2015 RANGE ROVER SPORT SE W/111K MILES!!!

this is a 2015 land rover range rover sport se supercharged and typically I don't I'm not a person that buys Range Rovers although this is my second never planned on getting a Range Rover I've had this car now for about 5,000 miles so I was hear a little bit about it just in case anyone interested in buying a Range Rover just some of the just some of the things early on you may want to look out for but so far so good this car has been pretty good so I'm just gonna show a little bit about the vehicle it's pretty clean actually he's got a hundred when I bought it had one hundred and four thousand miles on it now I think it has one hundred and eight thousand miles on it so I'll put about four thousand miles on it where he was on the outside it's got a good look I actually have a sitting lower now but it looks pretty good I'm actually this is probably the cleanest this looks since I've had it but it's uh you know I must say I've been pretty pleased with this car so far let me just kind of show you a little bit on the inside again this is a 2015 SC this is a v6 engine supercharged now I did have some carbon-fiber accents on the inside there you see on the knob and then where the with air conditioning and then where you go off-road the awkward off-road adjustments I have more than I'm gonna do to this car just to kind of get looking pretty clean but the interior looks really good actually for for the amount of miles it has on it so person had to perform he actually did a good job keeping his car pretty clean but you know both the doors there's a little bit of stuff there but you know the doors aren't armed really good shape panels the seats look good Tirion looks good now this has does not have this is even though it's got the panoramic glass is not a removable top it's not it doesn't have a sunroof it does not open up it's solid glass but honestly you know it actually looks pretty good it feels good certainly at night and the daytime is kind of cool so I don't mind it so much these tires are 20 inch wheels 20 inch wheels you know these are KMC wheels yeah aftermarket wheels those are Pirelli scorpions this is a 2 55 55 20 this is what came in the car when I bought it you know I'd like to probably push this up to about a 285 it won't go on that we'll probably maxed it out to 275 on that wheel but I like to push it to that I'm not going over the hatch because I got too much stuff back there but the hatch is in pretty good pretty good shape everything is clean this car really doesn't have it's got some little dents and dings on the front a little little scratches here and there but other than that this car is actually pretty clean let me show you the passenger side here in the rear and you can see again the seats are really good condition everything seems to you know work as it should nothing's not function right one thing about this vehicle that I wish it had was heated steering wheel heated seat this does not come with that if you look there on the dial you've got like pull back a little bit you got auto you got climate there and normally you'd have seat there and then here you have a little emblem for steering wheel yes there heat there's heat coming off so this car does not have that so I actually bought a seat that I connected to it that actually is a massage seat so all the things I'm missing I actually bought a seat that goes on the top of this one it works everyone is cold it heats up so it does do its job but honestly it's not like having the original heated seating in the car but you can see that this cars in is pretty clean the interior is good whoops you know I got a hundred eleven thousand miles on this car so I'm off by about three thousand miles so I've actually put about seven thousand miles on this car since I've had it which is just really pretty shocking to me but a lot of miles I put on this thing but I must admit I've been pretty pleased with it now the thing you want to do with these high mile Range Rovers is you know you can change the oil every seven to ten thousand miles if you're Debrett if you're running synthetic you know I'm not going to take my chance on this so the one thing I do is I add least a quart of door lube at a quart of door lube in the engine and then you definitely want to put synthetic I actually used royal purple what I was was hoping to do is put AMSOIL along with the door lube in here just to keep because sometimes these these lifters the engine will start running pretty loud and I didn't notice a significant reduction in noise once I added the door a little bin there and I'm probably going to over be overly concerned with these Range Rover with his Range Rover engine really anything maintenance wise a minute anything's got to happen or I need to go in I'm not waiting it's going in right away because these things can be a bear the things you always worry about is a suspension going out so far the suspension is doing fine I do notice that I do get a suspension fault code when it gets really cold but than that it's actually you know pretty good the thing to you always want to do with these things really is like I said you just want a baby in a long anytime you it needs some work of any kind if I if the engine lights going off if there's anything going off you want to take it in right away you do not want to wait you do not want to wait on a Range Rover they have a history of not being very reliable which was my hesitation in buying this car be quite honest I had a significant hesitation and buying it but I must say that I'm really really pleased with it so far where I cry like it now I had a I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT before this one and I really liked it a lot this one drives more comfortably than SRT but it obviously it's not going to have the type of power the type of torque you're gonna get here's this little NIC that's on the front here you can see a little nick there you know there's another one click on the other side but you got some Nicks little nick down here for example but nothing too significant to be honest with you it's you know fairly cosmetic issues on that this this vehicle is pretty pretty clean um I said I'm pleased with it comparing it the SRT doesn't have the torque doesn't have the power you know it but what it does have is lot of comfort drives very very smooth I don't have any issues you're gonna get better gas mileage because you're running a v6 as opposed to a v8 so you're gonna get the significant well not significant but you do get a better gas mileage with v6 as opposed to v8 so as you as you know you're still running I put 93 octane in this vehicle obviously I'm not gonna put anything else anything less than that you know 92 is why the lowest I go I know you got 91 is what they recommend but I'm gonna put 92 93 higher and like I said I will not put the regular oil in here or anything that's not synthetic or and I will not run it without at least a quart possibly quart and a half maybe two of door lube and the next oil change which I'm just gonna do myself I'm gonna buy oil extractor and I'm just gonna change the oil myself on this thing because I'm gonna be changing it more often than what they recommend and then the second piece of it is I don't know how long I'm gonna have this you know looking to if this long as this thing drives as well as well as it has been driving then I will upgrade to a Range Rover Sport SVR because money I like the comfort of this vehicle man I sure missed a speed I missed a torque you know I gotta have that power behind the wheel I missed that so I know that SVR will give it to me I'm gonna test drive it first I don't want to assume that it's gonna drive as comfortable as I think but but I'm gonna check that out and see where it goes but so far so good on this 2015 Range Rover Sport I really do think it drives really really well it's free clear Sun it's clean you know it's uh it's got good looks I try to keep it clean I try to keep all my cars clean you know I have this one I have a 2016 Mercedes GL 550 and I have a 2017 charger scat pack SRT and I really like that one - I really I can say DC the Mercedes got a v8 twin-turbo I think is there's no joke so but very big this one is like I said is very comfortable but a guy I've enjoyed this car if it's something that you want to dip your toe in on a Range Rover I do not recommend you get a discovery I think you're asking for I do not recommend you get an evoke because you won't be happy you're going to want to get a bigger one I do anything that you know the Range Rover Sport actually has very good ratings on Edmunds very good consumer ratings so I kept up 4.6 4.7 this one in particular I think the other the newer versions are getting good ratings too but anyway so far so good on this Range Rover and that is and I'm out
