24 volt battery full charge level indicator circuit

guys today we will make 24 volt battery full charge indicator circuit for this we need bc 547 or bc54a transistor [Music] first let's solder the pins of transistor we need a 2.2 kilo ohms resistor [Music] solder resistor one end on emitter of transistor [Music] and sold the other end on base of transistor now we take one kilo ohms resistor and cut excess leak and solder resistor on base of transistor [Music] now we take 24 wall zener diode and cut excess lead [Music] solder zener positive side with 1k [Music] resistor [Music] now we take yellow or green led solder positive with base of transistor and negative with collector of transistor our circuit is almost complete now let's see circuit diagram of this project these blue outline components are optional now let's test the circuit i will connect multimeter to track the voltage also i will connect wearable power supply to show your functioning of this circuit [Music] now i started increasing voltage slowly [Music] here you can see led started blowing at 26.6 volts [Music] now let's test the circuit with 24 volts battery for that i will connect two wires with the circuit positive wire with zener diode's negative side [Music] solder negative wire with emitter of transistor now let's connect the circuit with battery [Music] [Music] i connected multimeter again to track voltage you can see battery is already 25.1 volts charged and led is not glowing and i will connect 28 volts dc supply now voltage is increasing [Music] you can see lad started blowing dim at 26.6 volts [Music] and fully glowing at 27.3 volts that indicates your battery is fully charged and when you disconnect the charger led will go off automatically thus will not consume any power from battery if circuit left connected [Music] so it was very easy project you can also make this helpful indicator circuit easily with few components thanks for watching subscribe the channel to get notified for new videos also like and share our videos to help others
