1958 Allis Chalmers D14 First Start & Drive!?

[Applause] [Music] what on earth did you buy a dead bug track you bought a tractor okay it's a big ol orange tractor 14-hour what whine earth would you buy a D 14 hours Chalmers I grew up on D 14 oh really yeah dad bought one brand new I guess 1960 this is a 58 I think I believe that's what Jeff said yeah well I spend a lot of time in that seat I'm gonna stand next to your tractor and tell you no I know the sun's going down we're gonna we're gonna play with nine try to get it off the trailer well I guess I kind of I mean I've heard the stories the old Alice was it around when I was a kid no no no there was some malice out there some warrants tractor I seem to vaguely remember Wow no we sold it like 1976 yeah that's old farm move down the dozers took over so basically I'm thinking you're starting to have a midlife crisis cuz we got your charger back there Ricky up in your high school days and now we're reliving your childhood now it's pretty cool tractor I don't give a damn about tractors Norma but I kind of like this thing we'll all be buying diapers Oh God Oh God why are you gonna buy diapers I'm getting younger oh okay so are you today dead 45 23 what you ought to do is get up on that seat back whoa I'm 21 yeah that Craig was God time I was 16 uh so that was what we used his MO the flow around the lake and both of pastures check the cows is perfect for checking cow ours had a scoop on the front of it what grandpa always call it his little deep o jape that'd be a fun little jeep jeeps are always known you know go anywhere well this thing you really go anywhere and it's really not in that bad of shape 458 model it's obviously been repainted at some point they take you had a mounted brush cutter on the back and we'd back it out over there we had this rock ledge on part of the lake and he backed it out over the water and we'd use it for a diving board yeah that's the way you do it the country what Jeff say the guy we bought this from we bought it in what was that Nevada Nevada yeah he said he hasn't had it running in a year or so last summer he was born with it yeah I don't know if I believe that because I did clean out the sediment bowl and it was full of varnish you see the Pat Cox Lincoln fuel but it's got clean fuel in it now that 7-ball was full of crap I think we're gonna have to try and start this old girl what'd you think did Suns going down so let's get this old girl trying to go so what are you doing in the hall like roadkill it's overheating take the hood off one half of it you know this thing's like a sports car it's got a split hood door to ring that is true don't have to split the tractor to put it right in here yeah Dan's had to start her off trying to get away you can all feel it you can feel it right there oh you weren't they're pretty much will close to those three back on wall forever out there I love okay about 30 I'm million 30 bucks gage they're cheaper he give my gauges part store I'm playing do I don't say how a jammer this is pretty fun little red get one kiddin there go there's gonna be fun on the farm now we'll just pull the carburetor and rebuild it he'll ago yeah may never after we've been in do it have you looked that little flapper pretty even to get hiccups every once in a while but ain't too bad look at that whatever I gotta get a new steering wheel port if we gotta feel like we're pimps oh we got to get a steering wheel but this may not be a full-time project like the cars but this is something for dad definitely doing hey for me in the family that seeks breaking for course grandpa norm couldn't have been wrong what a deal what a deal oh that in [Music] that's what it was normally doing yeah so she's probably got to get broken apart so that way she starts every time No so this thing I ain't gonna go hurtling towards one of the cars isn't putting gears that's an order you gotta hold the brake down that became you gotta push down on this right here is what releases the draw ball and the captain will put that daggone thing on there so I don't want to walk out here in the morning and find Jezebel's me crushed what's what I didn't do that I didn't leave that on the ground I didn't do that Oh dad you want to close this out you want statics you dragged her like you know tell people that you're thankful for them watching your little funky project yeah this my next project is orange paint Hemi orange with orange we gotta find our orange we couldn't make it Hemi orange made our for red we could make it our full red make it match my charge we could put a we could take a another charger and cut the top off of it want it on here make it white yeah and then we can I love that little engine but we got another Hemi in the garage there's never be things or we get hot rod the Alice I know a guy who'll grind that camshaft put a Holley carburetor on it put a zoomy pipe on it dog well did this has been fun yeah you want that we got it off the trailer yeah I know that was spooky I'm surprised it started so easy yeah that's the secret don't even turn the gas on yeah it's starter well until you get the carburetor fixed to be able turn the gas on get up on her Joker that always pull the joke back fired right up I'll be going that carburetor you guys want to see me fixing parts on this tractor you let me know down in the comments because I want to make sure it's gonna be stuff you guys want to watch and not just you know look at carburetor was that's a Marvel Schreiber's Marvel driver Ashley burn it's it's funky baby yeah we could always leave the seat up that's the exact opposite of a bathroom rule yeah I know that way you don't get a wet ass I'll be sure to put it back down we got some fuzz Rivera fuzz growing in her that we do smoke dad I know that hmm I don't recall you ever saying that right yeah we're gonna have to get some ways or boat lights I got some chrome ones in the garage it came up my moto Guzzi v7 hundred dad's kind of eyeballing you know but I don't think there it was it fell off in the hurricane and that's not in there right I shouldn't do that I love you dad but I don't think you're getting my claw chrome bullets I don't think
