hello guys welcome to how to fix back in this video guys we're going to fix this issue some how your window is failing and you are not able to update your windows to the latest so this is the error code we will talk about in this video 643 so first of all we need to make sure that the window update service is running so you need to make sure that it is running and it is running properly on your window windows so in order to check that just right click and go to search bar typ the services run it as administrator and once you run at a administrator we need to look for Windows update sometime you disable the Windows update that's why you are getting this issue so you can see Windows update okay we need to just double click on it it and change it to automatic and if it is stopped like this just start it now click on apply and click on okay and the other thing you need to look for Windows collector logs Windows Event collector just double click on it and also set it to automatic start it click on apply click on okay and Windows Event log also we need to double click on it as well and start it also apply and okay okay so three services we have restarted now just go to check for update option here and see if it fix the issue here so you should be getting this option check for update okay so you can also restart your system from here if it is not working we have the troubl shooter inbuilt feature okay go to additional troubleshooter and look for Windows update this will automatically detect any kind of issues if you have some issues after the restarting these three services here and still your issue is not fixed just run it it will automatically detect your issue and try to fix your issue from this Windows update tool so this is a simple fix to fix the issue in the third method we are moving into the advanced method okay so okay let it run first okay it does not have any issue since I don't have any issue in my windows so in the third method we will stop these four Services here okay and rename this folder so that it will regenerate all the files and fold folders and fresh folders of the Windows update and files will be created here so we need to open the CMD or run it as administrator click on yes button when the pr opens okay and First Command you need to Tye at this just copy one by one okay hit all command one by one here like this control V let me paste it just copy this and just paste it here and hit enter now window update services start Ping the second command is this one hit enter now the third command you will get these command into my description box simply okay hit enter now the fourth command after stopping these three commands you will be able to rename these folders okay and hit enter now all four command all four uh Services have been stopped just copy and paste these two commands one by one okay this first of this super command this command and now after that start all services here uh let me copy it if we can run all okay but you need to make sure that you have rename the software distribution as well as a catro two folder to Old Dot so this will after that you need to restart your system guys and your issue will be fixed since this is very powerful method to fix the issue so hope this video useful for you guys and your issue has been resolved now if yes then hit like subscribe and share thank you thanks for watching how to fix Tech
