this is a regular old boring chicky wing and there's a stuffed chicken wing get in there get in there show them show them real nice that's nice stuffed chicky wings start with the stuffing so here we're just going to saute off some pancetta and other aromatics like garlic shallots mushrooms all that good stuff we're gonna deglaze with boxed wine because we're fancy like that and yeah if we're being real we just kind of threw this all together last second last minute as cooks we just kind of wing it sometimes get it then they get tossed in cornstarch and all-purpose flour before being fried to perfection the sauce is just some chili oil and some smoked honey with some smoked sea salt and some other stuff that we just kind of found and threw together because we thought it would taste good [Music] and this go around we were right these things were bomb.org that's pretty insane it's actually really really good when can you just like what's up
