this is Kam the really really famous and traditional Hong Kong Restaurant kind of for this generation I think okay I think there is so there is Thai tea Thai pancake and also some uh like like this like this it's not the the usual one you see they pack in like a fish ball roll oh it looks so pretty o wow yes and I think they all look exactly like in the photos because usually when you order something it looks pretty the photo and then it looks normal when you eat it but everything is so pretty every time I go to bed H than call and I will have this every day every single day after dinner yeah okay then I have to try it I guess you can have a try oh it's so fluffy m is it good yes oh I my try here this a cramling mhm M oh my God no wonder I could have it every day as well so good I never tried this faor W okay it's good to tell me because I was expecting it to be sweet yeah I told you this is not sweet okay you have a try I'm curious what is taste like it's actually very surprising I think it's a little bit sweet it's sweet on the outside and yeah and in sa on the inside it's really interesting yes the flavors are so well balanced I'll take this one from you yeah M it t the sandwich in Hong Kong for it's really special I us should try this I should definitely try this one yeah it's really worth trying oh the menu looks good everything looks so pretty you saw you by Turtle no way turtle shell no way yeah no way it's cook with the shell cook like uh some soap and then make in a jelly way I'm totally in shock right now this is the first time in my life that I'm eating a turtle turtle and I had a pet turtle and I'm eating a turtle right now weird no just thinking it's a turtle it's weird but the taste is pretty good yeah The Taste is not really real taste or it's not really sweet it's just the texture yeah but it's pretty good it's just T taste like jelly yeah like a jelly yeah like jelly yeah jelly it tast much more better with the sugar okay I think it tastes better with sugar [Music] sugar m no it's really good sugar I think it's really refreshing Chinese medicine but it's really good surprisingly good uh the function is similar with the uh long young I can't imagine so how someone could come up with an idea of making turtle shell into a jelly the wisdom of Chinese so Chinese can think everything to make it into with some medical use like G Thai dessert oh a Thai dessert a Thai salad but oh I like this one this one is tastes really good do you have tried you tried this one before I think I haven't let's go for [Music] it oh that's good memories really this one the cold noodles and you can choose all the toppings you want and also re cheap you know the step one noodles and step two side dish and you can choose the sauce at the end okay you can you have choose one so first of all you use the basket basket and you pick anything you want what what do you want you can chose for me okay you should have one noodles this noodles a little bit like the Taiwanese L way but you also choose things to the bathroom and then prepar for you yes they they will just come buy everything in one one bag so convenient you so we add some garlic soy sauce and also a spicy sauce and mix mix mix wowy you guys it you guys it just directly in the bag yeah and so you just hold in the bag and have sh like chopck something [Music] yeah you white chopstick so good right this good I think noodles come with the sauce it's really really good it's really amazing it's a little bit like sesame sauce maybe in it right oh and all the flavors mixed together so good m you have amazing CH with memories and amazing flavors everything in Hong Kong is really good yes that's TR that's a really traditional wowow more sauce I told told oh just a try which one do I start with anything you want he it's not big differ oh my [Music] God it's so delicious yeah I love Sil my M it's good okay it's and this one very special very good I I love that this one more I don't like the one in Za the texture is completely different I I'm really surpressed but it's actually called the same name it could be two different things oh yeah but different style yes this is street food style that is in some style also the price is different six four oh$ five wow you can get five wow but but you in dal you can have St say Su at least for two only ooh that's a h but they will put something like truffle or really back stream or B mhm on top some fancy stuff C really fancy stuff yeah I love the street foot one yeah that's still good for me hello hello want some fish it's not really easy to find something like this m in the city so thank you Jessica for bringing me to try so much amazing Hong Kong street food I enjoyed today so much I love all the food I
