2005 Newmar Dutch Star 4320 Class A Diesel Motorhome Walk-Around Video

Brian here with help sellmyrv.com out of Louisville Kentucky where all RVs are for sale by owner I'm gonna do a walk around on this beautiful 2005 Newmar Dutch star 4320 luxury Class A Diesel Pusher motorhome overall exterior length is 42 feet 8 inches and the exterior height to the Dual low profile penguin AC units with heat pumps is 12 feet 7 inches this is a second owner coach the only reason why the owner is selling it is because priorities have changed so he gave me a call [Music] the current owner has owned this coach since 2008. kind of give you the floor plan and walk back to the back and then show off all the features while I'm walking towards the front coach is sitting on the Spartan Chassis with the 400 horsepower caterpillar C9 turbo diesel engine biggest engine they offered on this floor plan in 2005. just so I don't forget the roof is covered with the lifetime membrane roof it's almost like a it's actually thicker than a Rhino Lining very well done I would put it up against any fiberglass roof all day long and it does have fully transferable warranty and again it is lifetime warranty all right quotes like coach first slide that's going to be the queen bed and the only real as far as cosmetic I checked all throughout this coach did really didn't find any red flags but there's a little crack on this counter right there owner doesn't know how it happened happened a long time ago but uh anyway it's a non-issue it's just cosmetic but I do find it important to point stuff like that out everything else a dealer if they were going to take this coach in on trade it would be an excellent piece uh it would be a showroom piece for their inventory all right you do have two vanities on this floor plan one here in the bedroom and one also in the private toilet which I'll show you nice solid pocket door for privacy from the bath shower area into the bedroom this is going to be your second slide out does have the upgraded flat screen TVs all throughout even in the living room which I'll show you [Music] not sure what they're calling the cabinets looks to be some kind of Oak and you do have huge closet space in the rear your carpet in the bedroom is in excellent condition you do have ceramic tile in the bathroom going out into the kitchen and you also have ceramic entryway in between the pilot and co-pilot seat which I'll show you [Music] stackable washer and dryer by whirlpool [Music] residential shower all one piece and have seating area skylight your private bathroom area you do have the porcelain foot flush toilet your central vac there lots of storage on this floor plan [Music] and this is going to be your second vanity area a solid surface countertops all throughout this whole coach medicine cabinet not just a mirror soft touch vinyl ceiling all throughout and you do have some of the best AC most efficient AC unit and quietest in the industry and the reason is is because Newmark takes their returns and puts them on one side scattered all throughout and then your exhaust is on the other side all throughout so you just don't have one centrally located return making a loud noise I had to double check to make sure the AC was on and it's fun and cold so when I first got here because he just started up the coach all right let's back up here this got the upgraded Residential Refrigerator stainless steel finish this refrigerator is hooked up to a dedicated 2000 watt inverter does have an ice maker this is going to be the third slide out accommodates the kitchen and the lounge again solid surface countertops throughout the owner did upgrade this sink it did have a cast stone sink and those Stone sinks are kind of porous and I guess they collect stains but he didn't like the way it looked so he changed out to a stainless steel very well done looks like upgraded faucets too convection oven and always make sure that the digital readout's working you do have a three burner gas cooktop Front Burner usually a high output for boiling water and a gas oven nice smear backsplash there pots and pans draw up underneath there well let me correct myself no it's not a pots and paint store more of odds and ends [Music] L Lounge it's the ultra leather soft leather actually newmars they put leather in there so usually it's Italian leather so I'm going to say it's definitely some some type of leather excellent condition and the colors like tan spin around here this is going to be the fourth slide out common HD Euro style recliner chairs and again it's the same leather finish looks like the owner put this in this wasn't Newmar so if you didn't like it you can take it out it's pretty easy just carry it out and also the table and chairs the chairs there's two extra chairs and they're back in the bedroom closet they're matching and this little portion of the table here comes out to about here [Music] kind of a desk area too if you wanted to opt it for a desk dual pane windows all throughout the day night shades are the original accordion day night shades they're all looking pretty good except this one right here it's just bent up a little bit it still works and this one here kind of kind of bent up just over time um if you're if you don't like them I would change them out and put two MCD style roller blinds even MCD style roller blinds on all four Windows here that's what everybody seems to be doing and then put it on that window there I can't imagine it cost him more than maybe a couple hundred bucks all right your floor the owner did not like the carpet it was the carpet that they well it's this stuff he didn't like it so he had taken out and professionally installed a wood floor this is wood plank flooring and this is the ceramic tile floor in the kitchen area and in the entryway in between the pilot and co-pilot seat and I think that was part of a package but that floor beautiful very well done pilot and co-pilot suit swivel around their six-way power and I think they're heated they're by flex steel show off the condition there coach currently has 72 800 miles currently on the coach and again 400 horsepower caterpillar C9 turbo diesel engine 6-speed Allison Transmission Spartan Chassis I'm going to talk about it might as well show it Auto leveling here six-speed Allison Transmission and you do have a tag axle dump you do have an engine brake on this uh and Sun's getting me that's a get power sun visor there this little switch here the owner actually had installed the when you turn your turn signals on it comes up the display comes up on your backup camera well the owner didn't like that he wanted to have the option to leave maybe the side view camera which I'll show you on the outside on while he's driving this switch switch it over that way and you can permanently see your blind spot on your driver's side that's cool I don't know why everybody else isn't doing that but he had that installed so that is too cool Power heated Chrome mirrors looks like walkie-talkie yeah battery boost button ties your house battery and Chassis battery together you have fully adjustable pedals fully telescoping Smart Wheel on here and you do have option for cruise control windshield wipers you can set and adjust the speed of the windshield wipers there's your Spartan badge there for your chassis backup camera here and this is an upgraded GPS stereo and let's see it's got all the good stuff on what the owner is telling me it's Kenwood stereo some of your buttons here uh fans for your driver's side docking lights and high low lights the fog lights uh horn you do have air horn air brakes air ride airbags and uh generator start and stop button this is your courtesy lights uh those might be the like a cc ICC lights uh the lights for saying thank you for letting me over like the truckers do and step cover putting the step out GPS second GPS comes with the coach if you want it and yeah I got the some power sun visors and the TV was upgraded definitely very well done I've seen some shoddy jobs on these upgraded TVs but very well done sound bar and it looks like you got stereo it looks like DVD player weingard you do have a satellite on top which I'll show you when we get out there it's going to be your Central Command here there's a monitors for your freshwater tank which is 105 gallon gray water tank which I believe is 65 gallon and you're that's your sink in your shower and then your black tank which is your toilet is going to be 45 gallon in your LP tank is going to be 32 gallon energy management system shows you how many amps you're pushing and let's see uh battery disconnect on this saves your battery when you're not using the coach block engine block heater on this slide buttons and you do have slide buttons in the back for the two bedroom slides and security light curb light switch light exterior steps switch let's turn that back off that's your step in and out button security lights let's turn on those lights make sure they're working outside those are the off door and roadside and curbside security lights or Scare lights I like to call them gas electric water heater switch we're here and your inverter 2000 watt I'm sorry yeah uh 600 watt uh coach inverter and that's for some plugs in the bedroom and in the living room and again you do have a 2000 watt inverter dedicated to the Residential Refrigerator let's turn off this generator so I'm not yelling actually first let's turn off the AC it's always good to turn off the AC oh thermostat controls for your dual AC units almost forgot that for your dual AC units two low profile AC units with heat pump [Music] yeah all right we're off now we can turn off the generator you'll just heard it it's not good for the AC units and the electrical system when you have the AC on and you kick on the generator I don't know if it's true but all right you have a weather Pro awning on the outside that was an option so when the weather kicks up you're on and go automatically goes in it's pretty cool [Music] all right show off that paint Scheme on the outside full body paint one of the best paint jobs you're going to get hands down in the RV industry yeah what I'll do is I'll close up everything and show you what the paint job looks like but show off the generator 7 500 Onan diesel generator has 784 hours on it Larry you mind closing that generator up and when I walk around I'll show off that paint scheme it's the owner I'm chatting with okay you do have the weather Pro awning for the entry door and for the main awning so when the weather kicks up it will automatically go in so your awnings aren't ripping off 22.5 alloy wheels these are the best tires you're going to get they're michelins and the front ones all the tires were manufactured the front ones the third week of 2015 and I'll try to show you that manufacturing date on the on the other side and there's one rear tire that was I think manufactured in 2017 because he had he ran over something but I'll show that to you dual fuel fill that's a huge selling feature look at that side opening insulated baggage doors big feature in 2005 [Music] of course raise rail chassis pass through storage and you do have the slide tray that definitely don't give those away uh gas grill comes with the coach it's got gas hookups there's a gas hookup up underneath there somewhere this is going to be shields for the windshield kind of block you from the Sun and you've got some Shields here screens that kind of block from the Sun and you got one main one that goes the length of the awning the owner is letting those go with it so they're all yours let's see I'm one-handed put this in slide tray they don't give those suckers away slow show off that beautiful paint Scheme and again it's the best paint job you're going to get in my opinion I used to sell these new for a dealer and just just an awesome paint job here's your raised rail Spartan Chassis foreign TV so the coach is equipped with three two or three flat screen TVs so you know I'm not lying Weather Pro awning system I guess you could turn it off and on [Music] it's kind of back up here well before I do let me show off these tires manufacturing date on the most of the tires are the third week 2015. you can tell by a little circle right there right next to the rim they're Michelin as best you can get and they are 295 80 are 22.5 and you do have tire pressure monitoring on your wheels that was a nice feature the owner had put in I gotta correct myself this is a tire that was replaced it's a 2019 Tire 29th week of 2019. and that one actually is a Bridgestone he's probably somewhere and they just didn't have the exact Manufacturing or exact tire for Michelin so bridgestones are good we'll show off that paint Scheme you do have the window awning package and it does have the weather shields on it on your awnings and on all your pretty much all your main awnings you do have slide topper awnings there the coach is pretty much fully loaded [Music] ten thousand pound hitch tow capability I forgot to almost point out Eleven Hundred foot pounds of torque 400 horsepower badge there backup camera side camera ladder to get up on your full walk-on roof with that lifetime roof membrane it's it's some thick stuff if you come out and look you get up there I put it up against any fiberglass roof all day long the owner is selling a 2017 Ford Explorer it's all set up for towing back behind with the Blue Ox tow hitch the owner's not letting that hitch go with the coach but if you're interested uh y'all could probably work something out you do have that Newmar mud flap on the back or rock guard nice Chrome tip let's back up here yeah we're at almost 18 minutes we're doing fine side mounted radiator that's what you want engine runs cooler [Music] nice cold air intake up high that's where you want it so it sucks in all that clean air so you could tell the quality of the paint because that you cannot feel the transition on the majority of the coach from different colors [Music] Dutch star badge there all right there you go third week 2015. excellent condition [Music] lifespan of a tire is six to eight years at least that's what the manufacturers say but this coach has been stored inside and they look like brand new there's no dry rot no cracking or anything like that [Music] third week 2015. [Music] stinky Slinky hose right there put your sewer hose in there all right it's water hookups sewer hookups right here centrally located outside shower hot and cold running water whole house water filtration looks like he's got a pretty decent little water pressure regulator right there sewer hookups all your gate valves everything's all enclosed this is a Four Seasons coach you go into cold weather and not worry about anything look at that little basement heater fan right there all right there's your water pump in case you need to service your water pump nice and easy conveniently located [Music] 10 gallon water heater service panel right there and oh power cord reel huge feature right here and it looks like a manual crank for your cable satellite cable but yeah power cord reel man those uh 50 amp cords are a bare to get in and out I'm not going to open up all these these that's that pass through storage I was showing you uh really to find really any real dinks or anything it's in great shape yeah scare lights are working tinted windows dual pane by the way and you do have of course satellite on top there window awning package I mean it's got pretty much everything [Music] [Music] let's see if I can show you the manufacturing date here you go third week 2015.
