you're doing your inner work and when you're setting the intention to clear these ancestral patterns really focus on the highest light vibration and frequency and feeling that you can possibly feel for a day half a day 10 minutes you know however you go about clearing it it's going to be differential to each individual soul thumbprint blueprint and then like stopping when your intuition tells you i think that's why i got the message about scrolling through all my readings considered timeless because every lifetime is timeless and you have the ability to go in and trust your intuition on when to stop clearing those energies and when to continue doing so and how far back to go wow okay so yeah so kind of scroll through your own bloodlines and see where you get hung up where are their may feel like an energy vortex on the earth like around these etheric lands that have not been discovered or you might not at all because the densities are different the frequencies are different and it depends on the individual but it's letting you know that whatever ruin that you're drawn to or whatever area on the world that you're drawn to there's a reason why it's probably a portal it's probably a sacred vortex it's probably a place that needs clearing just like your ancestry lines so when you're clearing ancestral lines not only are you oh this is a huge message not only are you clearing ancestral lines you're also clearing the ley lines in the earth those areas that your ancestors resided on the earth during that time it's like going back in time to heal what needed to be
