2 cups flour (250g) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 tbsp yeast (5g) 2 tbsp sugar (29g) 2 tbsp milk powder (18g) 1 egg yolk 1/4 cup milk at room temperature (60ml) 1/4 cup at room temperature (60 to 100ml) 2 tbsp water at room temperature butter (40g) knead for about 10 minutes cover it for 15 minutes flour sprinkle divide the dough into equal pieces cover it for 15 minutes flour sprinkle shape it this way put each piece in parchment paper cover it for half an hour heat the oil and when these bubbles form around the wooden stick the oil is ready for frying flame between low and medium light and soft from inside cover it with melted chocolate delicious :) don't forget to subscribe to me channel
