when you're looking to visit Las Vegas one of the things you should be doing is planning out which restaurants you want to visit and this city does not make it easy because we have endless of options to choose from new restaurants are popping up left and right and not just on the Strip but in local areas as well so today I'm going to be showing you a new style of dining in where you basically have over 12 different Cuisines all in one location so this place is called the sundry which is located in the new uncommons community I know it looks like sun dry but it's sundry first and foremost the uncommons is a new development that is full of restaurants shops and a new up-and-coming neighborhood in the southwest area of Las Vegas which is only 10 to 15 minutes away from the strip and we're right across the street from the soon to be open Durango casino and like I said this is a new style of dining that I've never seen before so I really wanted to bring you guys along now wherever you say you're going to find this QR code that you scan with your phone and it's going to pop up 12 different restaurant menus that you can choose from yo that's a lot of options just choose the food that you want and it'll all be delivered to you you don't have to go and pick it up and you can choose to have it all in one tab or you can split the bill so what's cool is that if in your party somebody wants Burgers someone wants Italian someone wants Filipino food you don't have to fight about which restaurant you go to you just get it all here finally let's go check out some food but first we're going to start with a little booze so this is Diane's Bloody Mary bar she's actually the wife of Chef Michael Mina which she has tons of restaurants here in Las Vegas as you guys can see it is super cute it's an outdoor hitch trailer and I just think overall it's just so aesthetic let's get our Bloody Mary on thank you first meal of the day so this is our sundry Bloody Mary and I chose this one because they use bourbon as their liquor so that's very different so they also use Diane's original mix and it is topped off with a candied bacon celery orange and then kosher salt Rim oh my give me like a little bit of a kick wow that's really good that really makes me want to try the other Liquors alright guys so um this it's not just me trying this right here I do have a very special guest that was gone for a long time that's gonna give you his opinion too oh snap we have vacation back in the house I'm back that's got that bourbon kick to it dude look at this amazing oh my god oh so bad nice and sweet I like it nothing like starting a food Hall tour with some alcohol moving on so now we're going to go ahead and get started on the food now usually in your typical food halls they'll have like a different kitchen for each restaurant however though here it's all one location so again even those 12 different restaurants it's one huge kitchen that everything comes out of so the first part we're going to start off with is going to be bar oysteres so of course like in the name not only do they feature oysters but they do have a lot of other seafood and they also do specialize in aged pork now here you can sit at the oyster bar or you can stay at the regular tables in the main area let's go ahead and try our first item oh my God those of those look so delicious this is the Jamon Iberico de villota it just looks so fatty guys look at this piece my charcuterie boards are never going to be the same after having this and that is an aged ham it was oh just seeing him cut it was so beautiful and vacation just came from Spain so I need to know what he thinks of this you can see slicing this thing is the art look how thin that is that is so tasty you get that like leather feel to it it's so good you guys gotta get this seafood platter holy wow just get this guys get this next up is barzoto so this is one of my favorites which is Italian they do have a lot of different classes such as spaghetti reggaetoni bolognese snail shells and they even have a gluten-free and vegan option we got those snail shells a la vodka here oh my Lord when you make that sauce it just looks so freaking good and they topped it up with a little vodka and lots of cheese oh my God that sauce is so amazing it's so good it's so cheesy and it doesn't like taste like vodka at all I'm in trouble after this plate we're definitely in trouble Norma all right before we stuff ourselves in more food we're gonna take a quick drink break so we already tried the drink at Diane's Bloody Mary bar so here is going to be an actual bar that you can just walk up and have a drink of course you can order food here too and they do have a happy hour which is from Monday to Thursday from 4 pm to 6 p.m happy hour menu here let's get a drink yeah you guys knew I had to get a pretty drink man look at this this looks so pretty and refreshing so this is one of their specialty cocktails called The Old Man Bugsy so this has a kettle one Botanicals Peach and Orange Blossom rose wine grapefruit strawberry oh look and I have a little strawberry and little flamingos right here at the top that takes so much of strawberry this is so freaking amazing and then jaycatia ended up getting a gin and tonic so cheers I need to have this pool side guys let's put the drink down and get back to the food next up we're gonna try davajin so dabaji is Indian and that's something that I really like about the sundry is that you get to try so many different Cuisines and so many different type of ethnic foods they do have a lot of small plate options and they also do have a lot of Curry me and even vegan options so this is their chicken tikka masala and oh I watched the makeup fresh right there for me it looks so good I feel like this is such a classic dish oh my God there's like so many layers to this gonna grab a little bit of chicken some of the rice and the sauce oh sorry it's a little spicy but I've never tried a chicken tikka masala more flavorful than that oh and I'm gonna try some of the naan as well that naan is so fluffy Wow Let's see if jaycation was gonna spice out the same way as I did Masala let's get everything up in here I'm gonna do it non-taco style and get that Curry flavor to it naan is amazing spice hasn't gotten to me though no naan very flavorful spice spice hasn't gotten to me though yet Norma next we moved on back to American food so next we have easy sliders so just like in the name we're going to be trying little hamburgers the one that we're gonna try today which is their peanut butter and bacon that was a little bit of an awe when I saw them make it there was just so much to it of course it's gonna be the beef then I had some sauce some bacon that was almost like it kind of looked like chorizo to me a little bit lots of peanut butter and it's a lot guys they put it on the bottom and on the top as well and then finish it off with some potato chips I have to brace myself because I've never had a peanut butter burger oh this is hot it's gonna be crunchy and gooey at the same time I don't hate it I obviously wanted to try the peanut butter one because it's you know it's different from everything else but whoa this is actually really good I definitely love the potato chips in here because I added that bit of crunch to it peanut butter in a burger what that's different it really complements a Patty real well like the burger patty and the peanut butter with the cheese that's what's up that's tasty I like that it's Greek food time guys look how fresh all this food looks so one of the reasons that I really like this one specifically is because it's healthy you can actually come here to the sundry and have a healthy option so they do offer full plate so this one right here is going to have the pink Snapper and Athenian slaw and then the ancient quinoa but of course if you do want to be a little healthier I mean you can definitely substitute the slaw for Greek salad that fish is so freaking flicky look at that pink sniper and they do have other options too so you can also do like sea bass or salmon as well let's try this Athenian slaw wow that thing is really fresh too no KFC is close all over here and then you have a perfect little football sized quinoa right here oh that's very flavorful too a little buttery a little lemonade I love how you can come here to the century get this plate and not feel like guilty at the end of your meal yeah I spent three weeks in Greece let's try out the pink Snapper that's smooth I'll probably eat this whole pink Snapper if we didn't eat like eight million other dishes does somebody say a hot sandwich okay y'all it's Fried Chicken time this is now Cowbird which is a sole infused fried chicken joint you could do a chicken tender play you could do a Nashville hot chicken sandwich like look at this oh I love it look at that keep it in its diapers I'm probably gonna make a mess so we got the fried chicken right in there along with some pickles some bird sauce creamy coleslaw all wrapped up in some buns you got like a lot at once because you have like all these different spices you taste all these different herbs and then like the heat creeps up on you oh it's so hot but it's so good at the same time I'm loving that closer and those pickles in here is so good okay I have a little surprise for Education next open your eyes cilantro and rice oh this looks amazing try it out dude we definitely got to get some of this egg yolk in here it's not right if you don't mix it up the pork fat mixed with the egg yolk oh and there's a little spice to it too they definitely do know what they're doing here with all these different International Cuisines so this is petit PESA which is modern Filipino food which Petit Besa well to me means small dollar it's kind of like a citrus soup kind of like lemonade or something I don't know [Music] this is like a whole baby right here whoa this is heavy so now we have the happy Hoagie so of course they do have a variety of different sandwiches let's get the napkin because I'm about to make a bigger mess right now oh this is still really hot so this is our roasty toasty beef so it's gonna have the cheddar horseradish cream crispy jalapenos an onion roll and lots of beef inside not any of the ingredients I mean again you guys saw how much beef they had so much cheese and I mean the crispiness of the onions in there and really make it it's a mighty fine Hoagie right there I'm a happy Hoagie now all right guys now we have to go to the other side of sundry to try the rest of our food more good stuff so now we are over at the actual restaurant so it's a little bit different because over there in the main area you kind of just order from that one QR code here you actually have to sit here at this restaurant and you will only get food from this restaurant as well of course Watkins or reservations are accepted they do have two restaurants this first one we're gonna try is mizanara which is a Japanese restaurant do you have regular tables here and they also have a sushi bar that you can sit at as well our first plate here at mizunara is their karage Fried Chicken so it's made along with half made Teriyaki tashimi spice and matcha salt yeah so they have all of these little powders right here and that salsa is really spicy I've actually tried that before you're talking to Mr spice here this is one of their most popular items here at this restaurant a little bit I love myself some of that farage is good adding these changes the flavor completely we had our next dish here which is the chilled Ramen we had vacation do the honors hearing he mixed it all for us it almost reminds me of like those Ginger salads that you get I don't know it kind of has like a little bit of a taste of that when they first said cold Ramen I was like huh How's that gonna work out but no I'm really glad I got to try this I was skeptical at first but I'm a fan for sure we have so many handle seat right here so this is their Godzilla and I agree like look how much food we're getting let's just go for a j that is tasty I like this you know I love me some sauerkraut it's like really creamy from the avocado too yeah these fish bowls are they're kind of sweet actually absolutely so good this one looks really meaty that is so good such a fan of the ceviche give me just that fish meat by itself I don't want anything else I know you can share this but I think I would get this for myself and you get really a high quality fish even down to like the little fish balls high quality too and then we're gonna go ahead and end our Japanese experience here with some sake so they gave us three different ones right here and they all have like their own little cargo explanation of where they're from their ABV points so they all look so good this is top of the line socking right here they even have a sake sommelier here at this restaurant oh this was my favorite for sure that one's really good I gotta down these really quick and then we're literally just gonna hop over these plants to be an extra shot oh Jay we gotta eat these quick the hotter the better so we're now here at the Mexican restaurant called Bia Taqueria I know what you guys are thinking and no it's not that BS stands for broken Spanish so the chef for this restaurant is actually the same Chef for Viva the one that's over at Resorts World so you know it's gonna be amazing food wow does it come back in the fish villages in like Tijuana it's a very light Taco too wow oh the tortilla swordfish that's like my favorite fish right now and then time for taco number two we got carne asada oh beans cilantro I love Jalapenos in there yeah that's some spice too oh all day he's been brave yeah the rice is when it hits you oh yum it's made out of Mezcal cucumber pineapple and lime fire oh that's Fuego not fire Jake get your third stomach out we need it I don't think my body can take this anymore you have to inspiria this look how much better they give us right here and then we have corn tortillas right here we even got refried lentils here like that's different so this is actually lamb neck and it's submerged and some beautiful consummate right there got some salsa right there and extra limes I would say this is more kind of like family style you could definitely share this among a few people oh shoot look at that I want to just try the meat myself oh it's a good lamb right there and you know what's crazy about these tacos so these are blue corn tortillas but check it out like a little bit of lime touched it and it turned purple that's some softness right there and then in true sundry fashion just like we had sake over at musunara we are now having a flight here at vs Taqueria so they do specialize in both tequila and mezcals they do have a wide array of different flights the one that we got today is the ancestral so we're gonna have a tequila and two mezcals and that's kind of cool like in this sheet right here on the back like depending on which one you have it's going to tell you like the whole history of where it came from everything like that so you're getting educated at the same time so the blue Weber Agave coming from Jalisco and then Jay is going to have a Mezcal from the tobala plant coming from Oaxaca Oaxaca Mexico oh hi yeah that was like sweet and spicy at the same time I'm gonna try yours oh surprisingly I like this mascara better than the tequila and then this last mascara here is going to come from the papalometer plant and this is also from Oaxaca that's a Mexican word right there yo great masculine together program here so last but not least these are my favorite churros in the whole world I dare say that they are better than Disneyland Charles these churros are so amazing they're so fluffy and it comes with an amazing chocolate sauce I'm so glad we are ending the day like this that is light it like disintegrates in your mouth isn't this like the fluffiest churro they should just name it disintegrating churros it's like a cinnamon sugary happiness the chocolate itself at least here it tastes a little bit different than the one in Viva it almost tastes like champurrado or something never get enough of these churros when you do come over to BS Taqueria make sure you get the churros every time so we went ahead and tried so many dang dishes right here I mean they had so many over in the main area plus we had two different restaurants they also do have like a ice cream place and then a donut spot but guys we I don't think we can anymore I'm glad this was our dessert right here and then they're still opening up a soul
