[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] also gonna cook up some food tonight we brought over some steaks Vivian is in the process of preparing we have a nice big t-bone and the beautiful ribeye [Applause] [Music] we need to get the lantern set up so while we do for the quick clip says he just basically pulled your green tab off there's a little metal ring on the inside and you just put it around the little beveled edge like so that's it simple as that and that's it put the glass back on [Music] we have some potatoes onion and spices mixing with some butter gonna get that started I don't think the meats gonna take very long maybe eight to ten minutes at the most although it is getting pretty cold out here now the temperatures are dropping now that the sun's gone down it's about minus 28 calls for minus 32 or 33 tonight so hopefully we can get this food cooked beforehand there we go that smells so so good oh my god I hate to say it that actually smells better than a steaks I think with the butter and onions right have been sitting for a few minutes here see how this looks there's nothing better than a taste of meat that's cooked over wood defeats charcoal beats propane man oh man so the only thing missing from this wonderful dinner here would be a glass of red wine to Pierre with the meat the red meat the red wine the red meat how's your food tasting over there right definitely like I mentioned earlier that's the best thing about cooking over over wood is that smoke flavor it definitely beats charcoal and propane for sure so uh oh look at this err where did you come from so guys that's the end of the video we're gonna pour ourselves a glass of wine and finished enjoying our meal put some more wood in that wood stove the temperatures are actually down to minus 31 now so mr. weatherman was wrong again so we're gonna enjoy a little bit of this heat before we head back home in a couple of hours and just want to enjoy some time out here so I do appreciate you guys coming back checking out our videos if you haven't subscribed to make sure you do hit that subscribe button and also click that Bell notification as well sometimes subscriptions can go unnoticed in your feed so when we do upload a video you'll get an instant notification of that and now if you do like the video make sure you click that thumbs up and if you don't like the video make sure you click that thumbs down so we know other than that guys I do appreciate everybody coming by I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend we'll catch you guys in the next one peace
