the holy spirit amen jesus christ my god i adore you and i thank you for all the graces you have given me this day i offer you my sleep and all the moments of this night and i implore you to keep me safe from sin to this end i place myself in your sacred side and under the mantle of our lady my mother let your holy angels surround me and keep me in peace and let your blessings be upon me amen friends let's take a moment and take some deep breaths begin to quieten down and relax as this day draws to an end [Music] become aware of the presence of god and rest in his love and in his peace we pray together maranatha come lord jesus come let us now acknowledge our failings today and submit ourselves to the mercy of god oh my god i am sorry for having offended thee and i detest all of my sins because of thy just punishments but most of all because they offend me my god who are all good and deserving of all my love i firmly resolve with the help of thy grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin amen [Music] the magnificat my soul proclaims the greatness of the lord my spirit rejoices in god my savior for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant from this day all generations will call me blessed the almighty has done great things for me unholy is his name he has mercy on those who fear him in every generation he has shown the strength of his arm he has scattered the proud in their conceit he has cast down the mighty from their thrones and has lifted up the lowly he has filled the hungry with good things and the richie is sent away empty he has come to the help of his servant israel for he has remembered his promise of mercy the promise made to our fathers to abraham and his children forever glory to the father and the son and to the holy spirit the advocate of sinners and the secure heaven of those who are sailing on the sea of this life you are the constellation of the world the ransom of captives the joy of the sick the comforts of the afflicted the refuge o great mother of god cover us with the wings of your mercy and pitious we are given to you and consecrated to your service our immaculate virgin we are under your protection amen everlasting father thank you that i'm never alone your presence calms the troubled seas of my life and speaks peace to my soul remove the stress that i am carrying from my day and help me to rest peacefully in the security of your hand bless me with restful sleep may you the god of all grace who has called me into eternal glory by jesus christ make me holy strong and filled with peace to you month the pope's intentions for march is for a christian response to bioethical challenges oh jesus through the immaculate hearts of mary i offer you my prayers works joys and sufferings of this day in union with the holy sacrifice of the mass throughout the world i offer them for all the intentions of your sacred heart the salvation of souls reparation for sin and the reunion of all christians i offer them for the intentions of our bishops and all the apostles of prayer and in particular for those recommended by our holy father this month heavenly father with our pope and the entire church we pray for christians facing new bioethical challenges may they continue to defend the dignity of all human life with prayer and action we pray for a christian response to the bioethical challenges of our day may the holy spirit guide all of us especially the medical professionals towards ethical decisions that respect the dignity of the human person amen in this evening prayer let us entrust ourselves to the loving intercession of our blessed mother mary and take refuge in her mantle as we pray a decade of the rosary dear friends we continue to pray for the pope's intentions for the month
