Welcome to my channel. We'll be making a delicious chickpea recipe. Amazing with rice or bread. One cup of chickpeas (200 grams). Soak the chickpeas overnight. Strain the water. Cover the chickpeas with water. Cook the chickpeas in a pressure cooker over high heat for 10 minutes. Then, over low heat for 40 minutes. Vegetable oil. Chopped red onion (250 grams). One tbsp of grated garlic (15 grams). One tbsp of ginger (15 grams). Hot pepper (optional). One tbsp each of paprika or chili powder, and one tsp each of cumin seeds, coriander, turmeric, and salt. Add a little bit of water. Three pureed tomatoes (350 grams). Let the tomatoes cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Let's go back to the chickpeas. Take one fourth of the chickpeas batch. Pour it into a food processor. Scoop some of the water. Blend in the blender. Add it to the wok. Add the rest of the chickpeas batch. Add some of the water used to boil the chickpeas. Over low heat for 10 minutes. Half a cup of coriander. Two tbsps of butter. One tsp of paprika or chili powder. The butter and chili powder mixture.
