#139. After the Rosé. The first Black/White + 3 fluid acrylic pours.

hey everybody its care for Martin fall collects welcome to late night pouring this is my third video today I'm sobered up from the last video it's a 1:21 a.m. I can't even believe I'm up had a good dinner sir bird up I was in its same woman in that last video I had a good time I don't know about you guys but I had a good time anyway this will give me plenty of videos to upload while I'm on vacation so don't leave me hanging for a couple weeks have nothing to show you because you know why if you watched the last two so this will be the first of a series of them I'm gonna call it my black and white plus where I always use black and white and then we add either two or three colors I will put up a pool for the next video when I get back and let you guys pick either two or three colors to go along with the black and white and we'll see what we get so tonight I mean just get right to it pitch down I have very limited room on my drying table so I wanted to do a 16 by 20 or an 18 by 24 and I can't because I don't have the room with all the other stuff I did in the last two videos so it looks pretty good I have two eight by tens in eight by eight if I still have paint left over so I have my back and white here this artist's loft low acrylic they'll be my staples and then my three color choices for this one is oops an empty can container of artist loft metallic cobalt a blue stuff right here you see how to color right there we also have some Amsterdam bronze also empty and also empty is my golden a loser and crimson you so I'm coming off those three colors killed off by pouring medium no I didn't I had to me or what am I saying poor medium recipe I'm back to the 484 so four ounces of gold and gloss poor medium 8 ounces of glue all four ounces of water for this batch and then one to one ratio water added as needed for consistency amongst all the different brands I use it's one of the reasons why I pink by feel and don't measure I think if I use the same brand all the time I would get out of scale and measure everything and then I would just have a cold but each paint calls for something a little different makes it hard so I paint by feel that's my consistency a little bit of a trace before it disappears and my spot on I'm not gonna I'm trying to get to try not to talk too much because my family is sleeping and I'll be honest I'm pretty tuckered so I'm gonna do these clean up and go to bed I'm adding four drops of my silicone to every color except white and give those a mix let's see what we get mmm-hmm seems pretty stinking layer a cup right on top there we'll start with the white go with the blue completely covering each layer this time not merging as much as I did and they walk in the woods video your bronze really looks like copper to me I gotta say I got a look at that again it says bronze but there's a little coppery come soon look so thick it looks a little thick let me give that a stir yeah I'm gonna roll with it I'll see what happens I put white on top of that it's gonna turn pinkish I'm gonna go with the blue first some some of this on top of that Bluto cuz it's pretty little do that in the back you need a really full cup for an eight-by-ten maybe we'll risk it I'll put some white just a little bit that that's pretty darn full right and it's pretty darn full I'm just sitting on some cups I didn't want to pound in tax in the middle of the night let me swap out I just don't wake it up this high makes me nervous hey guys yeah that just makes me feel better Wow hello straights I'm gonna lip that for sure let's make a pattern bring out the blue I have my side story about I'm glad I rimmed the lip of the cup around it my flipping lip definitely brought out the blue like that settle a second honey pain or some of that off to before a torch or move it around a little missing two corners grab some paint right there oh gosh it's pretty just the way it is isn't it makes me not when it works let me stare at it and ponder that's themselves already man is pretty as super super pretty I wish you guys I wish I could hear you guys through your TVs or your iPhones or whatever it is you're watching me on tell me if I should torch that or not while I'm staring at it I see little cells popping up like this in the back of that I do like the little copper cells I'm getting I'm gonna throw I'm gonna torch on the edges which is what I always do when I'm chicken so I bought my fingers the it's the copper selling up all by itself saying look at me see that part up the blue hmm I did that really far away just to see what these guys would do here I may be the rest of this alone i am i think the composition is gorgeous so much so i might mess with it and pour some of the parts i just torched off and just leave it be if i can i won't sweat it if i can't but i think i have enough paint to go up and come back just a little bit off get some of it off and then bring it back without really losing anything yep that one's done i'm not gonna I'm not gonna torch that guy up look at the blue cells I got that's plenty right super super pretty all right that's one oops don't leave him there I'll zoom in closer toward the end you know at the end to see them all love me that's what we use the cups we'll set it up on a cup oh it's it's Darrin hangs out I was the glare bothering you guys let me turn out my um pendant lights alright number two you guys in there okay number two we started off with the who I'm glad I didn't toward some of those cells they grew they grew bigger so alone let's start with black this time instead of the white the copper Granderson I think I'm gonna have enough for the 8x8 I like the crimson copper together not it's still waiting back and makes them gray yep we're not I'm not gonna fill it up quite as high as I did that first one and cover up all the paint this guy does Oh there was a terrible I'm rusty when the flip and drag said Hill and stretch this out up a bit before I torch it I do like the gray let's give this a torch to see what happens just a little bit I don't know if I'm liking this one I think I screwed it up with the right out of the cup the colors are phenomenal I'm not like in the composition turn off some of that light yeah bye-bye yeah you can go to yeah you want to go up to very wild colors I think I'm gonna like this whole black and white series thing what's the three so I'm gonna ruin it because I just didn't like the composition oh maybe a room no not for two I body parts this one is um besides from the body parts it looks really fabulous I don't know if it's conveying on camera but the cells really do look like they're floating on top of the background like it almost has a 3d effect I do with it these are just amazing amazing I don't like this I don't know I'm gonna pretty gonna ruin it trying to get that off oh I'll leave a little bit on the edge oh no it doesn't want to die you have to go off all the way yeah I'm sorry and as cool as it is I bring it back I stretched out the cells and I just body parts bummer man that was my bad yep try again all right we started with the black I'm gonna remember the order I know I did blue crimson copper copper crimson something like that and then white on top of the crimson so did little that and then the black and white hopefully this is enough paint I really wanted to do the by 8 as well maybe I can eke out a painting with a lot of white on the 8 by 8 oh gosh while we're waiting I'm just gonna go ahead and throw the rest of these colors into my white I'm sorry but this is carpet this is not bones I think that is mislabeled that is definitely copper the bronze has more of an antique like patina to it taking it all out all right so that one's ready to go see if they'd do a better job this time lots and lots wait I'm speaking away oh there's color under there and moving around you might cover the whole thing before I torch it oh yeah see now the colors are coming up look at that underneath now before I torch before I torch let me see I can point out these striations here those are prime areas for caterpillars these guys these lines particularly those because the cells would want to have a place to grab on to and those are perfect spots for it when you see that I'm gonna try and be careful I'm pretty much virtually guaranteed that there's going to be caterpillars maybe not this I most careful torch job by me ever don't get greedy Karen let's see man this is drastically different from the first one that part doesn't want to do anything oh no kind of boring kinda boring see what happens you can move it around a little bit I like this part now this definitely looks like a subdivision of houses right don't about that second one telling you I'm going into this one corner cuz I don't like it if I can slowly slowly or I leave it because I'm gonna lose those colors change have changed my mind I've already stretched it out I don't know how much more I can do get rid of that one corner that would be great go no bring him back so you mean save this is the shape of the cells get him to grow got a little color on the other side here which is nice just get it to match I'm not gonna mess with I'm not gonna that corner is fine then I'm not gonna mess with this one corner because I don't want to lose my color it's fine it looks like wallpaper it's just um it doesn't speak to me that's what I have to say about this one it just doesn't speak to me that second one that was talking that one had a lot to say what are you gonna do all right I'll put him to the side I think the cells are gonna grow a little bit bigger maybe that'll help maybe not let me throw it on two cups for that guy to rest on still loving the first one we'll bring em up so you can take a peek that's kind of what the first one the second one him I mean looks like I'm gonna stick him over here and then and then there was one I don't 8x8 I am totally out of colors I'm gonna use the leftover paint and my other cups why can't guys seen this one yeah I used the leftover paint in my cups even if it's little money just on the corners to help paint run well don't drop the cup here yeah this is the color from this second Cup you only have a half a cup of paint so anything I can do to help with coverage to get the paint to slide I'm gonna take some off my countertop even and just kind of lay it on here nice little border I'm just gonna lift up and maybe do a flippin lip alright not pink did Carper selling up again spent this around I wanted to spread out that blue because I'm kind of in love with that blue right there so I wanted to take that for and wide I'm gonna lead like that striped I'm gonna leave that there oh gosh I honestly like too bad this doesn't go all the way to the end I'd love that like the whole busy and then the serene because this is gorgeous you guys probably can't see a cause but this is stunning and it's gonna get stretched and ruined and what are you gonna do maybe I can stretch it out because there's some leasing there that's amazing I mean take my time and get over there as carefully as possible let's put a stick on it I'm stretching out all that lacing best one other night superb but you say so myself I'm not torching that I'm not doing a damn thing that is amazing amazing it's always the stuff at the bottom of the cup isn't it well I won't suck I'm gonna try and do some one little thing in the corner I'm gonna bring it down a second it should work maybe we're not all right don't go fine see if I care I want that one that'll read so off are you over the edge you're close enough I have to whisper because it's so gorgeous oh you can't hear me your own complains you can't hear me I won't whisper but it's amazing that one wow I don't know where that came from but I'll take it taking it and run its I'm gonna take my clothes off and get you down so I love the first one I love the third one the second one it's wallpaper and I would I mean by wallpaper is when it's nothing but cells with no real composition the cells are pretty they're nice shape with nice colors but it really doesn't tell a story or evoke any kind of imagery um which i think is very possible with pouring paint very very possible and not just about the perfect brown cells just I'm anti wallpaper this this speaks to me and so that's the first one let me pop you down all right let's do number three first because I'm like you have to see it I'm close so there's the lacing in the cells and the colors with the blue and the copper and the deep red and that little section over there it looks like an island chain of islands in the middle of the ocean I'm dis diamond in love I'm in love with this one totally in love with that so that's the third one the first one let me turn the camera this way here's the first one see the cells grew a little bit but still this one has some high drama to it and I like the composition very very much just one corner here he's pretty badass and then the Carper with the Crimson that's that's excellent and then here's the second one let's see it's all just great cells but that's it there's nothing else to it wallpaper just wallpaper so yeah good better best in my mind 40 minutes I'm so tired and I'm done three videos to hold you guys over for the next two weeks while I'm gone bon voyage knowledge and all that where's the dietary em I'll see you guys in a couple weeks take care be well happy painting love you all
