color="#E5E5E5"> digger were left</font> behind<font color="#E5E5E5"> in the backyard and nearly</font> <font color="#CCCCCC">100,000 remained untouched</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> in Joseph's</font> on November 11 2013 a</font> motorcyclist found their remains in two shallow graves<font color="#CCCCCC"> not far from</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> interstate</font> 15 in San Bernardino County<font color="#CCCCCC"> in connection with</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> the</font> deaths of the McStay family<font color="#E5E5E5"> after</font> discovering<font color="#E5E5E5"> that his DNA had been found</font> on<font color="#CCCCCC"> the</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> steering</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> wheel of the McStays car</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">prosecutors allege Merritt was
