zanitsu gets a lot of hate in the fandom but he actually becomes one of the strongest demon Slayers over the course of the story we've seen zinitu travel with tanjaro and ever since his introduction he has come off like a coward who talks a lot and only ever gets serious when he's asleep due to his strange ability to do amazing things in his sleep form that he'd never believe that he's capable of zanitsu's annoying habits finally stopped though when he gets news at his master the old man we saw in season one actually took his own life because the nitsu's adopted brother a boy named kaigaku became not only a demon but one of muzan's upper moons upon learning the zenitu gets very quiet and angry swearing to himself to get stronger and when the final Arc finally comes zinitsu does battle with a quiet and menacing Aura fighting an upper Moon demon all by himself with no help and without falling asleep
