is you want to do with me somebody in the house will say glory and hallelujah blessed be the name of the lord on this wednesday night as we open up this evening i go to the book of romans chapter 10 [Music] beginning at verse 9 that if you confess with your mouth the lord jesus and believe in your heart that god has raised them from the dead you will be saved for with your heart one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confess is made unto salvation for the the scripture says whoever believes on him who on him will not be put to shame for there is no distinction between jew or greek for the same lord over all is rich to all who call upon him for whoever calls on the name of the lord mighty god we call upon mighty god we call upon your name lord god almighty god we believe god out of faith god today god no mighty god or beyond god doubt god be on our carnal belief god on the way god that we was raised from a youngin god to now god but it is faith god almighty god that i call upon your god it is knowing god that if i call upon you lord god you would come god if i would draw nigh god your word tells me god if i was to abide into you god and you and me god lordy god you would be with me god wherever i go god whatever i do god mighty god your name still has the power god to save god the power of god to deliver god the power lord god to come and sweep us out of god of our situation and trials god lord we ask you lord god today god that in your name god lord god we've come to preach god in this service god in your name god we gather god and we come god lord god in your name in that mighty name of jesus god lord we cast out demons god we've come god and we rebuke and bind god in that name god and the one name god given unto heaven and earth god which man should be saved god that one true name god a power god in true deliverance god we are all about your name god we are jesus lovers god we are god pounding god upon the body of jesus god we are in the body of christ lord god we've come near god believing knowing god and assurance god that everything is in your hands god lord god nothing happens god unless you allow it to happen god and when you allow it to happen god it takes his god to a higher place god it takes his god to a place of god that we can see above everything god it shelters us keep this god almighty god we are bold god and you god mighty god we praise god and we ask our god out of faith today come in your name today lord god have your way in this service god do whatever it is you want to do god almighty god because this service god is at some point i stood up to walk around praying and when i stood up and started walking across the aisle i felt two strong angels that's the only way i know to describe it why strong because i felt this enormous power i felt two angels one on my right side hey one on my left side and wherever i walked they walked y'all don't pick me heaven it agrees heaven agrees with our prayers heaven agrees with our prayers heaven agrees and the angels are walking with us to accomplish i said the angels are walking with us to accomplish [Music] tell somebody i got angels walking with me to get the job done [Music] hey you believe in sister marquez i believe it [Music] hey [Music] that's why some of y'all having dreams having visions spirit of god speaking to you you ain't crazy he's showing you both the good and the evil hollowable because we have intensified in prayer we are sensitive hey to the environment around us we are sensitive to what's going on in the world in the air don't you be dismayed don't you be discouraged even as he would show you the great things the wonderful things the beautiful things and you rejoice even as he show you them things as he show you the scary things the evil things and the terrible things rejoice i lost some of y'all right there rejoice still tell somebody say rejoice steal rejoice because you can hear him rejoice because he's revealing to you rejoice i hope we're going to take advantage hitler hallelujah of the prayer life that's been instituted in the midst of god's people would you let it fall don't you let it fall don't you let it fall right desires i want i want you god to take over my habits shut oh yes lord i belong to you i surrender to you i say to you that i not my will but thy will be done in every area of my life every facet of my life be in control jesus be be in control when i'm at home be in control when i'm at the job be in control when i'm in my car be in control when i'm at my neighbor's house when i'm at church yes lord have your way god have your way in this church god have your way in this ministry god heal about shatter yes lord saturate the atmosphere with your glory be in control of our services god hallelujah only allow what you would have god to happen in this place god be in control be in control when we teach be in control when we preach be in control of the altar god even when we would have cause everything to become subject unto you god even when we come in with our things that are hidden work on us god some things that we are resistant to give unto you work on us still god heal about teach tonight from this topic go and do likewise go and do likewise father we thank you now for the opportunity you've given us to gather together in this place in your name hallelujah that we might break bread together we ask god in the matchless name of jesus that you would open up our understanding to your word and that tonight god we will receive your word with joy and gladness and that your much going on amen brought in so much confusion that even those spiritual leaders are unsure amen of how to lead the people of god amen but i don't believe everybody is confused amen hallelujah i believe that there is a remnant of them that are still connected to god attached to god amen hallelujah that's talking with god and hear from god amen and we are sure of the direction that we are going amen because the steps of a good man what are ordered by the lord somebody shot my steps are ordered by the lord amen man doesn't order my steps and i show stop letting my own self order my steps a long time ago because i kept leading me into some crazy places amen so the steps of a righteous man amen a good man are ordered by the lord amen i want god to continually be in control of my be deep i may be very surface amen i may stay within this text amen and there's many other scriptures that would support amen what i would teach tonight amen you can take you can go home and do homework and dig more amen but what i want to talk to the body of christ about tonight is amen the the light that we are supposed to be in the world in the midst of mankind bible teaches that we are the sword of the earth and what good is salt if it's lost its savior amen no good but to be trampled under your feet amen i want to ask tonight what is our witness our witness has to be more than just the messages that we preach and put on youtube i will admit witness has to be more a man than just singing songs cutting a record and putting it out for everybody to take part in amen somebody our witness has to be exhibited on the daily basis we've got to show for a man the love of christ amen it is our responsibility the great commission amen have been placed on us to show watch this now to show the attributes of god but i'm afraid we're not showing people the attributes of god amen but what we are showing people is how you can try because you really can't but how you can try to get around god amen i like to say the government is slow but they always come around and get back what is theirs y'all gonna lose me right here but but i believe sometimes god is slow not because he's slow amen hallelujah but he's plentiful in mercy so he don't move quick because he's giving us time and space what to get it together thank god for the dispensation of grace that's what we need we need more grace amen somebody hallelujah but you can't take advantage of the grace god forbid amen what kind of and i want us to amen i'm not judging you i'm not rebuking you amen but i do want you a man to to to to evaluate your own self so even while i'm teaching tonight stop thinking about other folk did apply to amen and evaluate your own self and see where you are is your daily life and how you carry out a walk through life is it an example amen hallelujah of a witness of jesus christ you shall receive power after that the holy ghost what has come upon you to be what to be a witness we even have power from god but are we even being a witness with the power that god have given us are we a witness amen in our attitude are we a witness even in our conversation are we a witness in our actions when you're in the store when you're driving in your car when somebody handle you wrong overcharge you cut you off amen in your reaction and your response are you a witness somebody's shouting here are you a witness hey man you ain't getting no new car tonight you're not getting no new house in your boot not tonight let's work on us so we can be the right kind of light that god created us to be amen let me ask you this question are you causing people to run to god or are you causing people to run away from god i'll go deeper are we causing people to want to come to church are we causing people to say that's why i ain't going to your church come on saints we got to change who we are and we've got to change how we carry ourselves amen and yes there is the issue of holiness amen but i'm going to put holiness right here amen hallelujah because some of us are never get to the place of holiness until we just get to the place of common sense you know jesus you know i mean it's just common sense to be kind it's just common sense to be nice tell your neighbor say stop being ugly all right go and do likewise we see here in scripture amen if we go back in luke the 10th chapter then we go to the 25th verse i'm being practical tonight amen because we keep getting deep stuff but we can't even be practical and handle the shallow stuff i'ma say it a different way amen minister amen mitchell we are drowning in the shallow and think we can handle the deep things of god but we're drowning in the shallow because some of you came to church tonight and you still ain't getting along with the same people that's in here right now let me pastor get off of me amen somebody you mean to tell me after a move of god like sunday night and sunday morning and and prayer and all these move of gods and experience of god you mean to tell me after i didn't see you spit slop and cry all over our carpet you still ain't delivered you still got an alt with your brother you're still y'all y'all y'all don't wanna i'm in the right place by your responses password it's just hard why is it hard please explain to me amen why you can't okay i'm gonna get back to these scriptures because i feel like i keep friends when i stay you know in in when i stay in this this you know this zone please explain to me why you can't have a man the same grace for others that jesus had for you why you can't i'm gonna say why you can't forgive in the same measure that jesus forgive you oh all right let me get to the scriptures maybe i can leave out here with at least two friends tonight in 20 in the 25th verse of luke the 10th chapter amen we see here amen jesus gives the parable of the good samaritan very familiar amen passage of scripture let's see how we got there amen hallelujah amen we're here because the bible says it talks about a lawyer amen sister ed and you know in verse 20 5 says and behold a certain lawyer stood up and tempted him meaning trying to have a conversation with jesus trying him amen saying master what shall i do to enter inherit eternal life verse 26 and he said unto him what is what is written in the law how readeth thou this whole issue about the good samaritan watch this now is how we gain eternal life i'm getting ahead of myself but i got to amen i want you to understand what i teach tonight concerning how we are to people amen determines whether or not you where you're going to spend eternal life all right is that serious amen he says and he said unto him what is written in the law how readeth thou verse 27 and he answering said thou shalt love what love the love the lord thy god with how all thy heart tell your neighbor say you gotta love them with all your heart and you got to love them with all thy soul and with all thy strength and with what with all your mind amen and it didn't stop there after it got out for you it says and you got to love thy neighbor how as you love yourself i think y'all missed it let's go back over it again amen he said and he answered and saith thou shalt love the lord thy god with all thy what and with all thy and with all thy and with all thy and thy neighbor as thyself when you love god with all your heart your soul your strength and your mind while you loving him you learn how to love yourself and while you're learning how to love yourself you can't help but love you because he lives on the inside of you and while you're loving him you're learning how to love yourself and then he turns around and says you got to love your neighbor watch this cause i'm gonna throw that quote that curveball you gotta love your neighbor like you love me y'all missed it again you have to love your neighbor like you love god because when you see your neighbor you see a mirror of god oh god you can't even love without god in the mix why because god is love i'm going there again you have to love the lord thy god with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy strength and with all thy mind and thy neighbor as thyself because when you love him you learn how to love you and then you got to turn around and you have to love your neighbor like you love you and i want to know would you say about yourself what you say about others i want to know will you treat yourself like you treat others why we don't have a little more patience for one another why we don't have a little more endurance for one another y'all came for something else but this what i got why we don't have a little more endurance for others why we can't tolerate folk when folk tolerating you all right i'm going further amen verse 28 amen and he said unto him thou has answered right this do and thou shalt what live don't you know when you walking around with unforgiveness and hatred and bitterness i'm talking to the church and bitterness and issues and arts you are not living that's why some of y'all on facebook now because you bitter and you got an art you lying for saying the reason why you own it but in reality all you trying to do is keep track of them that you hate what you're talking about or some of that stuff you wouldn't reshare it trying to make a point to somebody you know who's connected to your page i'm in the right house at the right time amen somebody come on now you ain't living if you still holding grudges and you ain't forgave somebody for something that they done in their ignorance like you ain't never done nothing crazy yourself like you haven't ever said something crazy to somebody come on talk back to me in here hallelujah tell your neighbor say just let it go come on you're not living you are wasting time don't you realize you ain't get you ain't never getting back tomorrow oh god yo come on and some of us been holding on to issues for the last five years yeah that much time has gone on come on you mean to tell me some of us who are still married for even doing a pandemic and people dying all around us come on why you can't get along with your family and please stop using the excuse that they ain't saved amen i'm saved and i'm still kind to unsaved people i'm getting ahead of myself but we're gonna walk through it come on hallelujah you got power to love and we're picking and choosing who we gonna use that power on to love you gotta learn take them say you gotta forgive amen somebody you've got to forgive with the same measure that jesus have forgiven you tell your david say you can do it tell me you can tell me and say you can do it amen somebody this thing can be broken in your life forget that man forgive that woman forgive your parents forgive your children forgive your boss forgive the pastor whoever it is just forgive all right i'm gonna move on let me keep going amen i was talking about sister edmund approaching jesus you know the lawyer i could see it anyway and he said and he said unto him thou has answered right this do and thou shall live but he willing to justify himself said unto jesus and who is my neighbor here it is jesus answer jesus just told him you answered right you answered in regard to what the law says but then now he's trying to justify his behavior and he's trying to justify with jesus by saying well who is my neighbor because these folks how they treat me they can't be my neighbor see but when you're a child of god everybody ought to be your neighbor i lost some of y'all right there amen listen you it it it ought to be to the point where amen you may be an enemy to somebody but you don't have no enemies amen and if i'm your enemy amen i'm not your enemy my by my choice i'm your enemy by your choice why because whatever i did to offend you or push you in that place all you had to do was come to me and say hey you did this and i can make it right amen somebody hallelujah amen hallelujah amen well pastor what about folk that ain't coachable it don't matter you you you you do what you're supposed to do amen then it's on them and then you just move on amen and and i move on without looking over my shoulder amen somebody listen you know you've heard me share a bit of it amen but but but late nixon i walked through some things in a former ministry amen i've been healed from it but we walked through it listen but but what should have happened and i've learned amen over the years and i pray to god that if i ever face it amen i don't make the same mistake amen everybody is subject to messed up even in ministry amen but we ought to be quick to forgive and to let go we ought to be quick to display amen some grace especially when folk are young in ministry you don't throw nobody they're following amongst users and abusers and manipulators amen i was i woke up i think it was monday morning i woke up minister martinez and when i woke up and and set up in the bed i heard it in the holy ghost so clear i had to write it down i heard it in the holy ghost i heard that i heard the spirit of the lord say the deceiver has come the deceiver has come and i said well lord are you giving me up you're giving me the teaching for for wednesday night is that what that was and then i kind of went through the day and was praying it through and then the lord began to reveal to me no it ain't a message i'm letting you know the deceiver is if you know because i'm you know you think it's a message or you think it's something that pertains to you know for me as a pastor thinking maybe it pertained to freedom temple no the lord was letting me know that the deceiver is in the land and that man have fun i hope y'all hear me mankind have fallen amongst thieves and and and we're we're in these last days and there's so much going on there's so much chaos they're sure so much on you know we're unsure about here you got the pandemic it seemed like it was leaving amen and now it's coming back but it's coming back in a new way and then now we're being told i'm going there you know now we're being told you know amen if you have the vaccine amen then you you're safe and then now we're in this we're in a new war and a new war is the war of them that are not facts that are not vaccinated amen sound like the deceiver to me amen and then on the same token amen them that have not been vaccinated can get the get the virus and then spread the virus to them that are vaccinated now you know i'm you know i'm not a professor you know i've only gone so far you know i ain't got some of the degrees some of y'all have you know amen caleb sometimes seem like you're a little bit more smarter than me you know the bible talks about every new generation is going to be smarter or wiser than the last you know but you know just don't make sense to me how you could have a vaccine that's supposed to prevent getting it but i can still get it and to you know i'm oh they go that past getting politically i'll say which i want and then to cover yourself you say well you won't get as sick i'm gonna let y'all ponder on that i'm gonna let you out you know receive it how you want amen the deceiver has come watch this now because here's my thought now you know this this this me on the spiritual end not the natural end because what i just dealt with was natural that wasn't spiritual no that wasn't spiritual stop making that kind of stuff spiritual that's all natural but on the spiritual end evangelist power here's me on the spiritual end when i deal with the deceivers come because it's easy for me to deal with this in the natural and say all of that is deception which probably some of it is but on the spiritual side i can see what the deception is because here's the question i posed while we are all focused on this over here please tell me what's going on over here god while we think that the agenda amen is about making everybody take a vaccine please tell me what's going on behind closed doors that this pandora box is going really open in what they really after who is they the ungodly the antichrist am i calling the government the antichrist no no no no that's not what i'm saying amen but i am talking about these principalities these evil rulers in high places amen use wisdom amen i'm not saying the vaccine don't work please don't i want to make sure all natural but when we come on over here on the spiritual side there is something going on whenever there's trouble in the natural you best believe that there's something moving in the spiritual and the deceiver has come and why everybody in america and around the world is paying attention to the coronavirus amen there's something else that the devil is up to and mankind is falling amongst thieves look how easy what we're going through right now have caused man to turn against one another some people have died because they wasn't wearing a mask and somebody couldn't handle them not wearing a mask in the same place they was in amen somebody hallelujah the world pe men kind of fallen amongst thieves and they're they're they're being used and abused and neglected and and trampled on murder is is is on a high we worried about everybody dying from from the covet but murder is on right here in austin it all i believe every single day somebody is being murdered not car accidents they are being killed stabbed and shot the deceiver is here the people mankind are falling amongst thieves women are being raped they're still happening children are being molested y'all that's still happening and we're praying just about the coronavirus there's a whole lot of other stuff we need to be covering people are still boys and girls amen the young people and even older people are being snatched off the street amen when they get out of their car to go in their apartment they're being snatched and taken and sold into sex trade that is still happening come on don't you see it on the news just the other week they found a a a a a truckload a man of folk that been taken and being sold into into the sex trade all this is happening mankind have fallen amongst teeth and what i want to know is where's the church oh got a little tough again right there i had to get my reassurance holy ghost he reminds me of the holy ghost come on what a church at well that's what i'm supposed to do and my supposed to go out there and stick the ground and drive my car and look for folks trying to stop no why why you ain't praying why you ain't in the face of god and cover and we're we're we're leaving so many areas uncovered because we don't have a prayer life and we can't oh god and the spirit of because we don't have a prayer life i hope y'all hear me because we don't have a prayer life the spirit of god can't talk to us and show us what area we need to cover in prayer it's like what i told you during the saturday night prayer when we came here at 11 pm what did i tell you i said it cover your area make sure every area in the sanctuary was covered and wherever you walk if it don't feel right amen push that thing out the door and there's things god will put in your spirit let me tell you something this is how god want to move because this is how god want to move in us because he does move like that it just ain't happening for some of us sister martinez god wants to listen god had fallen amongst thieves verse 31 and by chance there came down a certain priest that way and when he saw him he did what he passed by on the other side and likewise a levite when he was at the place came and looked on him and passed by on the other side a priest and a levite a certain priest a man of god a man of the claw seen a wounded man on the ground and he went around he crossed the street a levite a minister or one could say a worker in the church seen the man on the ground amen half dead it crossed the street and when i ain't got time you're not pentecostal so i can't help you you don't look like me so i can't help you oh my god you do nasty you kind of smell it so i can't help you what's wrong with the church have we really gotten that busy that we don't have time to render aid for others like christ sent somebody to render aid for us are y'all sleeping on me come on where is the church amen aren't we the hospital that people can come to and they can get well so if they do come here and they don't do exactly like us give them a little space and a little time to get it together if their conversation is not like ours give them a little time and a little space man he just got in church lord was dealing with him saving them stripping him of things you know layers off of him and sometimes he would get up and he would testify and god be all alone and tears be coming down his eye and he'd just be talking about how good god been to him this man came off the streets and talked about how good god been to him and while he's up testifying telling how good god's been to him profanities coming out of his mouth at the same time that would have messed a whole lot yahweh tell me somebody would have got up and took the mic out of his hand and said sit down no oh no no no see i lost some of y'all already i lost some of y'all already no this man was sincere and he loved god amen but it's gonna take it was gonna take some time to get all this work he didn't have the holy ghost yet it was going to take some time to get all this world out of him he was just trying to express how much he loved god and how good god been to him amen somebody amen and while he's in the process of being delivered some profanity was coming out ain't you safe enough to handle it like you don't hear thank you sir like you don't hear when you're watching your movies this they're saying watch this let me tell you how church folk do now i believe in order but this ain't disorder this folks trying to come to god this same brother while after that lord delivered him he stopped got number mills in her house so she know how to handle all y'all amen and he held on a few for a few days he held on the assistant pastor he held on to it because he wrestled with whether he was gonna turn in or keep it he wrestled but he got up now watch this now he got up and confessed it to the whole church he got that's how we knew he got up and confessed with it in his hand and repented he said god i'm sorry he said i want to repent to the church and the person that the tithes belong to he said i held on to this he said because i wrestled with whether or not i was going to keep it i miss them kind of people because we come up in here and we dance all over it and we shout all over it and you don't like this one on this side of the church so you're even shot on that side of church you're gonna shout on this side of the church oh people that really love god got issues but god working on them and they letting god work on them you know how much you know how you you you know how much it had to take for him to stand up before the whole he could have went into the business office went to the past and say i did this and they would have been hushed and nobody knew but he did he wanted to be he wanted to make it right he wanted to be right before god and got it before the whole church and don't you know many embrace them and love them but some now they watched them uh uh come on come on no no no they ain't the heart of the people of god come on i'm really trying to dig into us and help us see where we really are and and here we're dealing with this world amen you got a priest and a levite let me tell you something man i've been through enough in ministry even at a young age to know lady nixon and i do well because we have learned what not to do by watching others we have learned i'm serious we have learned more of what to do right by how we've seen others do wrong and we have seen how people how church folk can treat other church folk horrible see we can't deal with that huh no no no if we're gonna deal with the issues in church let the church deal with their issues rather than the world dealing with the issues of the church amen tell them say get your own house in order amen somebody and so hallelujah amen we've learned much of what not to do and it is it is my objective amen hallelujah to never give up on anybody no matter what happens you can cuss me hallelujah i don't want to scare you into salvation i want to be a witness of how god's love can come in and save and deliver you of whatever it is you need to be delivered from some of y'all got acquaintances that smoke and you treat them with love some of y'all got acquaintances that drink some of y'all dr you know y'all got acquaintances that drink and you treat them with love and the homosexual ain't no different than anybody else it is a choice of a lifestyle that god don't agree with but he still loves them for god so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that whosoever what believeth in him should not perish but have what everlasting life it applied to you and it applied to them and we've got to love and respect everybody and we can't just love and respect save folk we got to love and respect unsafe folk now we ain't going to have no slumber party amen somebody yeah i'm serious but i'm gonna love you and respect you amen i think sometimes it's when people know got to cover one another i'm not talking about excuse ungodly behavior but ain't no need us exposing stuff that we can bring to the altar for god to deliver amen somebody how do you get how do you get so excited when somebody else trouble is broadcast into the land amen somebody how do we rejoice at somebody else falling come on talk to me here how do we get excited about that i told you i'm being real practical tonight let me move on i'm moving in verse verse 31 did say and the priest came by 32 and the levite came by and they looked on him they looked they looked right at him and just went on on the other side how long you gonna be able to look at something that's wrong knowing you can do something to help and won't do nothing about it let me come to that and then i'm gonna be i'm gonna be closing verse 33 but a certain samaritan is this helping anybody tonight in a certain samaritan as he journeyed came where he was and when he saw him he had compassion on him and so now you got the priest you got the minister looked at him went on the other side but then you got the good samaritan you have the samaritan and when you look and see what this who the samaritan is and i'm paraphrasing but a samaritan could be said this way amen it kind of doubles in judaism amen and don't quite believe like we would believe you it's funny how when assistant pastor the saints can't do but anyway we can say a whole lot about them they they they they shelter in the homeless they building homes for single mothers with children y'all tight on me right there they doing things in the community cleaning up neighborhoods amen somebody standing up for folks rights they may have an agenda but they standing up for folks right and the church quiet i said the church quiet because we're not going to mess with these tides over here it got tight again i think i'm a pause for a moment right there it's funny how it's easy for us to talk against all those organizations and rightfully so and with some in some areas because of what their agenda is and what's hidden behind what they're doing but please explain to me why they are caring for mankind more than the church is caring for mankind that we can raise millions of dollars we can get on tv and ask you to give 200 and we're going to put your name on one of the bricks on the building but we not doing the same kind of raising the funds so we can help some of this you know it's real easy to talk about austin and all these homeless folks but what the church doing about these homeless folks come on talk to me here i know it take money i understand i get all of it i'm saying that but saints let's just be real about it maybe you know and i'm gonna i'm gonna draw that point that i'm gonna be done but here's the reality how long are we gonna be in the position of saying well we not we we are not in a position to be able to do anything we we can't do anything there's something we can do let's keep doing bag lunches let's keep saving let's keep building until we can we can we can get some houses and we can one by one we can get somebody off the street come on talk to me here amen everything we do can't be just to like we do it's it's it's easy to ridicule ridicule but why are they in some instances doing more than what we're doing and i want to draw that out i want to make a point with that am i am i am i helping anybody tonight i think i'm boring y'all tonight amen i want to make a point with that y'all ready for me to make this point first 33 but a certain samaritan as he journeyed came where he was and when he saw him he had what he had compassion on him somebody said compassion verse 34 you ready for this point minister edmund and went to him and bound up his wounds pouring in oil and wine and set him on his own beast and brought him to an end and sisa miriam took care of him verse 35 powerful watch it and on the morrow when he had departed he took out two pens and gave them to the host and said unto him take care of him and whatsoever thou spineth more when i come again i will repay thee here's the good samaritan he come by he looks at him the men that have fallen among thieves and have compassion on him and has bandages and bands up and and badges up his wombs and have some audio and wine and take care of him and then picks him up and put him on his own donkey or beast takes him to an end to a hotel pay for his stay and tell her and tell the front desk person whatever he spend more when i come back through i'ma take care of the bill he has compassion on him and he helped take care of him and this is the point i want to draw out saints let's be real we're not helping like we can or should we're not helping rather like we should because we're not taking care of things like we should this here's the point i really want to draw out tonight because at the at that at the last at verse number 37 amen jesus said go and do likewise but here's where we are we can go do likewise because we ain't got no money hmm no disappoint this is really everything i said was to get right here because we don't take care of our personal business like we should we cannot be the light of the world because our lights are off oh the whole teaching tonight was just to get you here but i had to build it up we can't help nobody with some gas money because we don't have none we can't give nobody a ride cause we have no compassion we'll have no time come on you ought to be able to give somebody a ride even if they can't give you gas money especially if it's to the house of god come on now did you forget what it was like when you didn't have transportation did you forget what it was like to have to depend on somebody else to give you a ride why is it so easy for you to ridicule another person that you have to give a ride to even if they talk the whole time while they're riding with you amen somebody come on don't forget where you come from where's your compassion amen somebody and thanks we can i'm gonna close in a moment this way i really wanted to get to amen we can't help anybody because we waste what we have and we're not remembering what i told you a few services ago amen that we are simply a carrier of what amen god put in our hand what you have don't belong to you it belong to god and whenever god say go heal with it you're supposed to go here but we keep giving god these ious god you put it in my hand and you trusted me to hold it amen but i used it so here's i owe you i can't help you right now god i can't go and bring over here what you gave me to bring over here i can't i don't wasted your talent i wasted your talent because i was hungry i wasted your talent because you know i'm trying to keep up with the joneses no pun intended wha what are we doing we don't we don't have enough if somebody was in need right now you ought to be able to pull out your billfold or your purse and pull some money out of it say here you go and i don't need it back wake up church come on i'm talking to us because folks are falling amongst thieves and we believe it or not we're just like the priests and we're just like the levite and the real because it's real easy to say while the priest and the levite looked at him and went on the other side we really don't know why they did it it may not have been that they were prejudiced it may not have been because they were hateful it may not even been because they didn't have time it might be because they ain't have nothing oh i hope i'm making sense in here i mean just a little bit am i making say things in order at home so when god would speak he could use you and a lot of what we go through financially and not just financially but even emotionally is not the devil it's us because we are not being good stewards over what god would put in our hands even your health it is in your hands to take care of your health your sanity your body you hurting and aching in your body what are you doing what are you not doing what are you eating talk to me here amen because i'm talking about the saints of god being healthy and fit to be a good samaritan and the reason why some of us are not able to be a good samaritan is because right now while we're sitting in church our bank account is in the negative i'm not talking about you giving in to church i'm talking about you being able to be a help to mankind because why you should bring your tithe into the storehouse and why you should a man give an offering i've taught you for the last number of years amen everything you sow you don't sow into freedom temple some things you got to sow out there into other people's lives i know preachers don't preach that because they want all the money in here no put some of that money out there to folk that need something because some folks out there in need they may not ever come in the doors of the temple but god allow your paths to cross i love it when god meets me up minister edmund with a perfect stranger someone i know i'll never see again and not able to bless them and say god love you they know that thing came from god they know that was god we're the good samaritans because you can't really be a good samaritan if you can't pay the bill at the end am i making sense i feel like i'm not making sense come on you can't be a good samaritan if you can't pay the bill at the end you ought to be able to show everybody love let me close with this i'm gonna close let me close with this listen as the pastor of freedom temple i want to talk to us and and and i know we got i know we got the outside looking in but i'm going to still deal with it even the more i need you to examine your own self and see where you really are do you have alt or issues with anybody in here anybody a part of the temple and if you do i think it's time to get that thing right i'm not i am not targeting anybody i'm talking to the whole body and the reason why i'm drawing this out assistant pastor because god been dealing with me god's been dealing with me i believe the lord's been dealing with you god's been dealing with us about where he's taken freedom temple and the things that god want to do in this ministry and in order for us to go there without the accuser standing before the throne of god accusing us to prevent us we got to get some things in order and if we want listen any banker amen before they give you the loan gonna want to check your debt compared to your income amen hallelujah and if your debt exceeds they are nothing to give you no loan it's the same way with god if we proven to god we can't handle money he has nothing to put it in our head he can't trust us with it why he gonna give us a better building and we won't maintain it it's time to get some things right let me say this listen it's it's imperative if you let me say this as a pastor if you're gonna be a part of freedom temple and work in any area of ministry in this church you have got to stop talking about the saints to people that don't belong to this church [Applause] you've got to stop because even though you don't realize it it always get back to us and i know folk don't belong to this church and you think it'll never come back but the devil and it's easy listen now assistant pastor it's easy for me right now to say god reveals it's easy for me to say that but god knows i don't care about that joke but it but but sometimes it ain't god it's the devil and the devil know how to get the word back please i'm begging you listen y'all hear me i got witnesses on youtube i am begging you please stop talking about the saints with folk that don't even belong to this church if you continue doing it i'm gonna have to strip you of whatever it is you have with the knowing that you might leave no it shouldn't be in the house of god you cannot represent the kingdom of god first and you cannot represent the church and the ministries that are connected to this church if you're going to tear up the people that i don't care what they doing you don't want me telling everybody else and hear what you're doing do you do y'all want me sharing your business with the other saints i know you don't even want me calling up any preacher friends and telling them well you know minister edmund the part of our church look on pull up youtube pull up this one and look that's him right there you know and such and such and this and that and that and this about him and that about him and you know you and y'all don't want me doing that you do not want me discussing y'all and your business amen and and i tried my i don't think i have but when i even when i'm preaching out at other churches if i use any of y'all as an example even without saying your name i only use the positive things amen and if i say anything negative is what y'all right there in the service yeah with a smile chateau and then after service i remember nothing what i said you still looking at me like and i was like well what i said i was you know my i was in the holy ghost i was in the holy ghost yeah come on i think by now we should be a mature church and that it and and that if we got issue in-house we ought to be able to deal with it in-house let's hey look if you got an issue with go to that person and if that person ain't trying to hear you that's when you're gonna come get me we're gonna hear this thing i ain't taking i don't care who you is i ain't taking sides i'm not taking sides i'm neutral and and and and my thing is listen i'm gonna be that mediator and say nope now this person nice this person turned to talk now is this person's turn to talk go and get naught let them know be quiet let them say everything they want to say everything they want to say get it on now all right now what y'all gonna do since y'all know how each other feel not what you done finally got to tell them what you wanted to tell them now what we gonna do with it come on am i making sense god y'all come on y'all see it you feel it you've been experiencing how god's just been raising us up i think if we were smart i think we are that we should go ahead and and cut off these weights just cut so we can keep on climbing haven't you noticed the more god keep elevating us and here it's a it's it's seeping over into our own personal lives come on let it go let it go stop being messy stop it just stop telling never say stop it i could see if we was like a you know 500 member church i could see if he was like a 500 member church we should be dealing with some of that kind of craziness it's it ain't that many of us y'all amen i'm i'm i'm i'm about to close i hope i'm i'm just i'm at my pastoral moment i love all y'all and i want us all to love one another some of y'all get on my nerves but i love you no i'm serious i can say that right no some of y'all get on my nerves but i sincerely come on amen everything i say amen isn't always received well i get that amen but one thing you can't even deny amen is that the love i have for you is real amen i tolerate you so you ought to be able to tolerate me amen somebody we ought to be able to tolerate one another it's time to grow up and mature and to keep climbing up in god let's get this stuff together let's get let's get our houses in order let's get our finances right let's get our health right so we have strength amen somebody so we could be that good samaritan and help somebody and we ain't got to turn and go the other way because we know we don't have nothing to help and sometimes it's not that people don't want to help minister mitchell is that they don't have it to help so we got to deal with the reason of why we don't have it that's right we have god we have them in our lives and god have entrusted some things in our hands and saints i'm close and i really am let's be honest we have wasted some of the things god have put in our hands some of us right now we got money we're not broke i'm not fixing to do a special offer we got money we're not broke me ladies got money right now we can go do a whole lot of things right now we could because we you know for these last few years we've been we've been doing it right you hit me minutes of time so we've been doing it right we got money sending the bank and you know you know years ago that kind of money you know what kind of stuff we'd be out there doing buying stuff don't make no sense don't need just on sale not on sale don't even matter it's just you you you going in the day and somebody yo you see somebody else when he but i'm going get that too i mean just just all that you know beyond y'all don't know if they even have that number be on amway just ordering up all kind of stuff you know whatever that tv station was where you can order stuff and they what is that and they said i know you know the shopping channel shopping channel be on the shopping channel just ordering all kinds of stuff the drivers know you by first name they know your schedule when you home when you not i knew you wasn't home so i held it to today behind up all kind of stuff but in this in in this deliverance and our finances the lord he he showed us he taught us he planned it in us you can't spend all you have because i might need it and god deals with us the only thing he deals with us and he tells us when to when to put this that way and we're going to put this that way and we got money that that we won't touch because we're waiting on god to say what to do with it who needs it this week amen who needs it this week no i'm serious we can't spend it all you can't waste all your energy on foolishness because god may wake up and say i need you to go i need you to go i need you to go in and you're going to need that energy that strength you go you're going to need that it's like you know i'm learning as a preacher you know when praise worship going on sometimes i got to kind of hold back a little bit not that i don't want to be down there and just praising it you know but it's kind of hard when you don't shout it for an hour and then you get up to preach you got no breath so now i'm you know i used to i said some preachers they just full of the devil they need they need to learn how to praise god y'all missed it i said some preachers are full of the devil and they need to learn how to praise god but i'm learning now some of them got good sense and they've been doing it for a while and they'd be like i'm gonna hold this energy because i'm gonna need that when i get up the preacher so it's like it's the same way that i gotta hold back a little bit so when god pushed me forward i have some strength i can't give all my emotions to this world can't give all my emotions to the devil i can't give all my emotions to the opposite sex that don't love god and i have nothing to give to god i'm crying constantly in god's presence because he hurt me she hurt me but there's no tears for god concerning his love and compassion can you really be a good samaritan because this good samaritan have to have something he can give maybe you can't pay to end maybe you can't pay the bill you have any band-aids because he wrapped up the wounds he had some oil do you have any oil do you have any wine not that kind of wine come on rest on your feet tonight i want to be a good samaritan but in order for me to be a good samaritan i got to have something in my purse i got to be able to i got to have something that i can give the altar is open tonight i want to pray for us that god would help us to realign so that we can be the extension of his arm to be a blessing in the earth not all blessings that we receive i'ma go back to what we said uh um a couple years ago not all blessings that we receive are for us to use said a different way minister edward used to say don't eat up all the seed tell your neighbor say don't eat up all the seeds the past it's been a while i've been without don't eat up all the seed god's gonna want that thing planted in other areas there's enough for you don't eat up all the seed come on approach the altar tonight i want to pray for all of us glory to god i hope tonight's teaching have helped somebody and if anything that us i said at the end about the mess and the talking if it offended you if it'll forgive me now if it offended you it offended you because you're guilty and all you need to do is get it right that's it it's that simple just get it right do better than what you've been doing and it's gonna be all right lord we thank you tonight for your word we thank you for your teaching and god we stand before your humble right now for god we do have a desire from hearing the teaching of your word tonight to be a good samaritan but we know and we understand god by your word that when the when the when the when the man fell among thieves there was the priest and the levite looked upon him and went on the other side and walk past and render no aid your word doesn't tell us why they did not render aid it is possible god that they didn't have anything to give but then there was a good samaritan that came along god and he nursed the rooms of this man and picked him up and set him on this beast and and carried him to shelter and covered the cost for the shelter and whatever else he would need god we want to be that good samaritan tonight that when we would see our brothers and sisters whether in christ or those that have not come to you yet we want to exhibit the same love that you exhibited to us god we want to have something to be able to give you've been blessing us but god tonight we teach we ask that you would teach us how to hold on to what you give us that we would have enough to share just as we even heard the preacher a few weeks ago god preached about the ten virgins the five foolish and the five wise how the five wives had enough oil but the five foolish didn't have enough oil but your preacher brought out as you gave it to him god that if the five wives were truly wise they would have had enough all for themselves and even enough all for the five that was not wise [Music] we want to be those tonight god we want to have enough oil for us and we want to have enough oil for somebody else god we want to be that conduit between you and man we want to be that instrument for you to use god in the earth that even as we were prosperous our souls would prosper [Music] teach us how to love how to walk in agape love teaches god how to love the saint and teach us how to love the sinner for god we so desire tonight to be the light in this world that you have created us to be a light that is on the hill that cannot be heard please god use us father we repent right now we repent god for all the times that you desire to use us and that you try to use us but because of our own folly because of our own error because of our own waste you were not able to use us because we didn't have anything to give forgive us that we've been caught up in our own world in our own circumstances in situations cut up in our own emotions and hurts and pains that we were not sensitive to your voice and the movement of your spirit to be a helping hand or a lending ear to somebody that really was going through forgive us god we're sorry that we've been camped out in the cave or in a storm because we've learned how to nurse this baby and don't want to let it go because of the attention that it gives us or even if we've graduated to the place where the pain helps us to feel alive forgive us god tonight god wash us through and through and build us up into the people that you have created us to be to be the strength in the land to be the people of deliverance in the land to be the people of breakthrough in the land that your people may come out of the slavery of sin and come into true freedom god we're sorry for not being where you want us to be when you want us to be there and we ask tonight god that if you would help us we can do it we can be that good samaritan we could be the help that is so needed in this land for god we don't want to keep sending people to government we don't want to keep sending people to the food stamp office we don't want to keep sending people to the housing authority but god we desire to be in a position where we can feed the hungry we can clothe the naked we could we could house the homeless we want to be in a position god to help that single mother to help that single father we want to be in a position god to help that young adult who have lost his way or lost her way and need guidance place of safety and security as they would grow god use us god that we not give all our time to everything else and leave no time for you would have us to do somebody shout in jesus name come on lift your hands all over this place and while your hands are lifted amen i want you to share with god what's on your heart come on take a moment and share with god what's on your heart come on share with god what's on your heart i believe there's things on the inside of you that you desire to do for god i believe there's a burden in you and you can't see any way of how you can help how you might be used or how you might be able to accomplish it or do it but i believe if you allow god to stir you up tonight you allow god to come in and take control got to start repositioning things in your life and put you in a position hallelujah to be able to help somebody else come on trust god come on you there in the temple you that are on on live stream tonight trust god god's birth some things in you he's given you a burden hallelujah hallelujah for different groups of people let god work on the inside you let god stir you up he'll help you to reposition things in your life so that
