I've seen it in recipe books, but I never had it The bottom is very crispy And the top is a steamed dumpling This is what they're most popular for This is the Xiao Long Bao It's filled with meat and soup This is shrimp Oh this one is Kimchi and this one is pork [Round 1] [2 baskets each totaling up to 48 pieces of dumplings] Bon appetit I'll try this first It has a crispy side It's very nutty They're almost like chips [Now for a whole bite] Delicious It's very soft It melts right away The bottom is crispy and the top is steamed This Soup dumplings Xiao Long Bao Splashy [Drip drip] This is just what I like That's so good With the spoon You're supposed to do this Get the soup in the spoon The soup is really amazing The shrimp dumpling is pretty big This will be hard to eat in 1 bite [It's possible for Tzuyang] Can't compare it with the shrimp dumplings from the convenience store Well I mean, duh [Zoning out] I was forgetting about this This one didn't explode yet So good It looks so good The soup is really flavorful It's full of juice Can I order 1 basket each? Can I please have 1 basket of each flavor? [Ordered additional baskets for each flavor] They're all good overall The shrimp and the xiao long bao are my personal favorite Should I change it?
