1972 Chevy K10!!!!!! 4x4

okay 1972 chevy c10 four-wheel drive came to me about nine months ago in pieces and completely rusted out replace the cab with a used cab that was pretty clean took it straight to the sandblaster had it sandblasted door skins and both doors um and body worked the rest of the panels replace the rockers on both sides inner and outer on the cab a lot of sheet metal work a lot of body work a lot of rust prevention rust uh patch panels not too many patch panels we replace panels completely and then we did corrosion protection throughout feather filled after body work feather filled block primed with urethane after feather fill is basically a spray polyester and block that down 120 180 and then urethane prime after that block down the urethane prime with uh 320 320 grit sandpaper long board re-guide coated finish sanding with 600 i believe 600 grit seal it and then shoot it base coat clear coat ppg water base ppg 550 clear the whole inside of this truck was green and green interior we replaced all the interior new carpet new dash new steering wheel that's a factory style oe steering wheel for chevy corvette and chevy trucks special ordered from the factory this seat was green we got new gas tank new carpet still got to do the stereo system we took out the original ac system and did a vintage ac works perfect we had the frame off all we really did with the frame [Music] is just coat it re-coat it didn't do anything with the mechanicals other than put new dual flowmaster exhaust new bumpers new tail lights new everything all the way around everything works brand new wiring harness throughout the truck so we got [Music] there's the new vintage ac system there so we got new wire harness all the way throughout the truck every single light works blinkers work horns works dome light works everything works doors open and closed good gaps are decent they're not perfect but they're decent new windshield new weather strips new rubbers i wish we could have did more with the uh running gear and suspension with the with the drivetrain everything if you're going this far with body and paint and accessories and interior and everything else why not why not drop an ls in here that's what i wanted to do you can see been a jc pump that was easy to put in took out the uh factory heater box and all that big bulky stuff that goes there i don't really care for this overflow bottle i'm gonna take that off new radiator new ac core complete new ac system new radiator new auxinar new water pump thermostat plugs cap wires rotor all that oil change training service uh what else painted the motor real quick um new cooling lines [Music] finally got this thing done 1972 chevy c10 four-wheel drive it's got a 350 with a 350 turbo probably a dana 44 in the back whatever oe would be that's oak hardwood bed had to trim that out and modify for those slats to fit you
