2021 Outback Ultra Lite 240URS

hi welcome to lakeshore rv center my name is april welch i'm going to show you the new outback ultralite 240 urs travel trailer up front you got a molded fiberglass front cap with led lights built into it we're going to get the guys on the unit get it ready for you by filling up the propane tanks both 30 pounders getting a new battery battery box on there one will include a sewer hose and electrical adapter got a power tongue jack on the front a little led light on that simply extend and retract there is a light switch here that is for the led docking lights built into the front cap you also are prepped and ready for solar if you want to hook up a solar panel you're gonna have two black rectangles those are vents that you can access from inside for your front garage four inch crown roofing it's gonna overlap down to uh keep that water line from being at the wall and the ceiling you have a black tank sewer flush here you're also going to have two pole valves for your gray and black tank to let off and low point drain valves for your hot and cold water tandem axle we got the key tv system for satellite roof prep and cable i'll send you a little video explaining key tv system you have 30 amp service there is a 30 amp 25 foot cord included with the camper that is inside access to your water heater you have connections for your fresh water that's going to be able to fill your onboard holding tank and then also to run city or pressurized water if you're running off your onboard tank you are going to use your water pump i'll show you where that is in just a minute large slide out the back for your king bed you have storage underneath as well as a spare tire included in the bumper you pop those end caps off and have a place to hide your sewer hose power jacks on the front the back power awning with led lights built into the armbar outside speakers and then you're going to have your garage door access with built-in locks on the handles power stabilizer jack there for you you're gonna have your storage compartment up front here oh it helps if i unlock it magnets to hold the door open there is your 30 amp power cord some led lights in there as well you also have a hot and cold water shower and hook up for an outside tv and go up the stairs here large grab handle take a look at the rest of your beautiful camper when you first walk in you're going to have your access panel so this is going to allow you to check your fresh tank level your battery your black and your gray tank turn your water pump on if you're running off of your onboard holding tank gas and electric heating elements for your onboard water heater led lighting slide out for the back bed and awning slide or awning button excuse me heat and ac will be operated off your thermostat it is warm in here today i do not have your air conditioner running yet we're gonna have a 30 amp powered microwave hi guys and three burner cooktop flip the glass top off once and one more time it's going to make you a nice little backsplash give you access to your three burners and then you have some pretty led backlighting on your controllers and a nice big oven underneath you do of course have a hood fan and led lighting pull faucet for your kitchen sink stainless steel there is a romat drying rack that goes over that stainless steel sink for you they even put in a garbage can nice pull drum storage we've got the remote for your audio system and your tv which are right there for you it's more paperwork i also send you a link for a pdf of your owner's manual i can never seem to find mine when i need it so digital it is speakers and acl built into the ceiling led lighting king bed slide out with wardrobe above and your pull down blinds dying that will drop down for extra sleeping as well as for bringing in that rear bed slide i also have a jackknife sofa here for you that also will drop down for sleeping and for bringing in your slide you're going to have a fuse panel and breaker box there if you ever have any electrical issues start there real cheap and easy solution if that's causing your issue propane and electric on your refrigerator and freezer and then i'll switch and auto switch on there for you the locks are built into the handle so you simply fold it out and it'll open up we're going to go through and clean it and get it all ready for you but i wanted you to see it as quick as we could nice big medicine cabinet fan built in the vent skylight over the shower and foot flush on your porcelain toilet we'll get that all cleaned out and co2 propane sensor you do have a dovetail to cover over the gap between the door and uh your floor in your garage so make coming in and out easy do have a ramp extension fold away top and bottom bunks great storage in here as well even a wardrobe hanger there's those vents that we saw outside to keep your garage from smelling up the rest of your beautiful camper you are ready for uh tv in here your ac is ducked in here and the heating is also ducked in here some tie downs on the floor and a cool barn slide door and that is your new outback 240 urs toy hauler travel trailer if you have any questions
