ZD Toys WAR MACHINE MK1 Unboxing

hello ladies and gents this is wild well welcome to another unboxing video and for today we are going to unbox the ZD toys uh War Machine Mark one okay so um very much excited to um go ahead and take a look at this figure and see what's inside and by the way I got a surprise for you this is another custom made uh product uh by that I mean the um the regular War Machine Mark one um does not have that set feature so without further delay let's proceed with the unboxing and um for now let's take a look at the artwork the Box uh it's a metallic blue [Music] a theme again we got the Disney logo right here so a licensed product by Disney and marble Iron Man 2 and that's where War Machine first appeared War Machine logo at the side some War Machine photos and product details here in Chinese all right uh as far as the Box goes so that's it let's take a closer look at what's inside shall we okay so for this one it's again it's not like the previous Iron Man figures that have a center flap it is still magnetic though as you can see but this time it's it opens up like a book it opens up at the side and the moment you open it up you're gonna see the mark one right away and at the bottom that's where we have our [Applause] accessories okay so let's punch in and take a closer look at the accessories first okay the accessories first we have um the base so we got Iron Man 2 logo in the Marvel Studios logo right there uh we got our spring loaded Dynamic flight pole here and its attachment of course uh we got our blast effects so standard like same as uh the previous Iron Man and War Machine figures uh we got okay this is something new um his weapons I I'm assuming this goes um to the left and right forearm so these look like um shotguns or machine guns or whatnot that he puts on his left and right uh forearm or like Springs out of his left and right forearm forearm and of course his main weapon the famous Gatling gun look at last okay so that is pretty much it for war machines accessories up next we're gonna put Warmachine and a certain table on the light box and then after that we're gonna go and punch it and take a closer look at this bad boy [Music] okay here we have now water machine mark one up close and personal wow I mean he looked good on the preview photos but having him right here right now on hand is still an amazing experience I mean look at this look at the build of this bad boy I mean build bulky and chunky like and first and foremost like the paint Scheme I mean I love I dig um lat metal metallic gray look not shiny not too dark I mean just let uh sort of military grade uh Air Force gray look on him and with the touches of those um gunmetal there or silver um and that face plate I mean the details on this the sculpt is just sharp and like the paint job I mean the ziti toys pulled it off again um with this bad boy so yeah I mean I'm trying to look as usual I'm trying to look for some imperfections like sprayovers and whatnot with a paint job but I I just don't see anything I mean the details are sharp and crisp as far as the paint job is concerned even those underneath um the elbows and the forearms are just fully painted and sharply painted no runs or whatsoever I guess that's about it for for the paint job and like appearance let's go ahead and proceed with the articulation [Music] okay so for the articulation we always start with a head at first uh he can turn left and right um note 360 movement on the head like that is necessary and plus this portion of the shoulder armor prevents that from happening but we do have head tilt he can move this head as far as the bat and you can look down as far as that can look down more than he can look up actually and for the arms yep lateral side raise can go as far as that you just need to move this um shoulder plate to give more movement and you can do the 360 for the arms same with the right side and then of course we got double joint on the elbows but again the the way the the design of The Gauntlet or the forearms prevents that so we we just have a 90 um degree angle here so does the left side uh the right arm yeah also nine degrees but we got ball joint on the uh on the uh Fists [Music] got so much movement again because again this portion of the armor is preventing that from happening but yeah it is also another added uh feature that moves and then for the Torso uh we got uh torso movement here just that and that no waste uh articulation and then going down to the leg without pulling it down you can go as far as that and if you pull it down like so I can go a bit further like that same with the other side and then for the knees also double joint yep a little bit past 90. because of the way uh how chunky he is designed and then lastly ball joined at the speed but again because of the way this bad boy is designed not much movement there but I mean I don't care he still looks pretty darn awesome to me and of course going to the back we have here yep these opened up uh for his uh flight mode that opens up and you attach the Gatling gun here and of course I did say at the beginning of the video that this is custom build so I have a little surprise for you guys look at that tada so I had this bad boy custom made with LEDs baby look at that eyes I mean it's not just an empty War Machine suit anymore it is freaking alive see that isn't it amazing thank you very much um by the way I got this bad boy from um Good a good deals toy shop and the guy who does the customization of the LEDs um this Facebook page is called Ironworks so Kudos kudos to to uh I think his name is Brian uh Brian Chua and this is the second custom um custom build that I had uh done the first one is the Mark 43 which was also a non-led so yeah that's about it um as far as the articulation and that surprise um picture goes and like I would turn it on simply like that you just flip and like on off on so that's how um the LED features of um the creations of Ironworks for Mr Brian Hugh works there's also a magnetized one um but for now I'm I'm happy with the way I'm getting this so to wrap up yeah overall impressions for the war ZD toys War Machine Mark one I mean this is another [Music] um great build by ZD toys they nailed it again ladies and gents I mean um the overall appearance like just looking at this guy without without even knowing that he has that hidden LED feature like just a paint job and the way he looks um is already a win for me I I mean if I were gonna rate um this figure for just for the looks alone I would give this guy a five over five articulation not so much maybe three over five [Music] um let's does this belong should this be long in someone's uh Iron Man and War Machine collection heck yeah I mean it's it's an awesome um figure [Music] so yeah um I think that that about wraps it up for my unboxing video for ZD toys War Machine Mark one so yeah see you again on my next uh video but before I do that we're gonna do a quick um comparison of all the war machines that I currently have in my Arsenal in a bit okay so here's a quick side-by-side comparison of all the water machines I currently have in my Arsenal all of them are ZD toys products by the way we start with a mark three uh we got the mark six right here and then of course the latest release smart one I mean before mark one arrived I was leaning towards Mark six simply because I like the paint Scheme it's not a shiny a glossy black like the Mark III but now that Mark one has arrived he's now my new favorite um war machine so yeah as far as like the height is concerned articulation they are pretty much um the same because of the way they are engineered like very bulky so their their movement is quite limited compared to the Iron Man figures but yeah I cannot wait to put this guy in in my in my collection among the other figures that I have and yeah that wraps it up ladies and gents thank you for watching and stay safe peace [Music]
