Can Someone ELI5 how Varoufakis wants to use existing EU institutions to kick-start EU economy?
He's all pro QE but he wants the EIB to issue eurobonds so the ECB can buy them?
It's sad that posts like these will not be nearly as popular as they should be.
Including the great quote by Varoufakis "I have been accused of speaking macroeconomics in the Eurogroup".
Who would have thought that in a summit of finance ministers someone would have the audacity to speak macroeconomics.
This kind of discussion is what we need.
