Use the bottom heat only for 45 minutes. Three cups of extra long basmati rice. Wash it. Soak it in water for 20 minutes. Take the chicken out of the oven. Remove the chicken from the pan. Add the rice. One tsp each of salt and vegetable bouillon. Add the rest of the spices. Hot peppers (optional). Vegetable oil. Four and a half cups of water. Put the chicken back. Bake the chicken with the rice for another 30 minutes. Let's prepare the sauce. Vegetable oil. Half an onion (50 grams). Half a bell pepper (60 grams). Three cloves of garlic (7 grams) and hot pepper (optional). One fourth of a tsp each of salt, black pepper, and cumin. Two tomatoes (180 grams). Over medium heat for 10 minutes.
