caught you could trip or worse kids shouldn't push shopping carts all by themselves and if you're rushing to get somewhere don't try and whiz past an automated door instead wait a little while until could have gotten really badly hurt we won't do it again Roy you guys I know skiing and sledding can be a lot of fun in the winter but you must remember don't go anywhere that looks too steep or isn't a designated trail stick to slopes that were designed for you Racing can be dangerous because you go too fast or don't pay attention ride together and always stay focused before doing winter sports make sure your body is stretched and ready for action always remember to wear a helmet knee pads and gloves for protection remember that safety is always the most important thing yeah everyone ready platform [Music] drive faster you're too slow we'll make the train and plenty of time oh you want to go to the beach what the train already left oh just a minute ago the next trains in 40 minutes ah perfect beach day hmm hey dear what you're still there yeah we missed the Train but we'll be on the next one hmm Peter you're over the safety line get back that's so dangerous oh hey mom how much longer till the train is here I'd say ten minutes hey mom what about now Peter didn't you just ask that well what about now or now Peter all right here we go Peter don't run on the platform don't worry mom [Music] that's why we don't run yeah is everything okay you seem like you're in a big hurry oh the train to the beach is on the other side all trains to brooms Beach are delayed due to a wrong way well that's all of it huh amber the rocks are all cleared out okay Poli then I'll go swing by the train station all right sounds good you can go now oh thanks is so naughty you do the brooms align these are back into service good luck you know the train is approaching the station we've waiting inside the safety line that was fine I had the best time at the beach you too we should go back huh yeah mommy used a bath oh okay then come with me Peter just watch our stuff yeah attention passengers the train to Bruges Beach is approaching it's here now it's earlier than we thought hey mom the train's coming come on Oh what should I do oh I'm gonna take care of the bags don't miss it please are now pulling into the station [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] are you okay that was a really close call Peter I'm sorry I thought I had to move the bags Peter you need to be extra careful on the train platform you should never run and play on the platform because it's so easy to fall on the tracks always stand behind the safety line while you wait for your train don't push or shove your way in front of other passengers or someone could fall into the gap board the train in an orderly fashion even if you're in a hurry if you drop an item on the tracks never try and retrieve it yourself ask a station employee for help instead you got it yeah Matt is a lot amber finally are we ready yes and we're on our way [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] first shows [Music] safety [Music] staying safe in the pool one two three four one two three four dad are we ever gonna swim Oh can't we just get in the pool not yet it's important to warm up first Prague's are great swimmers right [Music] [Music] do you not know how to swim look what do you care Peter it's no problem you can just learn stick with me kid and you'll be swimming in no time you think so first breathe in then you wanna hold him let it out nice and deep you try that's the way keep those legs straight that's it just keep kicking [Music] Johnny let's go over to the other side alright hold on let's not go to the deep end just yet hey as long as I have this I'll be good hmm time for my break everyone out of the pool now please well looks like it's time for a snack Wow let's go all you do is toss it like this getting plates right away and you're ready to assist a swimmer who needs help thanks amber it's a big help keep them here for when you need them sounds good oh oh are you okay use the restroom you guys keep playing [Laughter] [Music] why did you have to hit it so safety rules with you when playing in the water it's a good idea to use safety gear such as a vest or inner tube never swim in deep water by yourself try to warm up a bit before swimming to avoid cramps if you jump into cold water too quickly it can cause heart problems take your time getting used to the water and go in feet-first never run on the pool deck as it's often wet and slippery before diving can be sure that the coast is clear don't jump back in immediately after eating give yourself time to digest think you can do that sure and from now on I won't take my eyes off you right so much safer [Music]
