalism where by consuming meat we can recover health [Lucy] Lucy MacLean [Cooper] MacLean? He recognizes the last name McLean because he met his father 200 years ago in Vault-Tek They put a kind of mask on the looter to prevent the radiation from infecting them Lucy ends up drinking radioactive water Cooper knew she would do it because he has been through the same thing [Cooper ] Oh I'm you, sweetie, just give it a little time Lucy rips off Cooper's finger like golum and does it very easily since he's a ghoul and his skin is fried [Cooper] How are you doing about the Golden Rule? Cooper returns the favor and cuts off her finger and keeps it. This is a Fallout 3 mechanic in which with the vigilante perk, when killing enemies such as looters or evil characters, we can collect their fingers to obtain badges in exchange The pregnant visits Chet and brings with her a painting of her husband who we only met for a couple of seconds at the beginning and his clothes were all yellow and blue. It's as if they couldn't wear another color even the inside of the houses, they are only blue and yellow. Super Duper markets are a chain of Fallout hypermarkets where we normally only find traps or looters. This Mr Handy looks like Mr Andy from Vault 101, who was the doctor at the vault and ended up losing his circuits and killing people. On the counter we see bottles of Daytrippers, a consumable hallucinogenic drug from Fallout 4 [resident] Are they going to have jelly cake?! She is outraged because let's remember that the vault is running out of water and while they eat corn, the prisoners are given cake and jelly [looter] I don't know what people from Vault 32 were up to, but it was anything but innocent. That increases Norm's suspicions and he push to investigate There is a "you are special" poster like the Fallout 3 book in which as babies we could distribute the points of our character's attributes Computers, just like in games, show the records of the experiments what It happened in each shelter and in shelter 32 they found a Fallout 76 foosball table [Norm] The last vital signs detected was 2 years ago This proves that the looters found Vault 32 like this but they could not survive for long since there were no crops or food This guy stuck a fork in a toaster and in Fallout 4 there was also one with a toaster and a fork in the bathtub what they see on TV about the mice is a parallel to how Vault-Tec has experimented with them, they have ghouls here trapped to sell their organs Wow! El Rubius (spanish streamer) [Rubius?] What the fuck? These two are so blinded that they don't see through the outside camera that Cooper has fainted to the ground. What they are watching on TV is "Bimbo's Car," a short film from 1954. Lucy decides to earn good karma and releases the ghouls [ghoul] Hey, thanks! This ghoul who thanks her is the same one we found at the observatory when Lucy arrives And this ghoul is like Roger, she is losing her humanity, which she repeats [ghoul] My name is Martha desperately trying to remember something from her past before become a monster [Lucy] I know there's someone in there, talk to me! What Lucy doesn't know is that the feralization of a ghoul is irreversible Lucy reproached Cooper for killing Roger at the beginning [Lucy] Why did you do it?! Now she kills another ghoul who is in the same situation understanding why Cooper did what he did [Cooper] Remember how good the food used to taste? They have a bag of radaway, a consumable with which we eliminate radiation [Mr. Handy] Can I help you have a better day? Lucy has probably factory reset Mr Handy with the defibrillator and he is no longer a murderer. In shelter 32 they find that several members of the administration committed the death as shown in their Pip Boy where a cross appears over the state of health That they've even added the little flashlight of the game to the Pip Boys to the series... it's a great detail. They find supervisor Ian Jackson [Hank] We were sorry to hear about supervisor Jackson's passing and those from Vault 32, after finding out that they were only guinea pigs to be faithful servants of Vault-Tec, tortured the supervisor and they left this smile on his face with staples In revenge for all the enthusiasm and happiness that they had to constantly show in the vault. By the way, the supervisor's office is a carbon copy of all the ones we have seen in each delivery. A new Lucy appears, baptized in ghoul blood and with remains of a looter's armor and gives the vials to Cooper Inside, Cooper ingests all the dr*gs and alcohol possible to reactivate his body It's like when you have low health in the video game and you take half an inventory to recover everything, Cooper finds the holotape of the movie he was filming in chapter 3. It seems that he misses that life and realizes how far away it is. The credits end with a drive-in movie theater similar to that of New Vegas or Fallout 4. We see a poster of a protectron, mythical robots and the entrance of a shelter, anticipating the arrival of Lucy and Maximus to the Shelter 4 Episode 5: The Past Maximus and Thaddeus spend the night sheltering at the entrance of a subway entrance like those in Fallout 3 But they don't go any further because they are nests of ghouls. He reveals his identity and it goes wrong, he tries to catch Thaddeus and crushes his foot with a ton and a half of weight. That's why Thaddeus stays like in the games when you lose a foot, and He can't run because he's crippled He removes the fusion core from the power armor, the core is the same as the ones we found in Fallout 4 Dogmeat goes with Thaddeus because he takes the head of the scientist who was his master Maximus is sweating because it starts doing heat and the armor cannot use the hydration system that Thaddeus refilled But Lucy appears to save him from the radroaches Maximus takes air because he was running out of oxygen in there Lucy throws up because Cooper immersed her in contaminated water, she drank dirty water and did not drink the radaway of the supermarket and if it is not treated the radiation increases until it makes our character sick and kills him [Lucy] The army started using these (armors) after "the battle of Anchorage" Lucy mentions the battle of Anchorage a nod to the operation of the first DLC of Fallout 3 Norm and Chet discover a mountain of dwellers of the vault who were trying to reach Vault 31 to discover the truth Maximus cures Lucy with the radaway There is a graffiti that says "JDA rules" and that was in Fallout 1 A reference to Jason D. Anderson, an artist who worked on the saga Just behind Maximus another graffiti from Fallout 2, "jet rocks" [Lucy] What did you think was in them? [Max] Monsters Maximus believes it because in the games we discover the horrors that exist in each shelter and that they are full of aberrations. Next to Lucy comes the graffiti of "Tim", another one from Fallout 2 that pays tribute to Timothy Donley, designer of the game Although I missed that they didn't put the best graffiti in the saga Lucy offers Maximus to travel together to be his companion Since in the saga we can also take different companions who have a secondary mission that we can complete [Maximus] It sounds like a nice way to live A preview that Maximus is going to really like life in Vault 4 In Vault 33 they are preparing for the elections, and on the blackboard we see Betsy Ross drawn sewing the flag of the United States Well, she was the one who designed the flag in 1776 and it's cool that the globe is not exactly the same as ours because the bombs deformed the surface. Not even he, who is a candidate, can avoid voting for Betty, from Vault 31 [Woody] Who am I kidding? Proving once again that Bud's experiment is still a success [Davey] You know the saying: "IWhen things go glum, vote for somebody from Vault 31" The bomb that fell on Shady Sands is not one of the ones from the beginning, it was dropped by Lucy's father and turned her mother into a ghoul Maximus and Lucy meet two strangers these characters are "Fiends" [Maximus] Fiends Faction that appears in New Vegas and are drug addicts they notice Pip Boy from Lucy because they know it's worth a few caps [Steph] Maybe the mashed potatoes were a little better? Steph says the same thing Norm's dad said because she's also from 31 [Norm] Just what my dad used to say and she'll end up being a supervisor in 32 The vault guards have the same armor and protections as the security guards at the vaults from the saga Like in Fallout 1, Shady Sands has the logo of the new California Republic and has the bears of the NCR More than 34,000 people lived here that Lucy's father massacred [Hank] I had to make a choice Well, the task to repopulate and restore civilization was Vault-Tec's [Lucy] What about Reclamation Day? Reclamation day is just the day Fallout 76 starts [robotic voice] Is reclamation day Hey and another graffiti, "if someone finds this I'm sorry you're here" which was in New Vegas at sun exit in Sierra Madre [Maximus] Everyone wants to save the world, but they just disagree on how What Maximus says pretty much sums up the plot of Fallout A bunch of factions that are always trying to save the world when in reality they just want to fight to take power of the wasteland under their rules and ideologies They find the Hawthorne clinic, which belongs to the family of scientists who made the advertisement with Cooper [Cooper] Meet the Hawthornes Well, this is the same shelter that was advertised In the parking lot there is a huge Vault-Tec logo that shouts "here is a vault" The clinic is a research and development clinic, a preview of the experiments they carry out with the residents of Vault 4. Even the ceiling light is a direct guide for the newcomers to the trap. On the door it says "medical supplies" for people from outside to come in looking for help Even the door is painted, everything is a decoration designed to attract new guinea pigs Vault 32 has been cleaned of corpses and is as if it were new, they have even fixed the toaster but they forgot a small drop of blood on one of the foosball figures and completely destroyed Supervisor Jackson's computer to prevent more people from meddling [Norm] What happened to her Pip Boy? [Betty] It was buried with her But that's a lie because Moldaverr opened the door to 32 with Rose's Pip Boy We see that in Vault 4 they devote more time to the vegetation than in 33 because there are so many plants The credits take place in the Shady Sands school and this book about the new California Republic was written by Kate Williams and Moldaver was known as Miss Williams so it could be her Episode 6: The Trap We start with a broadcast of Galaxia News The same header that we saw at the beginning of Fallout 1 and a nod to Radio Galaxia [announcer] Hello guys, I'm Three Dog, your voice in the darkness The legendary Fallout 3 station commanded by the legendary Three Dog Cooper runs through Vault 4 inside and on one of the doors we see title of test subjects Which is where Lucy and Maximus are now locked up We meet the Hawthornes, who will investigate the effects of radiation on human DNA [Mr. Hawthorne] Hybridizing humans with resistance to radiation has potential... Well, the objective of Vault 4 is to create human hybrids with aquatic animals that withstand radiation from outside The phone that appears from Vault-Tek exists and you can call, but only you will hear: a man shouting Cooper meets Bud Askins whom we will meet in his brain on a roomba form [Cooper] West-Tek? He worked for West-Tek, the inventors of the saga's power armor and the FEV virus that first appeared in Fallout 1 and gave rise to the super mutants [Cooper] You designed the T-45 power armor The T-45 armor is like the ones from Fallout 3 [Bud] It's time, it's the ultimate weapon Time is a clue to the cryogenization chambers they plan to use and which are like the ones in the shelter from Fallout 4 Cooper sees a Nuka-Cola advertisement next to the one he made for Vault-Tec in the newspaper and when he leaves it we read another headline that refers to the Sino-American War Cooper's dog is the same as the one in the movie that appears on the stairs [Cooper] That's my real dog This is Bartholomew Codsworth, the voice of the Mr Handy of the saga and who has the last name of the robot that the protagonist of Fallout 4 has at home [robot] Unbeatable [Codsworth] The end of the world is a product Vault-Tec unleashes the nuclear war and markets the end of the world as it's product Cooper got so high in episode 4 that he was left stranded in the supermarket What the cross-eyed man says: [cross-eyed] The Govermint The Govermint is the faction where they later take Cooper to They extract from Maximus's arm the tooth that one of the people on the bridge shot at him as ammunition Since on the surface ammunition is scarce [Lucy] My mother was a courier Oh, like our character in Fallout New Vegas who was also a messenger from the wasteland [suited up] The game was rigged from the start Lucy eats a bowl of corn, so in all the shelters it is a common food that they always grow [Maximus] This is a cult At the end of the episode it is clear that they are a cult They meet the supervisor of Vault 4 who is Chris Parnell The voice of Jerry Smith in Ricky & Morty [Cooper] and buy us a ranch in Bakersfield? Bakersfield is a location in the first Fallout where Vault 12 was located. Its residents were turned into ghouls and ended up founding a city of Ghouls called Necropolis. Cooper's friend, Charlie, probably played an Indian in one of his cowboy movies And tells Cooper that Vault-Tec's obligation is to assure its investment partners that a nuclear war takes place in order to profit from their vaults and the multi-million dollar investments that they've made [villain] By dropping the bombs ourselves I would recognize that "Hello" from Kyle MacLachlan miles away [Cooper] Who is it?
[phone] Henry The caller is Lucy's father, but he lies and says his name is Henry [Barb] You know, dogs are not allowed in vaults They don't allow dogs in shelters because Barb, Cooper and their daughter go to the shelter They are going to be cryogenized until the war ends and the dogs would not tolerate cryogenization as we learn in one of the records of Vault 114 in Fallout 4. In the supervisor's aquarium we see very strange fish and miniature sharks Another clue that there is They carry out experiments with DNA and marine life [Ben] You have to "respect their traditions" the respecting their traditions is a preview of the Moldaver cult at the end of the episode and yes, the Overseers' window is in the shape of the Vault-Tec logo the Electricity Source of the vault is like the ones in the vaults of the games Maximus receives a welcome basket with Sugar Bombs, Fancy Lads cupcakes, macaroni and cheese [Greg] Blamco Mac & Cheese The CRAM that the doctor ate, Lucy's mineral water, deviled eggs, champagne... They are all foods that we find in the games except a can of caviar that are fish eggs (and oysters). But taking into account the experiments they carry out with fish here, maybe these are from a gulper or some resident with gills. While we see Maximus have what he has never had, a simple life and warm water Lucy visits one of the classes at the vault, similar to the class where she was a teacher at Vault 33 In this shelter the children draw fish and study the anatomy of aquatic animals with dolls like this Lucy discovers the flag of the new Republic next to an NCR poster and the mythical music of the intro of Fallout plays. The man she asks appears at the beginning in the dining room and has membranes similar to those of an amphibian on his hands. The Governmint seems being in a Kingsman Barbecue restaurant, a New Vegas franchise What the president throws here are cysts from his food which seems quite radioactive Cooper sews his finger because he is right-handed, he always shoots with his right hand He sews it because it is just that finger with which he pulls the trigger and to be able to kill these two now [president] You are still looking for her Surely he refers to Cooper's daughter [Cooper] In Filly? I must have killed about 9 or 10 people Well, that's exactly how many people Cooper killed in the garbage dump at the beginning [silly] My daddy lives in Filly [Cooper] Well, not no more, he don't He tells him that he killed his father, and Maybe he did it and it was this sniper or this coward who runs away and among the "Wanted" posters the one on the top left is that of a super mutant [Cooper] I remembered her differently because he met her 200 years ago. The cultists light candles and fires, they undress to feel the heat of the flame as if they wanted to emulate the heat that the victims of the Shady Sands bomb felt that day and they anoint themselves with the ashes of the victims Moldaver is deified as if she were a divinity But there are two portraits on the table, the one on the left is Aaron Kimball, the president of the NCR who appears in Fallout New Vegas and the one on the right could be Lucy's mother ... Although it looks more like the people from the Point Lookout swamp in Fallout 3 A dead gulper appears in the background, because they were created here The woman in the experiment gives birth to something similar to the New Vegas geeks or baby gulper, that devour her This sketch in the back looks like a Centaur, a disgusting creature from the saga In the background we see the drawing of a King Mirelurk from Fallout 3 and a trog from The Pitt DLC Implying that they were also created here, as well as the degenerative disease of the trogs The scientist takes a harpoon that we can use as a weapon in Fallout 4 But he only does it in case it was a sea creature Lucy blows him up easily because these have not received fighting training [Sharon] I'm sure we would say the same if we go to your home She says this because she knows that experiments were carried out on humans in all the shelters but Lucy doesn't know it yet. In the credits we see the inside of the radio station of the next chapter and the traps that the owner of this station leaves out. Episode 7: The Radio This pair are wearing NCR Ranger armor, the legendary set from Fallout New Vegas [her] Please, honey, you're not an NCR Ranger Me, shortly: This little cabin reminds me of tin houses that you found out there in the wilderness At first he makes them believe that he ate the girl He makes it clear that he shot and killed his brother and then looted this envelope [Cooper] When I turn around, will you shoot me for what I did to your brother? and eliminates the possibility of revenge, but kills him cleanly with a shot to the heart. Cooper is bothered by what Moldaver says because at the end of the day he served the United States as a soldier in the war, that's why he leaves [Moldaver] Mr. Howard? Moldaver tells Cooper how she was about to develop cold fusion and Vault-Tec bought his company before they reached that milestone. That's why Siggi completes the experiment at the beginning and why the Vault-Tec logo appears in the cold fusion and gives Cooper a listening device to spy on his wife. In Vault 4, on the holotape, we see Supervisor Hawthorne and his wife, those from the advertisement, who died devoured by their own creation Thaddeus arrives at a Red Rocket station like the one in Fallout 4 Even the prices are the same And it is right here where we find Dogmeat in the game, where Cooper will find her later There is a Nuka-Cola freezer as well as a milk fridge like the ones in Fallout 4 Similar to the one Maximus used to hide in as a child In Vault 4 this NPC is drinking Fresh Popcorn, another brand of popcorn from the games There's also the guy of the nose on his forehead with his face bandaged because Lucy threw acid at him in the previous chapter. They condemn Lucy to return to the surface and on top of that they give her food for two weeks. Insta-Mash mashed potatoes, Sunset Sarsaparillas... Maximus mess it up and steals the fusion core, on top of it he crushes the resources they had given to Lucy. They face another moral dilemma, with the fusion core they could have a power armor but if they return it they will save the vault, so they return it [woman] Thank you! [Maximus] You know, I need it for the armor, without it I can't be a knight. He's convinced that what makes him a knight is the power armor. It's funny how Maximus starts out wanting to be a knight and when he finally achieves it at the end... I think he no longer wants to be because he has seen what the Brotherhood of Steel is really like This woman is cleaning the room where they were to eliminate all traces of radiation from them Lucy has a romance with Maximus like the ones we can have with our companions in the saga [woman] You are something SPECIAL The violin station that Thaddeus listens to is the KPSS that we will see later It reminded me of the stations that we only listen to in certain areas of the map and this one is very similar to Agatha's, from Fallout 3 where if we help this old lady to get her violin back, we will listen to her radio station where she won't stop playing it. Thaddeus passes by the traveling healer and I love the detail that he is trying to kill himself with a crafted rifle, the sight is a nut. He finally finds his patient with a crippled foot. since Dr. Siggi ignored him [scammer] Heal your feet He shows a lot of interest in the fusion core, as if he had been looking for it for years Heals Thaddeus in an almost miraculous way, [naive] thank you! Well, what he gives to Thaddeus could be a replica of the FEV virus or forced evolution and Thaddeus will surely become a super mutant in the next season [Thaddeus] Shady Sands is highly radioactive [scammer] Well, you don't have to worry about that anymore, do you? Another clue that it is going to be a super mutant that is immune to radiation and ghouls, although they are also immune, it continues to degenerate their tissues without regenerating completely [super mutant] Oh, no Someone poisons the looters with rat poison, an item that found in Fallout 76 [Betty] What did I tell you, Norman? Words have meaning Norm has not poisoned them, but what he said about killing them... [Norm] We can do to them what they would have done to us Caló in SOMEONE at the shelter (who could it have been?) Who has now decided to poison them and surely It was Steph Although Betty may have ordered it. Just after discovering the looters, she sends all the Pip Boys to relocate the residents to Vault 32 and Steph casually goes there to avoid suspicion (and be a supervisor) [one-eyed] It's terrible, about the raiders and how does she know, if it just happened? I just realized that the cowboy ghoul thing might be a nod to Raúl Tejada, the New Vegas companion who was dressed as a cowboy and who had a reputation as a duelist [ghoul] *made up Spanish* In the flashback we see that Cooper is reading a scientific magazine from Tesla, which in Fallout 4 increased the damage we do with energy weapons right behind a sign for Hollywood Forever, the funeral home where Cooper went to meet Moldaver The logo of the station KPSS is the same as the design of WRVR The station's DJ is Fred Armisen, an American musician The station is full of homemade traps like the bear trap from Fallout 4 Thaddeus empties the magazine and fails all the shots so he has very little skill with small weapons or firearms Oh and a garden dwarf, item that we can find in many places in the saga Thaddeus falls into a trap and an arrow mortally wounds him, but he lives on as if nothing had happened we see how his tissues regenerate Because the super mutant cells divide and regenerate constantly, making them biologically immortal Maximus gives the Brotherhood the change with the heads to give Lucy time They both kiss and the heads too. Inside Betty's office there is a painting of Napoleon Crossing the Alps More like the Fallout 4 painting that changed Napoleon's face for Todd Howard's Norm must find out the password with the same hacking minigame that we use in the games and with the same number of attempts and words A sign appears from the Griffith Observatory, where Moldaver is hiding in the next episode Chapter 8 is called "the beginning", while the first is titled "the end" Maximus returns in the Vertibird with the brotherhood Where the maester is sitting is the same staircase that Maximus stamped Cooper on during their fight. They have arranged the town to establish a Brotherhood base here. Lucy arrives at the Griffith observatory that we saw in the first chapter. The notification that she has reached her destination jumps on her Pip Boy. Like many times we are notified in the games that we have completed a mission We return to Cooper and Dogmeat who pass by a Sunset Sarsaparilla sign The appearance of the Vault-Tec building is quite similar to that of the Vault-Tec barracks from Fallout 3 Bud Askins' car is similar to Zip from Fallout 4 [Bud] A great day It is a great day because all the company's investors are going to meet and the last episode of the series begins by recreating the "Stand By" message that we found at start Fallout 3 The Bud Askins who is now just a brain in a roomba emits the same little music that he had playing in his car when he met Cooper in the flashback The brain reminds me of the robot thought tank with a brain that we knew in New Vegas in the "Old World Blues" DLC [woman] He is a really big fan of yours The fan the secretary is talking about is none other than Hank we see Robert House, the president of RobCo, one of the main characters of Fallout New Vegas Leo Von Felden, principal investigator of West-Tek Big MT, the defense contractor of the Sino-American War and its research facilities in "Old World Blues" and who is represented by Frederick Sinclair, a character whose skeleton appeared in the "Death" Money" DLC and that turns the Sierra Madre casino into a vault to survive and this old coiffed woman is Julia Masters, the representative of Repconn, the rocket engineering company with which we can crash the ghouls. Look at the map of the United States with the light from above make up a nuclear mushroom cloud [Robert] We talking about making a significant investment, it is something hypothetical Mr. House here is the smartest, because he is the only one who is critical of the idea and he is also the only one who does not give any idea of future vaults like the others He is simply here to gather information from Vault-Tec without revealing his cards, Well he already has his own plans as he demonstrated in Fallout New Vegas [Bud] Our vaults have the resources to survive for centuries There is food and water in the vaults for centuries, yes, but it has been shown that they are not endless and 200 years later there may be supply problems [bald] The water chip is destroyed Barb receives a message on her Pip Boy from a mysterious figure who observes There are those who say it's someone from the Enclave, the president, Dr. Brown from Vault 112, the CEO of Vault-Tec... I like to think it's the guy who fucked the chickens Norm discovers the cryogenization chambers In the empty chambers we see Steph's name, Betty's capsule and Hank's, his father [Barb] There are vaults for each of your ideas. That's why in each vault there is a different experiment, because each investor was able to play God on the shelters they bought [Frederick] A vault where they compete for food Sinclair proposes a shelter where everyone competes for survival What was done in shelter 27 Julia suggests a shelter controlled by robots like 72 or 118 [Leo] One where developing mutant super soldiers, "super mutants" What the West-Tek guy says is similar to the experiments with super mutant humans in Vault 87 from Fallout 3 [crazy] We can put psychotropics in their air supply It's just what happens in the Vault 106 from Fallout 3 A vault run by children is Vault 75 from Fallout 4 Where all the children ended up being harvested or executed The supervisor of this vault was an unknown woman who could have been Julia herself [Barb] By dropping the bombs ourselves But It doesn't exactly imply that they are the ones who pressed the button. Maybe they just triggered the nuclear conflict [Barb] War never changes Oh, that phrase *War, war never changes* From the observatory you can see the crater they left some of the bombs from the first episode Lucy remembers Shady Sands more clearly now The tram and the entire model that we saw in Vault 4 was a fairly faithful recreation of the Shady Sands plaza But there is a strange obelisk that is the same one that was there in the original Shady Sands of Fallout 1 and which tells its story The laboratory terminal where Moldaver creates cold fusion is the same as the scientific terminals of the saga In Vault 31 on the terminal we see the name of Ian Jackson, the supervisor of 32 who was murdered The shot of the Vertibirds of the Brotherhood of Steel with the evening sun... I know a reference to "Apocalypse Now" when I see it and NCR soldiers accompany Moldaver and she carries a laser gun just like the ones... Yes, the ones in the game The NCR and the Brotherhood fight in slow motion just as those in the shelter did at the beginning with the looters, emphasizing that... war never changes Maximus and Dane get behind power armor to protect themselves from gunfire, Cooper uses armor-piercing bullets and takes advantage of the same manufacturing error that he mentioned [Cooper] That design flaws of yours cost a lot of good men and women their lives [Cooper 200 years later] Just below the chestplate. I wonder if they have fixed it in these new models Cooper throws a grenade and we just see the knight who dies from it open the doors Hank leaves Maximus unconscious [Cooper] Where is my family? Hank must be one of the few who knows where his family is. But Hank escapes like a rat, Lucy shoots her mother to end her suffering. Haha! the piglet has two heads! Sorry, I just realized But a change has already occurred in Lucy A dying Moldaver completes the cold fusion experiment and sits next to Lucy's mother to watch the light return to the wasteland Lucy, Dogmeat and Cooper follow the Lucy's father and the mythical Hollywood sign are still there, only now sponsored by Nuka-Cola. Lucy's father stands next to a deathclaw skull that is one of the most lethal creatures in the saga and observes the city of Las Vegas, or rather New Vegas The TOPS casino in New Vegas appears on the credits poster and the Cryo Suites are mentioned The remains of a deathclaw on the ground, a crashed NCR Vertibird... A poster for the "Lucky 38" another mythical location of the game The TOPS casino sign and the Lucky 38 tower next to the barricades that defend the city PEROOOOOOOOOO (but, channel's catch phrase) what about 2 million subscribers?
