hi my name is dr. story I've been a chiropractor for over 23 years in this video I'm going to give you realistic advice based on my experience in this video I'm going to give you 3 pressure points that instantly lower your blood pressure now the first point is the large intestine number 4 and what that is is the spot right there if you take your hand and open up the web right in there into the muscle you will find that point now there's a various ways of treating this what you can do is you can take your thumb and forefinger or middle finger and actually squeeze in there or massage it very often it'll be very sensitive to touch and you can massage it in circles in various ways and actually squeeze it a way I like to treat this with patients is to actually use a laser and this is a specific class 4 laser and what we can do is place it right on that spot and use the laser to help temporarily quickly reduce blood pressure the second spot that you can use to help lower your blood pressure is called the pericardium six point and this is actually 2 inches if you bend your wrist a little bit you'll see the creases where the hand and the wrist come together this is 2 inches below that crease or you can take 3 fingers and go like this now I'm going to use my thumb and little finger to show you these tendons it's in between the two tendons and again what you can do is you can use lasers or you can use pressure and you can get your thumb in there and press on this and this is the second point to help lower your blood pressure the third point to help lower your blood pressure is called the large intestine number eleven point and how you would do this you would do it on your left arm and the first thing that you need to do is you need to go along the inner side of your elbow and right where the tendons attached to the part of your elbow here you're going to be on this side of those tendons so you would press in there now that's the heart number three point then what you're going to do is you're going to bend your elbow about 45 degrees and you'll see this crease right here that crease eventually stops you would then press right there so you're pressing the large intestine number eleven point with your forefinger and you're testing pressing oh I'm sorry you're pressing on the heart number three on the inside of the elbow all at the same time and what you would do is you would massage those areas for a number of minutes and that is the third area that you can press on that are pressure points that help reduce your blood pressure if you thought this was interesting give me a thumbs up subscribe to my channel if you have any questions in regards to these points ask in the comment section below I'd be happy to answer them for you
