☀️🕶️ Long Beach Flea Market April 2024, Best Flea Market in So. California

hi everyone this is Maria and my husband Joey and I were back at the Long Beach flea market I was really looking forward to it we were running a little late this morning so Joey what time is it around 8:00 about 8 yeah about 8:00 and then he has a model show to go to after this but anyways Joey did you see these shoes oh wow must weigh about 20 lb what were those used for I don't know diving or something I don't know it's heavy I have this one but I mean I spotted her little girl scout hat but he only wants like $3 I'm thinking maybe I should take it anyways even though I already have one and so maybe my little doll needs a friend right and Girl Scouts I am looking for the brownie doll you guys and so I hope I find that but I think I will take this it's one of my favorite Barbie doll sellers one of my favorite doll Sellers and so I can usually find something you guys there's some Barbies right here the international Olympic skater what's it Chilean Barbie Chilean Barbie Hi how are you oh pretty well thank you I haven't seen you the last couple of times well yeah then uh yeah the weather was one factor yeah it was pretty cold yeah okay guys oh my gosh look at these okay and then there's some outfits so I'm going to go through these you guys a lot of stuff oh okay right and so yeah this one right here I think this is Cricut isn't it I I don't know I think try's sister I think it is you guys how much is she how much is this one this one um um 15 15 okay all right thank you okay you guys I'm going to go ahead and take a look looks like this one is try right try Mary makeup Mary makeup pepper pepper yeah not sure who this one is and this one is also merry makeup I have that one you guys oh this is a really nice Francy it looks like a malib Francy okay she looks really good you guys so see how much she is and then some of the little outfits I've been able to piece some outfits from uh buying from the seller which has been a lot of fun so I'm going to check these out you guys there's some more over here let's see what else she has she sells jewelry also here's a Tammy doll and a skipper let me turn this around so you can see Tammy oh she has a pretty face Tammy has a really pretty face and these are called kakosi dolls Koshi kesi k is she and so I was really curious about these and this seller was telling me that you know some girls years ago right they would get a plain doll like one of these plain ones and they would paint it themselves the way they wanted to and then at the base they would put their initials their names and then there are some like some of them here that were painted by artist right yeah so I think that's so interesting you guys just really interesting and so she's always here and I was just really curious to find out a little bit more and then what are these that you have these are different to kesi oh wow and these look really old M kesis and so how much are these um like this is $6 $5 $6 they're different prices they're really reasonable you guys five or $6 the larger ones range from what price 40 $40 and then down right 40 oh okay $40 to $5 and then it looks like you have some more in the bag there just this small oh just those little ones I really like these older ones how old do you think these are I see the paint is a little worn off so these are actually play toys right yes somebody played with these M so I would say from 70s 80s '70s or 80s I think that's really neat you guys like this is more new these are more okay this is a newer one you can see they're shiny and then I can see yeah where these are this is Style no these are old okay those are old M these right here you guys and then this one is new but these do have like a matte finish you guys so a child painted these I think that's so special Santa and there's Santa in his sleigh I see that on the box he's still in here you guys there he is there he is wow that's huge how much is your blow mold how much is he 100 100 you guys that's not bad at all you guys for a blow mold look at that it's huge we pointed out these dolls and I almost missed them I also like these little nuns Joey I love little nuns but I'm glad he mentioned it guys because I do collect these and so this one looks looks mechanical Joey I don't know if it works anymore but I do collect these I'll share my collection sometime look at this let's find out hope it's not like a lot of money you guys if it's good deal I'll take it how much is this one $5 five bucks you guys she's coming home with me okay Mara there's some more horses and there's some soldiers you guys the bag but look Joey spotted these oh my gosh okay a lot of it does not look like Barbie brand but let's see what kind of dolls are in here there's a Tammy no no pepper a pepper there's a can head and there's some odds and end pieces you guys so I'm going to go ahead and thumb through this also I wanted to mention the last Lady where I got that little doll she was so super nice you guys Joey look with the little camping set I have I needed another one so I'm going to take that oh my gosh Mrs Beasley well let's see what they want you guys and so here I'm grabbing stuff I don't even know what they're asking yet and then there's it looks like uh Barbie head okay you guys I'm going to take a look at these and here's a color magic Barbie right here and so I don't think you can flip this open let's see there she is look how beautiful very beautiful I mean I know that the original is super expensive so this would be nice to have in a collection too Ghostbusters no what are these it says monsters oh the universal monsters they're only $30 each you guys that's I think a pretty good deal I think I just think they're cool I love that one look at her face those are really fun so we're back at the popup books you guys at the booth that has all the children's books and so Joey and I collect popups and we didn't see this one last time it's Jack and the bean stock and so Joey you ready to go through it yep let's go ahead and oh there it is yeah it's really bright out here right now you guys look how cool oh my gosh right oh my gosh look at this chair how cute it is right this is really cute it says zombies eat brains you're safe I told Joey we should get that for him for work that's it and so he can put it right above his desk right that's it that's so funny I really like that that's cute a lot of vinyl at this flea market so a lot of LPS this is $3 LPS and so Joey and I noticed that that they're selling I mean people are really buying them Hi how are you good how's business today not bad not bad thank you for bringing all your friends out here today yeah you're welcome nice of you to do that yeah only they come over here and spend some money yeah that's right you can have a good deal here going yeah three LPS $3 $3 LPS Two LPS for $5 okay and so maybe because it's such a beautiful day people are out doing something else you think there's a big race going on apparently oh there is there's a big race going on today Joey they were thinking about having it going around here but I guess they changed their mind oh okay thank God yeah yeah that would have been a little noisy right yeah a little bit noisy yeah that's just the start of it okay well have a good one thank you bye yeah someone else said that about Disneyland I had no idea I I got I got I got it on the stage oh okay so you guys this is um something from The Avengers movie right yeah it was it was it was thanos's okay Gauntlet his Gauntlet that's it and so I mean this you had to wait in a very long line did know that this you guys I think I'm being very reasonable about it too yeah $15 I think that is very reasonable I don't need it you guys and I'm thinking this is the one my sister waited in line for a long time well if if if she changes her mine wants another one I you can come back it'll she never got one she never got one it's got a loop handle and has a loop handle so I'm pretty sure it's the one you guys and it's really like cushiony like a glove it would have to be because if people were wearing them I remember them wearing them you know so but anyways it's really cool just wanted to share that with you guys thanks a lot you most welcome I like your hat that looks cool it looks very futuristic thanks okay it's more steampunk I think yeah yeah steampunk that's the word I'm looking for yeah okay thank you that was fun you guys Joey every time I see this guy here at the flea market he looks more tired and tired carrying all those books poor guy right it's his age his age you know I think he needs a Starbucks oh my gosh look at this you guys it's a boo the clown gumball machine for $35 that is really cute can we spotted a troll play set by Marx I've never seen one by Marx before is it here oh troll Village let's see let's take a look you guys says miniature plays set let's see open this very carefully cool Chas you okay it's a little place set what would you call this plastic Joey it's that really thin plastic like for a model right I know this one's a little bit thicker that's cute yeah that's really cute and so there's um something in here like instructions or something I don't know if it's all there there's teeny tiny trolls in here you guys teeny tiny trolls and so I do collect trolls and so I don't have a huge collection but I have a collection that makes me happy and so looks like someone cut their hair off Joey cute you guys look at this thank you I like this we collect tin houses also this is really cute Joey that looks like the trolls could live in in there right and there's another one exactly like it almost and this is probably maybe by Marx I don't know but anyways I like that one I like that one you guys it's a little scratched up but yeah you but this is interesting hand painted by artist and so troll it comes it says featuring troll figures troll animals cave Stone House trees accessories and that's what it's supposed to have right there so interesting I'm going to find out just for Grins and Giggles you guys how much this is and so excuse me how much is your troll Village I'm sorry your troll Village 150 thank you very much thank you it's 150 Joey Joey it's 150 look at his face okay all right he's looking at the different mod and so I'm going to go up ahead okay Joey you take your time all right there's a creepy crawler set that we used to play with our neighbors got that in the 60s and we had so much fun I had the creep of people you guys and my brother had one that you could make little army men and so there's some fun things here there's also a Tammy suitcase it has a Tammy doll with some offs that don't belong to Tammy and they're asking $48 and I think that's a fair price and I already have a Tammy case you guys and I have several tamies and so I think I'm going to pass on that today but anyways lots of fun things to see we are in the last rows of this flea market and I may have mentioned it already you guys but I am ready for a Starbucks it's supposed to be 87° today here in Long Beach which is awesome you know you get here early on a summer day and you know when it opens at 7: a.m. unless you want to come in with the early birds at 6:00 a.m. Joey and I prefer to come in at 7:00 a.m. because many times uh the settlers are not all set up by them and so let's get through here you guys and let's see what else I can find make a quick stop here cuz this is just way too cute you guys and so you can see the little kid here celebrating and he's going to break the Pata how much is that 98 98 it's so cute yeah that looks like so much going to show you the Barbie Booth is here again it's actually a permanent booth and so many neat things you guys and so lots of fun and you can learn things here too because last time I didn't know anything about some dolls but hey you guys I am looking for a second one of these dolls right here and oh my gosh so cute I love the big eyes okay let me find out they call Susie Sad Eyes by the way so we're going to meet up with our daughter-in-law for lunch and so she's in town and so she collects the succulents and so oh my gosh she loves this little character Groot and so which one should we get her Joey I kind of like the one that's chilling the one that's laying down oh my gosh they're so cute there's so many to choose from but she does love Groot and so let's go ahead and get her one of those oh there's some bruts I kind of like those Joey they're 25 should we get one of those oh look at the ones sitting on the bench those are so cute the park bench right back there you guys we're coming to the end of the flea market and we came across this this is by Hasbro Tutti Frutti friends Mr Potato Head and his friends you guys except these are not Mr Potato Head these are his friends right and so this is $80 and Joey and I are we going to take it you guys and we've seen this uh seller before at the GL not the Glendale it's at Glendale right yeah so but you know you just never know when you're going to see them again or if it's going to sell PE pepper Oscar the orange Katie the carrot and somebody the cucumber is it cookie cucumber cookie yeah I remember him and there's the instructions there's a booklet you guys and it has most of the pieces and this is the one I really wanted you guys oh my gosh even it has the original coupon where you send away for just a box of Parts okay and see there's a picture of with the actual potato but I used to send for this I used to get this little it this tiny little box that would come about this big uhhuh and it was just Parts wow for 50 cents isn't that great I wish I still had it that's awesome okay you guys so we're going to take this okay thank you so much for sharing this Joey was in the model show he just got back Joey do you want to say hi to everybody hi everybody how was the model show it was good it was good it was just really small really small did you see anything you really liked nothing jumped out at me okay and so I wish he had spent some money in there you guys because it would make me feel less guilty right Joey we stopped at Starbucks we skipped the last row of the flea market because we needed to get over here to the hotel in Buena Park where they were having the um I was going to say the doll show because the same place where they have the Barbie doll show but the model show and then we're going to meet our daughter-in-law real quick here and so but anyways Joey Got Back sooner than I thought and so but anyways I wanted to share with you what we got at the flea market or I should say what I got at the flea market and Joey helped me and so he encourages me you guys and he's always on the lookout for the things that I'm looking for and so there is the little Barbie coat with a hat that I paid $15 for I thought that was a really good deal it's in really good shape the same seller I went back and I got this doll right here this is um I believe it is oh my gosh it's the sister to one of the other dolls I can't think right now I think tresy and so but anyways I'll have that information in another video but her name is I believe it's cricket and I do want her she has the bendable legs and so she does need some work with her hair so she gave her to me for $5 she was asking 15 and then she goes 10 and I go well and she goes how about five and I go okay five I thought was really super fair and then I got these that I showed at the beginning of the video these little kesis I think that's how you say it it's so sweet and so these were like she said probably belonged to children and they did the art on them I also got this right here oh my gosh I'm so glad Joey pointed out this seller's booth and so this was at the back table I do have some other items with this little doll head this vinyl doll head from the 1960s and so I will do a video on these you guys because it's amazing you know the things that they use this little ponytail doll head vinyl head on and so this is a mechanical toy but I just tried it doesn't work you can see the skirt is really faded you can see how dark blue it is so I'm thinking I may redo the skirt we'll see and so but I got it for I believe $5 and then she let me have this one just for a couple of dollars and it's so cute look at this it's definitely vintage it needs to be cleaned up and so I really really like that you guys and she was really super fair and then I also got this little troll Roll by Unita there's the markings on the bottom it definitely needs to be cleaned up the hair has seen better days you guys but I do like the size of it I'm just going to add it to my troll collection and so I also found this at another booth and I really needed this one you guys I have one at home and then I got this little doll right here Mrs Beasley she's missing her glasses and she goes with a little a little doll like a Tutti size doll and so but that would go with um Buffy and so Buffy was the character in the show called Family Affair really popular show in the' 60s a familyfriendly show and then I got this little skirt from the same man and this is Barbie and it's got the little pocket needs to be washed and so I think he sold all of that to me I want to say $10 I don't know if he said 15 I think maybe it was 15 you guys and then here is the Girl Scout doll and like I mentioned I already have another girl scout doll I'm actually looking for the Little Brownie doll the brownie Scout and so this is from the 1960s made by f&b doll company she's got her shoes little brown shoes green socks her little uniform looks really cute the belt and so I should do a video on these little dolls cuz they are so cute $3 I'm going to keep the best looking one you guys she has really nice face paint and then here is the little Groot that we got for our daughter-in-law and so she loves Groot and she's here visiting right now in Southern California we're going to meet her for lunch in a few minutes and then we got got the Jack and the bean stock book the popup oh my gosh you guys it's so awesome love this you guys let me go ahead and pull this tab again and then you can see the giant we just love popup books and again we will make a video one day of all of our popup books you guys we have quite a collection we've been collecting since the 1990s and then I also got this Mr Potato Heads Tutti Frutti Friends by Hasbro and so I'm really excited about this if may not have all of the pieces but doesn't really matter you guys I love it and so this is it you guys this is what we got today at the Long Beach flea market did we get anything else Joey that I'm leaving out Noe that's it okay boy money sure goes by fast doesn't it especially when Mama spins it especially when Mama spins it yeah I'm good at that you guys and so but anyways what's your favorite thing that we got today Joey um I like the I I always I always like the pop br the popup books yeah that's so much fun that we collect those together right oh yeah so much fun did you see anything really cool at the model show H nothing really jumped out at me at all so and I think and I think and I like the Tutti fruti and Friends whatever yeah I like this they used to sell these like you would get one of these one of these and with the Mr Potato Head right and so this was a special gift set and so it was really worth $80 you guys like the man said said we'd probably never see it again or be very rare to and in this condition it has the paperwork pretty exciting you guys and so okay that's it Joey do you want to say bye to everybody say bye to everybody okay let's go meet Brena okay okay bye you guys have a great day and hope you find some really it up and it's going to look really spiffy spiffy spiffy so that's it you guys and so Joey's picking that up what are you doing honey oh just just looking at it that's a real plant thing know is it real oh yeah I thought it was fake no it's a are you sure oh my gosh you guys I thought that was a fake plant it looks fake yeah it's a succulent I mean I thought it was real when we bought it but
