Stunning vehicle. A testament to the skill of Jay’s team to make something that looks like it was manufactured back in the 40s and looks so good.
I had to laugh when Jay said when he got it that the engine, a V12, 27 liters or 1650 cu/in was running on a single 4 barrel Holley! Lol
An aero engined car is one of my grail cars. Something like this, or even as brutish as the beast of Turin. However, I didn't really have an appreciation for how much work it was to build one. I wonder what the modern interpretation of the aero engined sports car would be. Like what modern engine, transmission and base car would you use. Maybe a 1500 chassis with a PT6 and custom body work?
