it sure is another thing north atlas has one of the best tractor warranties in the business four years or four thousand hours and that's without any fine printer exclusion that's right i tell you what why don't i just bring this tractor out there and let you give it a try okay let's see tomorrow's fine with me we'll get it ready this afternoon i'll be there first thing in the morning [Music] [Music] morning bob marinette this 9190 should be ideal for you you know i told you yesterday this 9100 series comes in four sizes you can get a 135 a 150 a 172 or 193 horsepower so i'm sure we can fit your needs well i'll find out pretty soon because i'm planning on putting it to the test today well good now we fill it with fuel so when you get done tonight i want you to be sure and fill it up and see how much you burn because i know you're gonna be pleased okay i went over the controls with you pretty quickly yesterday but i don't think you'll have any problem getting used to then no they look like they were pretty well laid out to me i'll tell you what though i bet you've never had a seat this good before so let's take just a minute let me show you the adjustments on here okay you're riding on air so after you sit down and turn on the key just lift this lever briefly and the seat will automatically adjust your weight the same lever adjusts the height of the seat now this lever adjusts the seat position front to rear this one adjusts the angle of the backrest even the backrest extension is adjustable there's a knob here that adjust the lumbar support inside the backrest and this one down in front here just the contours of the seat cushion the horizontal isolator is activated simply by flipping this lever over center now when you get to the field you want to unlock this let this seat absorb the shock instead of your back that's more adjustments than my favorite chair and i tell you there's one thing i want you to do for me today be sure you find some rough ground where you can see how much smoother this tractor rides than the others couldn't get in i'll help you hook up and you can see what it's like be sure and fasten that seat belt okay i'm gonna use a big disc today like that straight in entry sure makes it easy to get into lots of room steering wheel adjusts easily and feels solid there's lots of glass so i can see the seat may be just a thing for my back well look at this i can see right down to the draw drawbar without getting all bent out of shape you sure made that hookup look quick and easy should be easy for joyce or young bob to hook up too it is with these lever couplers even with back pressure on the tips and remember when you use a three-point implement you'll either have quick hitch or telescopic links well that quick hitch would make it easy when i'm trying to hook up a loan well you're ready you want me to go to the field with you no thanks i just soon go at my own pace and take my time i'll be at the shop all day if you need anything thanks ed see you tomorrow [Applause] now what gear do i need to be should be able to handle this disc at five maybe even six miles an hour [Music] okay third gives me four five and six miles an hour all without clutching good selection of speeds here for both pto and tillage [Applause] [Music] [Applause] shift smooth the engine didn't even notice the change [Music] i wonder how it's going to react when we get to that gumbo [Music] wow ed wasn't kidding when he said this tractor would pull [Music] this dortz air cooled engine proper transmission gearing ideal weight distribution and these premium radial tires all come together to make this the best pulling tractor in the field in nebraska the 9100s output every tractor in their class well that sounds great but i've got some patches with the toughest gumbo in the state you'll probably walk right on through them with these tractors can i shift down without stopping or clutching in case i need some extra power sure you can but i'm convinced you won't need to with this tractor now that's impressive the engine just played with that load it was right with this kind of power you don't have to downshift every time the going gets a little tough i wonder if the ride is really as comfortable as that says i think i'll take it through this rough ground here and find out for myself now that's more like it i could work all day and not feel beat this is the way farming should be i wonder just how much space it's going to take to turn nice smooth downshift good quick hydraulics and this tractor comes right around well that sure was easy enough i didn't have to disengage the front wheels or ride the brakes i wonder why you have to disengage some of the other tractors unlike other four-wheel drives this one is designed for short turns without disengaging power to the front wheels that helps pull the tractor through the turn so you don't have to lock a brake just to get back in on the rolls see we can turn in less space with the front wheels engaged than the others can disengaged you're riding working hard at five miles an hour i wonder what it will do at six nothing wrong with this i think the disc is working even better at this speed let's see 27 foot disc about one mile an hour faster that's about 27 more acres every 10 hours now just a touch of a finger the electronic performance monitor will tell me ground speed pto speed real area covered engine rpms and the amount of wheel slip so i can adjust accordingly but today's cost of fertilizers and chemicals this can save me big bucks ed's right with this information i can fine-tune my application and i'll get better tire life by knowing how much slippage i actually have [Music] i've always heard these deuts air-cooled engines are easy on fuel but this is hard to believe with the cost of diesel a day this kind of savings will add up in a hurry boy i could get to life that tractor that's a good looking machine how'd you get along yesterday not bad at all passed every test i could give it well that doesn't surprise me a bit bob it seems like everyone has tried one so far has nothing but praise for the way it performs brought along some
