2023 320RL Tandara by East to West

I'm Colin Fitzgerald with Arrowhead camper sales in Mayfield Kentucky we're going to look at a 2023 320 RL tandera Fifth Wheel by east to west it's a three slide removing model and we're going to start inside and go from there so I'll give you the exact numbers on that when we get to that data tag again 320 RL is our floor plan here our exact numbers will be right here 10 507 pounds and 35 feet 4 inches from tip to tip so in our area in our area and for our dealership we consider this to be a mid-sized fifth wheel so we're going to start I'll just show you the floor plan in general by panning around here at the entry door and then we're going to start up here at the front so upon entering of course you got your step up to your upper deck bathroom to the left and our Master bed up here to the front so bed slide in in this unit um decorative headboard there at the at the head of the bed which I think it's neat they've got dark out blackout Dark Shades if I can speak on this here at the front we do have a really neat closet set up a little motion sensor lights in here you could have a washer dryer if you wanted it's it's prepped you could do a combo or a split unit a really nice closet little hanging rod with a shelf above there as well almost one thing to note in here is no carpet um just vinyl flooring throughout we'll see that on our slides down there at the bottom as well the foot of the bed good sized window with some drawers now of course TD backer in the wall there this has two errors on it both are ducted which is a nice thing about that so we have two ducted airs on this and then our bathrooms will walk through so as you can see we have a door there or we can go back to the hallway and come in that way this is an actual a door here to close your bedroom off if you choose to do that and then now we're into our bathroom so sliding door here to the right is some storage um some open shelves here for that our claws excuse me our shower one piece fiberglass so really nice shower in this uh the seat several Shields built into it sliding glass doors as well good countertop space again for a for this size unit we got storage below and above a medicine cabinet with storage built into it as well nice max air fan here in the bath versus one of the smaller fans in a foot flush toys there put foot flush toilet there excuse me sliding pocket door you know a lot of times I'm not a huge fan of the sliding doors I know from watching but in in a fifth wheel at this particular spot I like these because if you have a swinging door you know you're battling it out here on this Landing so I like a pocket door on these because it's it's preventing any type of you know battle so to speak out here on the landing at the Landing itself I like to put a handle here and it's solid it's it's aluminum you got step hardwood step treads it's not like there's carpet or something that's slippery or that wears down and then now we're back down here to the main floor so control panels here monitor panels several of the other controls we can see our water heater switch is water pump tank heaters this has what they call their Four Seasons package so enclosed underbelly tank heaters things of that nature light switches slide controls and then awning controls as well there are two awnings on this which we'll see when we get outside um you already saw the thermostat up top for that air this thermostat's for the other air and the furnace max air control there's another there's two Max Airs in this one in the bath one in the kitchen the kitchen one's you know so high if you can't reach it so they put it on a remote and then these are just another light switch for lights so turning again to look at the rear two opposing slides back here one of the things people love about this floor plan is the windows nice big Windows is very very open feeling and then of course the closet the tandera has really really done a good job with so on this wall you just have a wall of storage the left is fixed shelving and as you can see it's from the floor all the way up even even above that there's storage the right has these adjustable or removable shelves depending on how you want to do it you can see they already got coat hangers in there so some people will make this a closet our traditional closets we use as a pantry you can use it you know if you have to hang mops and brooms things like that there's even an outlet right there as you can see so if you've got something that needs to be charged you can utilize that but really really neat and flexible storage space over here I always like the crown molding in these I think it's really pretty and then also scoot back you can see the entire kitchen itself so we've got kitchen aisle I didn't turn the lights on here we've got a big kitchen island of solid surface countertops you know a nice big sink there with the sprayer that built into the faucet as you just saw the accent lights above more countertop space over here we have a glass top stove cover so if you don't use your stove you still got all that countertop space this is neat you got a little Trash Can built in pulls out there storage below I like their hinge Hardware it's hidden hinge Hardware the drawers are as you can see self-closing drawers big microwave here more storage around that uh just overall a lot of storage in the kitchen and I like the hardware I think it's you know Quality Hardware in our living room we'll step back one more time you can see a couple seating areas we've got theater seats over here and we got the tri-fold sofa at the back it's a wide tri-fold sofa so it makes a really really good bed um compared to other couches if you do have guests that need to use it both sides of that couch you've got an end table with 110 outlets and USB ports big windows at the back like we said the windows are awesome in this unit more storage above there lots of Lights there's just lights and underneath every cabinet it seems like there's Lights TV here storage above you've got your radio underneath this and a fireplace down below again notice no carpet all vinyl flooring this is the woven vinyl kind of like what I'm calling it boat you know the PVC gray like Marine woven um but marine grade PVC woven flooring so we like that nice flush forward slide no step up into that pretty cool setup here for the kitchen storage you've got two traditional chairs on this side and then a booth on this side this booth moves around and historically yeah you've got storage down here below it so it's kind of like a hybrid you still get the storage space of the booth but you get some of the removable chairs that come with a standard kitchen table and chairs so I like that and then now we're back to where we started here so going back outside the more ride Step Above steps these are the quad steps instead of the triples again Four Seasons package as they call it on this big grab handle at the door as Dale siding one of the things that they use note again two awnings on this so we like this because sometimes with a slide on the door side you lose some of that coverage you still get that you have two awnings one on the slide one on the side of the unit both electric with LED strips on those window on the door some products have gone away from that I like it I think it makes it look you know less less plain less cheap dark tint on the Windows as you can see there we've got magnetic compartment door latches a nice slam latch doors as well Goodyear endurance tires outside Outlet here bonded as far as the structure bonded rear wall and bonded slide-ins I like that no free hung fiberglass of course the wall the walls are bonded not a bonded floor I don't want to bond the floor we've got a standard decking style floor there receiver hitch on the back for uh storage rack if you want to do that you got a ladder on the back for easy roof access it's prepped for a backup camera if you want to get a wireless one there four point electric auto level on this unit there's your spare tire mounted underneath there 50 amp service I Like This Little Light here just to work light from when you're hooking up to your termination point uh dual gas electric water heater I'm gonna open this up and show you the storage bear with me just a second so big pass-through storage compartment um I like this this is small but they put this little door in man it's so easy to just immediately you can look at your your water connections coax connections just see if anything's you know changed obviously while you're traveling if you have a leak or something it's just so simple um so that's a small thing that East West does that is really user friendly I love the Nautilus system it's so easy you know as if you do winterize your own unit you know sometimes it can be a frustration to get to the pump get to the back of the water heater with this you just do it all from here you've got a little take a little hose put it in here for your antifreeze Inlet it's just simple so we like that black tank flush outside spray Port here your TV connections are out here as well you can put another water pump switch out here so you have to walk back inside to turn that on when you're winterizing waste tank valves are remote they're all located here inside the compartment battery disconnect outside outlet and a motion sensor light right there little hatch here for your cords and hoses to come up through healthy bottles there's one on either side there are 30 pounders your leveling controls are right here so we do have that located outside right there easy to get to and the storage under the front as well Rhino box pin box and then now we're back again to this side of
