THEY HAVE ISSUED AN IMMEDIATE EVACUATION FOR THE UPPER CANYON AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GET TO HIGHER GROUND.... BUT HIGHWAY 70 IS CLOSED AT SUDDERTH DRIVE DUE TO FAST FLOWING WATER ON THE ROAD.
