[Music] all right welcome back just having fun uh making some ribs today three two one three hours on the rack two hours wrapped one hour sauce and back into the smoker 275 is our temperature today chips that's all we're doing nothing fancy you saw the rubs we put on there [Music] do [Music] pulled pork rub that we like a lot and then the bourbon molasses lindsey's favorite she really really enjoys that one so um really excited to have some ribs it's been a little bit it's cold outside it's uh it was below freezing when i woke up i'm not sure what the temperature is now 34 last i checked but um it's pretty chilly out and uh we're gonna warm up with some ribs so i hope everybody's having a great day hope everybody's staying safe please smash that like button smash that subscribe button and comment below thank you very much [Music] welcome back just having fun part one three hours done okay so these look great just pull them out after three hours see they're pulling back from the bone we're going to go ahead and get these wrapped and back in so a few different things that i like to do have you seen previous videos i like some butter get some butter in here a few pads of butter make sure we make that very flavorful brown sugar i like to use light brown sugar okay a little bit of honey okay sweet and safely okay and then we're going to wrap them in a double wrap and we are going to add some apple juice too much [Music] [Music] okay we did wrap these meat side down so we're going to do one more here okay these really look beautiful we're gonna put them back in the smoker for two more hours all right so we'll see you when we're back thanks for watching comment how i'm doing below anything you'd like to see in the future add that down there as well i'll get back to you thank you so much okay welcome back three two one ribs three hours on the rack done two hours wrapped done now we unwrap we sauce get it back of the smoker one more hour so let's take a peek before we sauce okay all right so i'm gonna sauce them up we've got a little uh stubs original and we'll get some of that on there get it back on small for one more hour then we'll do a taste test thanks for watching [Music] hi guys welcome back to just having fun and today we're going to discuss about the ribs the pork ribs all right so they're all done three two one method i'm not sure what flavor is which so oh man all right no real cutting yeah i just smell it it smells so good okay ready which one i'm gonna try first the left one on the left so this one yes oh my goodness okay you ready no ice cream ready fantabulous yeah i like melt reading your mouth i'm not expecting that that good it's really good really that is that's good let's try this one this one might be better that's why i'm like ready they're both really good like yours they're both really good i'm gonna go change i'm gonna go tonight that's it that's a three two one ribs it tastes fantastic love them right what do you think lindsey okay now thank you guys for watching click like subscribe and share and let me know what just having fun comment down below what video do you want me to do next good bye
