2021 Fortis 32RW - Official Factory Video

hi i'm mike with fleetwood rv today we're going to review the 32rw the 32rw is the newest floorplan in the fortis lineup as well as we're going to review a brand new option and a brand new interior decor let's take a look [Music] so the brand new option that's being released on the fortist is a full body paint this is the very first fortis rolling off the line with a full body paint this particular unit is the battle wax graphics it's all sickens paint and these units are going really quick so get out to your local dealer and show interest on the full body paints of very affordable options and they'll be able to be able to discuss availability and pricing with you moving up front talk getting into some of the features the fortis is on a 22 000 pound chassis it has a 22 and a half inch aluminum wheels these ain't the 19 inch wheels you're going to see a lot in this price range it's also got a ford v8 in it that's a 7.3 liter v8 it's 350 horsepower and 468 horsepower or torque which is an increase in both of those categories exterior entertainment has a 50 inch led tv we have our two marine grade speakers that are spread out underneath the patio so no matter where you're setting under your patio you get a nice even sound our first luggage compartment is storage and it is pass-through storage up above all of our luggage departments are lined in rotocast which is a military-grade composite very easy to clean and easy to maintain the next compartment is going to be our electrical compartment we have our 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter and our inverter disconnect located in there to the next compartment this compartment's just more storage and above we have our holding tanks next compartment is all storage as well and as we move back again more storage and this one does offer pass-through as well and the last compartment is pass-through storage there is one compartment above that we have for storage and now this one's more finished out it does have ozide in it which this is where you're going to put your more high-end cargo that you want to keep clean as we move to the back first thing you'll notice is this fortis actually has a rear cap a lot of the competition this price range will put a flat fiberglass wall and we do have that same flat fiberglass wall underneath it but then we put the rear cap on it gives you a high-end look our up top we have our camera has one-way audio so you communicate with your spotter and we do have an 8 000 pound hitch on the fortis coming over to the driver's side we have our city water and our sandy flush for cleaning out our black tanks and the fortis comes with a 5500 watt cummins onan generator we have our fuel fill located right there and the fortis has 50 amps service there's our 50 amp power cord and our transfer switch which is letting your motor home be powered by multiple power sources all right coming into the next bay this is our utility bay it's where we have access to our tanks all of our knife valves for draining our low point drains are going to be here as well as our whole house filtration system right above that we have our exterior shower great spot to come and spray off the bikes the hiking boots the dog's feet or whatever you got we have a 10 gallon water heater we got pass-through storage the next compartment is going to have our hydraulic fill for our four-point automatic hydraulic leveling system and the last bay is our propane tank we do have a quick disconnect on the other side so you can hook up your personal grill or maybe even an exterior heater that's the quick walk around of the exterior of the ford 32rd rw let's jump inside and look at some of those features all right before we open up the unit we've had a lot of requests to show it all closed up in travel mode and that you have access to your important amenities so that's what we'll do now as far as the restroom goes the door opens up almost completely so easy access to the restroom as far as the refrigerator goes we have full access to our refrigerator and again full access to our rear bed so that way if your passenger wants to take a nap while you're traveling it's very easily doable now we'll open up the unit and take a look at some of the interior features all right starting up at some of the features up here in the cockpit the fortis has some of the most comfortable seats in the industry you can see they're beautiful dual toned coming over to the left side we have our automatic hydraulic leveling system we have dual monitors the monitor on our left is going to be dedicated strictly to our cameras by hitting our mode button we can toggle through the different layouts to display one two three cameras whatever you choose to do so and the one on the right is going to be for our entertainment now the sony display on the right here is ready for apple carplay and android auto and now if you want to hook up your smart device to this screen you got to use the usb usb port located down by your right knee we have the digital dash that's in the fortis this year by toggling through that'll display a lot of features like miles to empty average miles per gallon and a lot of them features you have in your vehicle at home up front in this cockpit we have five cup holders we have usb ports 12 volt and 110 hookups scattered throughout the cockpit so no matter where you're setting what device you're using you're going to know you have power within arm's reach right above the cockpit we have our optional queen drop down bed and that is a 600 pound capacity so it's going to be very durable the kids are up there romping around you don't have to worry about uh doing any damage to that now on to the living area of the unit the fortis comes standard with a jackknifing sofa this particular unit has the optional theater seating in it over to the dinette we have facing dinette this does drop down and make into additional sleeping space we have storage underneath them as well as storage right here we have 110 and usb hookups again scattered out throughout this whole area so powering your devices is not going to be an issue coming back to the galley we have solid surface galley tops we got a stainless steel farm style sink all of our cabinetry is hardwood face or hardwood doors adjustable shelvings with all metal hardware inside it so we got the european hidden hinges all the metal latches and metal adjustable shelving stainless steel microwave it is a convection microwave we have the three burning cooktop with the oven in it moving over to the side we precision circuits is what does our house controls so basically through this screen we can control our whole unit and a lot of the features that you can control from that screen can also be controlled through your smart device by downloading the precision circuits app coming across from the galley we have our bathroom so we have glass sliding doors on the shower we have adjustable shower head and our skylight in the shower is going to give us that much more headroom we have a deep stainless steel sink plenty of countertop and storage as well all the toilets are porcelain in all of our products coming back we have our stainless steel refrigerator this is a residential style refrigerator it's not ran off propane we have tons of storage in the 32rw coming over to this side huge pantry space and we do have another pantry right beside the refrigerator giving you plenty of space to put all the canned goods and cereal coming back into the bedroom we got a king bed good thing about the king bed you can get up on the side there's plenty of room on the sides to make your bed a lot of storage up top this middle compartment is prepped for a cpap notice as soon as you open the door the light comes on underneath it we have a hole routed out for your hoses so you keep all the machinery tucked away in the cabinet cabinet doors closed and out of sight coming over to the dresser we have a built-in fireplace that does produce 5300 btus of heat so if we use that heat and the heat pump that's in our rear ac plenty of heat to take the chill off them cooler nights our television is on a televator thing about being on televator that whole wall is glass it's all uh windows so if you've got a good view and you want the view that's available or if you want to catch up on the news before you go to sleep that's available as well we have five large drawers all 100 pound drawer glides so that's where you got keep away all of your clothing and a bluetooth radio that radio will cast to the speakers we talked about on the outside and one of the big features on the 32rw is these rear wards over here they are fully customizable to use as you choose this door tell by the louvers in it is prepped for a stackable washer and dryer this particular unit obviously doesn't have it in it but they have adjustable shelves and it's a full length wardrobe even if your unit that you purchase doesn't have a stackable washer and dryer in it like i said it is prepped so you can always put that in later and that's a great feature because a lot of times you don't see stackable washer and dryers until you get into high-end diesels right beside that we have another full-length wardrobe with adjustable shelving in it and then again if that's not enough we have another wardrobe right beside that that's the quick walk around of the 32rw fortis just in case you're curious this particular unit is the midtown decor and has the heritage painted cabinetry in it uh
