One tbsp each of garlic and ginger. Hot peppers (optional). One tbsp of cumin, coriander, paprika, chili powder, and one tsp of turmeric. One fourth cup of water. Three puréed tomatoes (350 grams). Salt. Black pepper. Over low heat for 5 minutes. Add one cup of boiled or canned chickpeas to a blender. One fourth cup of yogurt (60 grams). One cup of the water used to boil the chickpeas or regular water. Blend to a smooth consistency. Add it to the sauce Then, add one cup of boiled or canned chickpeas. Over medium heat for 10 minutes.
