Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
I won't lie. I was blown away when Doug said this thing can power a full four-bedroom home for three days and if you're careful up to a week.
I think they really concentrated on making this useful. All the power options in particular. I really appreciate that.
This is really really interesting to me. This is the tipping point kind of vehicle, where it's the same vehicle you bought last time but now it's just EV vs something that feels like a trendy 'lifestyle' vehicle.
That powering your house for a week stat is incredible. Really puts into perspective how much power the electric motors use when you see that their batteries can power your home for 6 days
This looks so well thought out. So versatile for many needs.
Over 30 minutes of just Quirks and Features with no driving section or DougScore. That a lot to cover for the first* electric pickup.
*Also excited for the upcoming review of the R1T thatβs was teased in the Cars & Bids ad. Hopefully he at least got to drive that one.
This thing looks very promising. The Ford engineers seem to have thought about many practical features that increase the usability of this truck. In contrast to other, quite weird competitors.
Between this and the Maverick Ford is really killing it lately and I say that as someone who doesnβt really like Ford.
That trick gear lever is cool, but they could have solved the same problem by simply mounting it on the steering column the way all trucks used to be.
