alright guys a lot of even asking me questions on how to upgrade your pulleys when you purchase larger tires and/or add a lift kit or just want a little more low end or high end performance out of your side-by-side or quad so today we're going to show you a quick demonstration on how to change your weights and Springs this clutch is from a commander 1000 part number zero nine zero zero zero zero seven five it's a 2012 a customer brought in to us he wants to upgrade the weights and Springs he's throwing a set of thirty inch silver backs on it we don't love silver backs but the customer does so what you'll need here you'll need a thirty millimeter socket you'll need a torque wrench weights and Springs this clutch has already been modified so these are the stock spring and weights and the clutch puller if you plan on pulling the clutch in the future I've already loosened this nut here process put that aside we'll pull the cover and you're already - your weights we upgraded the weights in this clutch stock weight is 18 grams we upgraded to the 2009 or the 22 gram so thus weights are easily changed out all you'll need here is a pen or some sort device to just pop that weight out like this and then insert your new weight and you're done if you plan on upgrading your spring as well you'll just need to pull the outer shave of the primary and voila you're all ready to your spring this spring has already been upgraded as well so we won't need to touch it here's your one way bearing down here a little bit better design than the stock primary the most important part of this process is the final part and that's where your torque wrench will come into play what you want to do is make sure when you're putting your nut back on that you push down on the top of your foot until it locks like so you want that hex nut to lock in before you put your nut once it's been locked in like so you want to go ahead and grab your clutch nut and tighten it to 80 foot-pounds once you tighten to 80 foot-pounds you're good to go you go ahead and throw your clutch right back in make sure to tighten it up as well and
