hi everybody there is lots of news this morning or some important news i'm going to let everybody come in i didn't give really any warning i was going to do it in 10 minutes but i thought meh we'll get you guys all in here so we'll wait a minute while people were coming in and i get this set up for you let me just pull it up and for those who are just joining welcome to it's a crime i'm linda as you may or may not know and there's some big news this morning about chad dabell so let me just pop this up get you guys set up and then we can have a little chit chat i don't know if many people are gonna get the notifications right away because i just hopped on so big big news chad dabell his property is being searched as we speak it started off at 7 00 a.m this morning and i just saw nate eaton on east idaho news and he was doing a little search or i guess a little fly over with a helicopter and he was he was giving play-by-play of what's going on so let's just hop on wait one more second here i know this is really impromptu and it might be a little confusing because i had put it for 10 in 10 minutes uh oh and we're unlisted so that's probably why hang on i am going to put it to public one second guys i made a mistake hello everybody i'm repeating this as i did this uh unlisted for the first few first two minutes so we'll wait till everybody comes in and this should work now um we have some big news coming and i just want to make sure that this is now public so we'll give them people a few seconds to hop in i was doing it unlisted i couldn't figure out what was going on and so i was going to do this in 10 minutes and i just decided forget it i'll just hop on right now and there's some big news about chad dabell his property is currently being searched so we'll just wait a couple minutes while everybody comes hopping in there we go hello everybody lots and lots of news i guess this morning i was actually just just starting to upload i shouldn't say upload just starting to film my video on melanie versus melanie and i just about did that and then found out that chad's property is being searched and i'm very happy about this in a lot of ways and i'm sure all of you guys because i think the biggest comment that people have been making is why the heck isn't chad in jail right that's the biggest comment i get on all of this so um thanks melido and so i did watch nate eaton of east idaho news because we love nate eaton and he did a little flyover on top of chad's property and they have shown now let me just grab my where did i pull it's over there one second you guys thanks bananas band okay hopefully you guys are not seeing my butt okay um you may have hopefully not okay um so there is a ton a ton of vehicles surrounding chad dabell's um house and there is uh sorry i'm a little a little bit mixed up here okay nate eaton was in a helicopter he flew over chad dabel's property okay looks like most people are actually outside of the house so on his property we did see three to four canopies uh on there and one tent okay so they're searching his yard and it looks like it's on the if you're facing his home it's on the east side of his home and so there's a tent there's canopies and nate eaton said there is a canine dog as well and so it's a sealed search warrant but nate said it is a rexburg case so they have fbi there they have rexburg there's a whole bunch of people now um i did do a little uh film i shouldn't say film my screenshot of basically some of uh the footage and so i will put also the link to nate underneath once we're done and yeah this just started for those of you who are just coming in i've only been live for a couple minutes the big news is chad dabel's property is currently being searched by fbi police officers there's like 20 different cars at his house actually let me just see if i can give you guys um the video let me see here and then you can watch it if you guys want yeah that's it so let me just do here okay so that's where we saw nate eaton i sent you guys a little link if you want to look so 7 a.m this morning they got a search warrant when they have a search warrant they're going to search his property so i thought geez they have already searched chad dabel's house back in january i believe and they brought 43 items out and now they're back so i'm wondering it's okay if you don't have facebook i will do another video and i'll bring you guys up to speed but i'm wondering if they have information from tammy dabel's autopsy i also wonder uh what led them there obviously um i wonder i mean it's a huge property um they have the house and then to the east is where they are searching and you can see um you can see like people walking all over the place so nate eaton flew over with the helicopter and hopefully uh we'll find out what's going on with nate we usually will right so he's awesome so so great that's okay if you don't have facebook i'm going to keep you guys updated absolutely i was going to be doing a melanie versus melanie i had it ready to film this morning and then this happened so i was like forget it i'm going online we're all going to celebrate right now because this is one step forward for the children so i wonder what's going on how they figured this out did they get a tip is somebody talking what is going on so um the there is a canine dog there they are going in the yard there's multi officers i mean multiple cars lined up so uh the recap is chad dabell there's a sealed search warrant they are currently searching the property 7 a.m they were at the house so we'll see what's going on yeah chad can't hide in his portal in the wardrobe anymore that's correct now nobody has nobody has been um detained or anything like that so far all i'm seeing is that they are on there so let's just see what else um and we know nate's gonna he's gonna keep us informed it's awesome that he's actually flying over top i mean it's just like that right so so i just gave a link earlier don't worry about the link if you you know i was just showing you if you can't get on it's not a big deal i will update you guys it basically is just showing the aerial footage with nate eaton in a helicopter showing um the property so it is it's it's quite impressive in the sense that there's so many cop cars so many authority authority vehicles there's tons of people on the property you can see them walking around and then they said there's a canine cop so um there's nobody being detained as of yet uh cora says thank you cora um wonder if the dog is a cadaver dog they just said it's a canine dog we don't know yet and so i know this is pretty early on but i thought you know what let's get on here you guys know how long this has been going on you know how many videos i put out we're just digging digging digging i thought oh my gosh i'm getting on so i will have a later update for sure as soon as i found uh find out and i'll put it together uh linda someone says chad's daughter's husband was on the live stream watching nate's video live interesting this is the same home yes that he lived in with tammy and he moved out for a while to um obviously with lori and going to hawaii and then there were reports that he actually was living back in that home so i won i do wonder if tami's um if tammy's results came in as well somebody is saying in the comments that an aunt said something who's aunt yeah where's the kids i love that you guys are putting the cupcakes out i was gonna say this morning um in my because i did a community post and i was gonna say wakey wakey eggs and bakey 7am so let's just keep looking and then you know i'll keep you guys up to speed on that but i really wanted to come on see what you guys are thinking you know see what's going on and um try to figure this all out i'm just going to pull this up here oh tammy's sister interesting why now a lot of people are are pulling from this and talking searching a search warrant are searching serving a search warrant at chad day bell's fremont county home fremont county sheriff deputies rexburg police officers and the fbi arrived at the house on the 200 block of 1900 east around 7 a.m the warrant from the rexburg police department is sealed so it is unknown what information officers are trying to obtain numerous roads around the home are closed and drivers are being rerouted the media is being asked to remain in a staging area nobody has been taken into custody and please tell east idahonews.com they will be on the scene for hours fbi spokeswoman sandra barker confirms the agency's evidence response team is assisting madison county with the execution of a search warrant this is the second major search performed on the day bell home law enforcement removed 43 items from the house during a multi-agency raid on january 3rd officers searched a shed and used metal detectors probes and rakes to go over several portions of the yard that was back in january third tammy j bell chad's first wife died suddenly at the salem home in october chad and his new wife lori valo dabel rb investigated by the idaho attorney's general office for uh conspiracy attempted murder and murder and connection to the death so um that's that so far so we will get an update for sure but i don't know um i don't know what they're we don't know yet i mean who knows what the clues are but they are going in a yard and from the looks of it you know there doesn't look like to be water on the property it just looks like i wish i could show you guys on this because it's my phone but it's okay i'm upgrading to show you guys screen screen sharing and that kind of thing maybe lori has spoken i don't think she would honestly i don't i don't know i mean maybe but something triggered the search for sure who's nate nate eaton of east idaho news he's been the reporter on this case for so so long chad dabel is his last name so yeah maybe something buried my it might just be something buried right who knows there they have the tarps ready to go i'm assuming in my opinion digging so hopefully yeah i wonder where chad is at the moment too well it was 7 a.m when they went to his house so maybe he was sleeping or maybe he was in his portal i don't know that's what that was my first thought is maybe tammy's uh what do you call it autopsy is complete so if anybody is just joining me because some people are needing the ketchup chad dabel had a warrant served on uh this morning at 7am they are searching his property right now and on footage from nate eaton of east idahonews.com he did footage from the air in a helicopter of chad's property you can see numerous numerous vehicles surrounding the block of where chad's property is and they are searching just to the east if you're looking at the home just to the east of it on that property and so they have blue tarps around and they also have a tent so last i knew chad was back living in that home but i don't know for sure if he's still there or not and i counted i think i was around 20 vehicles at least but perhaps there was more um don't know if the tam we don't know if the autopsy is back for tammy we don't know but i mean i'm just i'm just thinking this morning oh maybe that's what it was about because there's more you know but but it's all coming together right now so they did search before they searched on january 3rd they searched for um they did a search warrant in the home and they and outside too and they got 40 they removed 43 items and it said even officers searched a shed and used metal detectors probes and rakes to go over several portions of the yard so i don't know what else they got for information that made them go back there and it's a sealed search warrant as well so lori's next uh due in court in july i believe it's the eighth ish i think it is so let me see what else is going on here yeah that's seven o'clock in the morning wakey wakey eggs and bakey where are you in the portal come out chad i think this is a major major step uh obviously and it's a good thing because we've been waiting for so long it just seems like nothing nothing a rude awakening i guess pleasant for us and we love nate eaton um so let's i'm just gonna go back to to nate's little coverage and let's see here i mean there's a ton of cars there's so many vehicles police are handling the kids case not tammy dabel's case he said fbi said they were brought in to help rexburg police with case regarding the kids okay there's another okay hang on you guys are awesome i should every time i do research i just come online and then you guys can just help me gather all of it and save so much time takes hours and hours and hours okay crime online says uh they updated at 10 56 so 10 minutes oh that's eastern so um a while ago police in rexburg have not made any rests in connection into the search warrant served at chad day bell's home on tuesday morning sergeant gary hagan the assistant chief of the rexburg police department confirmed on tuesday that chad dabal and members of his family were at the home when rexburg police served the search warrant along with the fbi dabell and his family members have vacated the home while police searched the property but it is not known where they are at this time sergeant hagen declined to comment on whether dogs were involved in the search of the residents citing the sealed search warrant however nate eaton said there was a canine dog there it also says according to a statement released by the rexburg police department the fbi and the fremont county sheriff's department joined the local police in serving a search warrant at the home of lori valo's husband's sorry lori valo's husband chad dabell it is not known if dave bellerin ballerinas okay that was earlier so they were home and what's interesting this this is my other quirky side coming out because remember when they served a search warrant at lori's house back in november and chad like barely knew like but he actually acted like he barely knew lauria was wondering like oh you know serving a search warrant kids i don't know who who my kids are i don't know i don't even know if i live here so this is very interesting you guys are awesome and you're using the emojis where are the kids oh yes ash says um the creepy part is he said he didn't have kids well no he what he he said is he they had no minor children like lori had no minor children and he told his family members that laurie was an empty nester there's all kinds of stuff that he said it's all kinds of stuff that laurie said nobody is in custody nobody has been um it's just there's a search warrant on the property they are now searching chad dabel's property nobody has taken into custody yet um that we see or that has been reported yet rose says is mr linda in the house he's in the house but not this right not not not this house of us um let's go back to nate eaton so we'll see what's going on there looks like to be oh maybe i'll do an actual official little video after this as well so that i can give you parts of you know of of the view not that you can't see what's going on is there basically authorities are searching chad's property and there is quite a few people surrounding their looking so um it's quite large too i wonder i hope they get like close up wouldn't think that they would go there either if it was the kids i i you know but i mean who knows what they're searching for right could be could be something small it could be you know like an inanimate uh inanimate object if anything at least maybe they find something that could lead us to the children the tarp color is blue blue tarps there was a live feed earlier this morning when nate eaton was up in the air i did give you the um link to east idaho news well with the tarps it's not necessarily a bad sign it could mean that um you know they're just they're just doing some digging and putting the dirt there right i mean we don't know welcome shelby nobody has been taken into custody it was reported that chad was home at the time yeah it does look like a large pit at the very back of the yard it actually looks like there's a tree there and then it dips in so i'm not too sure what that's all about yet lori had does have court in july i think it's the eighth and ninth let me just look i was just about to film this morning um doing a melanie versus melanie video and then all this happened so now you guys are gonna have to wait for this video to come out either today tonight or tomorrow but at least something's going on you know i will definitely follow up as soon as i get more information i will definitely follow up for you guys we don't know what caused the search all we know is that there's a search warrant um and they were there at 7am bright and early yeah i just wanted to come on this morning because i saw the news and thought you know what instead melanie gibbs said well laurie and chad didn't think it was going to be a big deal uh that nobody would look at them because they were so focused on utah and the description and that's what made me think well maybe these kids are in you some reason why all the talk about utah and there was also a comment about um chad telling tammy's family that he's not gonna come to utah uh to visit so there's some weird things about that janice says maybe they have found a tunnel for leticia in the garden oh yeah eguardo ali tv says i saw on reddit just now a neighbor said they had a bonfire two days ago there was a yes uh suki one two three says wasn't there an earthquake in utah recently there was in march they thought it was going to happen in end of end of 2019 yes melanie says the earthquake said this a couple times i don't think laura would be too happy about that and now he's served this search warrant this morning but the beautiful thing is oh amanda says did tammy die 2019 yes she died in october of 2019. they exhumed her body in december 2019 and we've been waiting on her autopsy report janette asks linda do you think lori is talking i don't i don't know i don't i don't think search warrant at his home idaho police agencies and the fbi on scene chad dabel has been taken into police custody after numerous police officers served a search warrant at his fremont county idaho home east idaho news reports daebel's car was stopped about a mile from his home and police took him into custody according to news release from the rexburg police department its officers with the assistance of the fbi and the frema fremont county sheriff's office served the search warrant around 7am tuesday morning fbi public affairs specialist for the salt lake office sandra barker has confirmed that the fbi is assisting with the search warrant she told core tv that there are about 20 fbi personnel on scene helping including agents and support staff members of the fbi's evidence response team are at the scene barker could not give any details on exactly what prompted the search or what specific activities the fbi personnel are doing at the scene the home is located that tells where it's located and is connected in the case of missing children joshua j.j valo and tyler ryan the warrant is sealed meaning that the information is only available to law enforcement officers working on this case numerous roads around the home are closed and drivers are being rerouted nobody has been taken into custody okay this is before now right um uh what else to say that was before that occurred today um in regards to our missing children's case of tyler ryan and joshua balo this morning we served a uh the rexborough police department in the fremont county sheriff's office and the fbi served a search warrant in the 200 block of 1900 east here in fremont county also known as chad dabel's residence throughout the investigation detectives and investigators have recovered what's believed to be human remains that have not been identified at this time we are not going to answer any questions at this time in regards to any of the further the investigation until we have more more details but we're wanting to get this out to let everybody know uh before there's speculation rumor that starts flying so um again we're not going to take any questions at this time that we'll save that for a later press conference when we have more details um but again we just want to reemphasize how much uh appreciation we have for you guys for coming out here and for covering this and and for uh the families and friends of everybody involved so we appreciate it thank you can you just repeat what you said about human remains okay they're going to reap about human remains okay uh so during the investigation uh the uh investigators and detectives have recovered what's believed to be human remains how many not identified at this time uh there is i do want to add that uh chad davil who resides at that residence has also been taken into custody uh for questioning uh in regards to that and again we'll we'll get further uh press release at a later time and take questions from assistant chief gary hagan said it was in reference to the missing children case for tyler ryan and joshua valo human remains were found and chad has been taken into custody but they're gonna i just feel for the families and i don't know the hell that they're going through right now because they don't know who the human remains are we don't know nobody knows now they're going to have to identify them and now these families are being in torture trying to find out like is it them right but i will keep going on some of these videos that i'm finding out more information so um we just keep going yeah apparent arrest you're right you're right it's so when when i start getting the news coming in you just get so oh what is what's going on flustered and so human remains has nate eaton
