I asked you in a previous video about where do you want me to go in China so many have suggested that I go check out Kung Fu go to Kung Fu schools so I have decided to go to a Kung Fu school I went on google and searched for Kung Fu schools, and I found one I sent them an email telling them I would like to visit they replied saying: "welcome" I didn't expect the speed of the train to be 300 meaning that we drove 700 km in 2 hours and 50 minutes the city we arrived to now is called Shoujo I just found out that this guy is the owner of the school it is an hour and a half away from the city once upon a time there was a temple people who are in the temple all they do is meditate and people who usually tend to temples are calm and peaceful and this thing made the king's soldiers take advantage they would go inside whenever they liked.. break down everything and kill a few even gangs and thieves whenever they're bored with no customers they go to a temple, steal their money and kill them then go out while they're worshipping their God and meditating their boss had an idea he was like: we do not know how to fight but we meditate why don't we meditate and learn how to fight just like nature does and they started doing that learning from the wind moving the trees tigers and how they fight water waves in the rivers and from nature, they started inventing fighting techniques and from there the Kung Fu culture was found learning how to fight from nature so, welcome back guys in the Kung Fu school and in this video we will live the life of a Kung Fu fighter but seriously...they wake up at 5 a Kung Fu fighter starts his morning with Tai Chi training simple moves that help him relax clearing his mind gives him energy to focus throughout the whole day he's showing me how he controls his body muscles and how I can't control my muscles and I have no balance this proves to you that the body works as one when it pushes something it doesn't just use the hands all of the muscles move, from head to toe in a normal day we only use 40% of our body strength but this Tai Chi training let you control your whole body and use 100% of its strength I've always wondered about what do Kung Fu fighters eat their breakfast today is.. so this dish my friend is wheat grains and you eat it just like soup if you really would like to have some fatty food then you can have an egg or two and from this moment the real morning starts everyone is stretching cause they'll start running in a minute when you finish running and warming up then the real training starts I'm the only one who is wearing a Kung Fu suit and I'm the worst at it just like that rich kid in school wearing a branded shoes, shorts and a t-shirt and then he doesn't know how to play why all of this suffering the more flexible you are, the more you can control your body muscles the leaner your muscles the more you can achieve moves and angles, if your body is stiff you can never do i can feel my muscles relaxed from my first stretch now lower body training now we'll do the most difficult stretch this is the most I can do in this class they strengthen the body extensions the hand, fingers, the joints here no one is killing, everyone is training but no one is killing this person is 62 years old it is really hard it is a real rock, not fake or anything when I was little after the episode of the Kung Fu school was over i went to the wall and started doing this move until our neighbour came and beat me it's like my hand is in fire from how cold it is see! this is from the punching they train all body parts, from the head to the fingers, to the feet, to the back elbows, thighs Xiexie means thank you Xiefu means trainer and now it is lunch time the beginning of Kung Fu was in the Buddhist temples and in those temples they do not eat meat at all so all they ate was vegetables but this school is not a Buddhist one and it has nothing to do with it not even the people here are buddhist that's why they have a variety of food most of it is vegetables but sometimes there can be chicken, or fish like this you have a sandwich with...everything we have a two hour break, I spent it sleeping most people who use the device they worry about contacting the company from abroad and that's true, if there's a problem you'd have to call and lose money but with the STC App it is different it is so easy to communicate with the employee you go to Support, choose the service most likely you'll find an answer to everything but if you'd like to communicate with an employee instant conversation option an instant conversation as you can see he's talking to me I just finished with the conversation and it is just like whatsapp the question that I think most of you would like the answer to is Kung Fu a real sport? meaning if you're on the street and people came to fight will you be able to ? or is it just to act like Jacki Chan and Bruce Lee and those guys let me ask coach Bao he grabbed my arm I felt my body contracting so in this class he's teaching us "forms" meaning teaching us a sequence of 10 moves a Kung Fu fighter must learn these "forms" you feel as if they're just show off moves but they're the moves that make the Kung Fu fighter fast but when you learn them and do them repeatedly your brain and body will memorise them so when you would like to fight, you don't have think about them you brain and body already know the moves unconsciously what a serious injury, God help him they took him to the hospital training in Kung Fu a lot of injuries might happen so you should be careful and also ready for any injury because you learn from injuries after days, years, and centuries after the oppressed people who were always in temples they learned Kung Fu and became the strongest in China the government started asking them for help in wars most of their moves are called after animals even in movies the dragon, the tiger, the cat why? I made him do a slow-mo tiger move, if you can see his hand like this this awesome move because of the cold weather the school is not a city, nor a village. it is in a suburb next to us there is a small village the village is so small and it is 150 km away from the closest city that's why the air so clean a simple life, cows in the middle of the street this is a primary school and these are the fathers waiting for their kids they're going home after 5 minutes they don't have cars here, just motorcycles i look weird, so different everyone is looking at me! staring! some smiling, some think it's weird as if I creature from a different planet, with a beard looking strange those are waiting for their siblings is schools they are studying in the motorcycle in villages and suburbs there are no middle and high schools just primary schools that's why most of them didn't complete their education and who ever would like to complete, they'd have to go to a city far away and complete their middle school, high school, and college any place in the world, village people are simple good, calm, happy people they welcome everybody but you have to smile so they don't get scared kids with the cold are stuffed up they look so cute i feel like taking one with me to Saudi Arabia this sweet old lady saw me recording the kids so she brought her grandchild so I record him I'm organising the helicopter, nothing weird but look! everyone has gathered all the lamps in China operate with sound clap, or cough, or even slam the door so the aisle lamps work so the schools have additional classes for people who'd like to learn more stuff that don't relate to Kung Fu like Chinese I went to the market to buy something so I asked the old lady how much and did this I didn't know what she meant then I learned that they count numbers differently than the whole world they don't count like us 1,2,3,4,5,6,10 from 1 to 5 they do it like us 1,2,3,4,5 the minute it hits 6, everything changes 6 7 8 9 10 what does 10 mean their maps are strange they have China in the middle and the other countries on the side but the weird thing is that the size of the other countries is so small look how small Saudi Arabia is dinner time potatoes it was long day Kung Fu is not just about strength and fighting Kung Fu is about balance strength and aggressiveness with calmness and peacefulness this school you just watched is specialised for foreigners it is easier for them the coach speaks english, everyone speaks english opposite to Chinese schools coach Bao is going to take me to a Chinese school and this is what I've been wanting to see for a long time we arrived to the real Kung Fu school of course I look like a weird creature here there offered us tea their tea is so different than ours they don't add aromatic additives like mint, they don't this school is specialised to teach school kids they're open only two days a week on the weekends so people who are still interested in teaching their kids Kung Fu come to this school on the weekends from the morning until night to learn Kung Fu from the beginning of time of Kung Fu the person who wanted to be a Kung Fu mentor had to start learning since he's 6 years old just like Jacki Chan he started learning when he was 6 maybe this way of teaching is a bit simple as Jacki Chan has said he used to get beaten and then the kid the wants to continue learning can go to the temples or to specialised schools and Kung Fu school prices range from 500$ to 1000$ including food, housing, learning, and everything they just said they prepared a Kung Fu show for me let's check it out I asked them that in some Kung Fu movies the mentors have some some powers to disappear they said these are myths, some people are really fast but you can still see them with your eyes nothing you see here and then you found there I'm really excited to come back to China and learn Kung Fu for six months anyone that would like to learn Kung Fu I will have a post on my Instagram with a short report about learning Kung Fu Thank you coach Bao so friends don't forget to.. this means "Like" in Chinese don't forget to Subscribe, and Salam
