2022 Reflection 150 Series 226RK by Grand Design

tammy with miners leisure world and i'm super excited to show you guys the 2022 reflection 150 series 226 rk this is a rear kitchen floor plan weighing in at only 7 200 pounds and it actually is only 27 feet so great couples coach new floor plan um to hit the lot here it has the curt turning point hitch so what this does is it allows for a short box half time to tow it so as i mentioned this trailer is only 7 200 pounds dry and your loaded weight is only 10 000 pounds so this is under 10 000 pounds 99.99 so technically you would not require your g endorsement for towing but this turning point hitch allows you to tow with a short with a short box truck as well as it pivots on the goo like it pivots on the trailer so no need for a slider hitch either although the sky is only 27 feet it has so many features of the bigger guys as well so it has auto level over here we have your docking station your gate valves are even tucked up inside here so you have your black and your gray your quick winterization water hookups and this underbelly storage in the reflection is also heated as well so your cargo pass-through is a heated storage area if you're traveling in the cooler temperatures as well so as with all the reflections built by ground design they do have your higher insulation factor so r40 insulation in the roof and they wrap that right down around to the front cap so some of the competition does stop at the cap with your with their extra insulation these guys full on roof r40 insulation wrapped right around to the cap and they also double insulate under um the gooseneck as well so very well insulated r30 insulation in the floor so of course it is heated and enclosed your heated and not available and satellite hookup if you wanted to have a tv outside on your campsite they double insulate their baggage doors as well and you have the slam latches one year manufacturer's warranty three-year structural warranty five years on the decals and five years on the tires so great warranties with the ground design 18 years on the roof membrane included with that five years on the tires is one year no questions asked so if you have a blowout talk to the service department ground design is going to take care of you in those first 12 months without any questions asked nice big power awning with your led lights and outside speakers as well just a view of the um back end here of the 226 rk reflection 150 series it does come equipped with your backup camera and it also has your hitch on here with 300 pound tongue rating and 3 000 pound tow rating so you can tow a small aluminum fish boat or maybe you're gonna haul a cargo trailer or something like that along it does have the three thousand pound towing capacity okay we are in the entrance way of the reflection 150 226 rk i absolutely love this floor plan as i mentioned earlier it packs a lot of punch so to my left here you've got your kitchen counter great counter space one-piece aluminum one-piece stainless steel farm sink great storage here to my right they even have this little counter space with more storage and a couple shelves below that would be a great place to put your shoes so your kitchen features the three burner cooktop of course with the glass um folding cover kind of acts as a backsplash when you have that folded back you've got your oven and a great size microwave 10 cubic foot 12 volt fridge so kind of um the 12 old fridges are hitting the the rv industry customers are absolutely loving them lots of space in there this unit is also equipped with a 165 watt solar panel and i love it because when you're traveling your fridge is actually staying cold as well in the slide out here so this is just your one slide we have the nice large theater seats this is kind of an oversized theater seat they have the middle section that folds down here with a couple cup holders or you can use it as a three seater each end reclines and has heat and massage great setup for visiting directly across from the theater seats you have your booth dinette so this would pop into a bed for your extra sleeping space along with your entertainment system above so your flat screen tv and then there is a stereo system as well and just more storage so lots and lots of storage in this coach and along each side of the tv there they've also got the cupboards below the dinette so on either side you've got more storage more storage heading up to the washroom we have your porcelain foot flush toilet the medicine cabinet above great residential style shower and then your sink vanity and medicine cabinet up in the master bedroom we have your standard 60 by 80 residential queen size bed they've got a usb port up there for phone charging we've got plug-ins on either side of the bed reading lights and nice little nightstands as well storage across the top a bonus little feature in this coach they've just made every possible storage compartment they could we have at the foot of the bed another closet here with a hanging rod and a bank of four drawers and these are full extension drawers so lots of great space for storage um for storing your clothes up in the master
