10 Most Epic Red Mage/RDM Weapons - And How To Get Them in FFXIV

happiness for one and all is a dream [Music] and peace built on compromise is flawed and fleeting and the reality is that to the victor go the spoils welcome to another epic weapon showcase video which i promised to do for each job including 10 most badass looking weapons and how to get them but of course as this is just my personal list feel free to join me in the comment section and point people towards other epic weapons and the contacts in which you can receive them but without further ado let us start the top 10 and the first contestant featuring the ultimate vorpal sword which can be received by participating in the epic of alexander which is the highest difficulty level you can play and was the shadowbringer's only ultimate fight available that had been loved and hated by many for those that did the normal story quest of alexander time is a core principle of this questline so i really like that square implemented that aspect into this weapon paired up with a fantastic color mix of purple orange and mainly yellowish gold that looks gorgeous however for those that don't like that particular design i would definitely place the ultima needle that was featured in uru or the ultima weapon ultimate on the exact same spot being part of stormblood's pioneer ultimate fight and what i like about this one are these magical planar waves that you can snatch from time to time and which round up this phenomenal color design only the magical orb looks a bit box shaped that i would give the vorpal sword the precedence here just remember that these trials have to be done synced and even though shadowbringers and ant walker jobs balancing might have made these easier than they were at the start it is still a tough challenge and something i would highly recommend to join an aesthetic party for alright next up i would place the pyrus tuck that is the second glowing stage of stormdall's rally content eureka however this weapon is received upon reaching certain progress in its third level eureka pyros and believe me it is still grindy to get there as first you need to level up your elemental level which can be achieved very comfortably through doing your weekly eureka challenge log but afterwards there's no way around doing fates or better set notorious monsters in every part of this zone until you finish the quests and did all the tasks gerald asked you for so while this could be done by a strong group of 4 to 5 people the final notorious monsters that are required for the weapon upgrades are a bit of a different story so i recommend to join a discord server that does eureka runs on your data center or just try to find groups in the more populated evening hours this is much easier to achieve with other people around however it is indeed worth the effort once you're in the flow of it you can grind multiple weapons for different jobs while also hunting down the only armor in game that offers led effects still the pyro's tuck looks gorgeous and these bluish flames are definitely something different and a glowing effect that you won't see on that many red mages out there due to how grindy and cumbersome it is to get to that stage so hop in there by doing the starting quest line and try to stick to your weekly challenge log tasks for getting levels quickly because those are the main stepping stones for progress the next one being an absolute classic and one of my all-time favorites for nearly all jobs featuring a very evil and cool glow effect this time on the seeing horde rapier this perfectly combines those very little thunders with a dark wave of power it fits nicely to all the darker glams out there and whenever you want to make your character look badass this is my go-to trump card and the best thing you can easily buy this off the market board or if you're a crafter get some expert recipes and craft it for yourself even though the materials are mostly on the same price level so if at any point you have no idea which weapon to take just get the seeing horde weapons and you're good to go except you're a reaper sage dancer or gunbreaker unfortunately good news are redmage has a lot more to offer that is also affordable and easy to get and looks astonishing featuring number seven tsukuyomi's moonlit rapier a craftable and market board buyable set that had been introduced in shadowbringers featuring a very spectacular glow and an even more unique form of the blade because instead of the classical rapier we're moving into the scimitar's territory and i freaking love it emphasizes very nicely on the red mage's offensive power and how it performs brutal swings in melee range as well that perfectly shows in pvp where most kills are executed in spitting distance but of course the glow is also very clean and cool and has a very high glowing density that can be seen in nearly all lighting environments and will guarantee prying eyes for those that don't know this weapon already and like i said as a crafter or gill enthusiast just go and get it from the market board via direct buy or through getting the ingredients which can be applied in an identical way to the next spot the say reuse sanctified rapier also introduced in late shadowbringers this offers one of the coolest watery glow and flow effects i have ever seen on any weapon with another highlight being the purple core on the shaft that forms a very nice contrast somehow this evokes a very refreshing tranquility even though there is so much to look at on the orb and the blade themselves i think it is a very good mix of not overdoing the glow and still making it look super interesting very well done square and for a weapon that you can buy for gil amazing alright on rank number 5 i would put the ultimate dreadworm rapier yes many of you might chose the other two ultimate weapons before this one but i mean there are freaking terror flare waves coming out of the blade and shaft and even though it might not be the most clean design and particle effects are a bit all over the place i feel like this is a fine weapon for bahamut fanboys that still want to play a red mage i mean there's a lot happening on this weapon so you will definitely get the attention of newcomers and basically all people around you that might ask you where that sexy weapon can be received especially as these can be nicely combined with glamour sets that thrift more into the yellowish tint and there are not many weapons available offering these color attributes but yeah getting this is still a pain in the ass and you need to be a good raider with a solid static party at your side but if you have no idea where to start where to get aesthetic or how to get good at the game maybe you can ask rich how he achieved his clear [Music] okay did i say a real classic the next one is a classic and i'm so glad that i grinded this when content was hot for it the more glay or muglais animos which is featured in the first section of stormlade's rally content eureka so much much less to grind than on the pyro's weapon the only big stepping stone might be pazuzu that is a fearsome boss where a solid party size is recommended of course you still need to do that elemental level leveling and basically play a decent amount of eureka content but in addition to this weapon for the red mage maybe you already have enough to earn a full arsenal of well-designed weapons for many jobs you have access to this fine specimen here however is one of the coolest you can get and i love that the basic red mage weapon looks so good already that this clean glow effect rounds up the full picture without any struggle if i would have to sum it up this might be the most used weapon for all my videos in total as i literally used only this for each red mage glamour so far i might be biased here but it does imply quality when even a content creator working with these things doesn't get bored of one weapon so if by any chance you want to do some side content while waiting for the weekly recess check out eureka at least for the first part and for this gorgeous red mage weapon the next one is something very special and i guess it might not find liking for everyone however if you're looking for something that is even more dark and evil than the seeing horde weapon check out this augmented agonia which not only looks phenomenal but also delivers this little extra context and background of the character or boss it is connected to i mean it is my youtube header for a reason right so for all shadow bringers fanboys for every glamour that wants to look as evil and dark as possible there's no way around this weapon maybe even for other jobs but definitely on the red mage one i know i know the crystalline edge and very offensive side effects are way over the top for a normal weapon glam but if you choose this you're not looking for the usual you're looking for the extraordinaire and especially you're looking for a weapon to remember and when talking about remembering the best thing even though we are talking about hefty prices for the material or the weapon itself something around 1 million most of the times it can be bought from the market board gives you easy and instant access to one hell of a weapon so become what you must and get it i know there had been a lot of discussion lately about these weapons and some of them are definitely overdone with the particle effects and above that when people are cheating to get them how much value do these still have the value of looking astonishing on some jobs and i think the red mage is one of them i mean the edge itself might be a bit too glowy and bright but on the other hand it gives a nice feeling of holding raw power in your hand no singular weapon anymore but the whole force and magic it provides and while these magical circles are not for everyone i really like them on this weapon which continues the legacy of the augmented argonia but with a clear focus on bright highlights fitting nicely to the of the heaven's name and how close you came to your own demise and descend into madness when you did this ultimate encounter in a normal way because at least from what i have heard it is the most difficult fight in final fantasy 14 right now so how to get this nothing less than beating the hardest boss this game has to offer and where can you do that believe me when you're ready to take out the challenge there's no tip or info i am able to provide as i'm far away from doing this ultimate raid right now nonetheless what's closer in range of the common player is the rank 1 spot on the list for the red mage i guess this is a very controversial one but i have to admit that i just fell in love with the design of the blade's temperance which is featured as the last stage of the shadowbringer's relic for the red mage i know some people literally call this walmart relics and this might be true for some in particular but on the red mage it just looks delicious a unique shaft with little but cool details in it the crystals hovering around the bridge of the shaft and the edge then a rune-carved metal part leading into the freaking peak of it that looks like the blade has just left a forge filled with liquid fire or for hot summer days it can also look like orange water ice whatever you prefer and of course the red mage orb does look special as well and both have a very nice glowing effect that i already said in my last video is just one of the most clean of them all no spongy waves no badly textured flames and no razor sharp lightning strokes anywhere just a clean and diffused red glow and yes we can't give a rank one red mage weapon any other color tone than red but of course this is just my personal opinion and i would
