It's cool how they have the option to include the charger for no extra cost. Let the consumer decide whether or not they want to be "eco-friendly" rather than trying to market the cost-cutting scheme as some attempt to help the environment.
The device corners being different from the screen corners is ugly IMO. It doesn't look right.
Really don't see the problem with plastic backs. I don't feel much of a difference and plastic makes the phone so much lighter. I don't need a heavy chunk of metal or glass on my pocket.
Plastic also makes the phone more durable. Which also goes to point that it doesn't really matter since most people just slap a case on it.
Apple just instituted that metal and glass are "premium materials" and everyone just followed it.
Pretty sure that 1440p+120hz, 888, 55w, 50w wireless and real stereo speakers at $649 WONT be normal in 2021 lmao.
When i tried the p40 pro earlier this year, same thing. The corners are so rounded that they actually cut into the keyboard slightly, bloody awful design
Any word yet on if the Mi 11 will support more 4G/5G bands in the USA than usual Xiaomi phones?
Anyone else remember like 6 years ago, when "midrange" cost $150-300? Miss those days.
I love mkbhd but stop staying "we'd pay a small price to get the charger with the phone". no. that shit should come in the box 100% of the time. and don't get me started with "e-waste". I literally have every single charger and charging cable (that hasn't ripped) since my Nexus 6P. it has nothing to do with e waste, they're trying to make an extra buck on thousand dollar phones. pathetic
edit: I'm really salty bec every year ever since after the first OnePlus phone I got, I've had to pay more for less
This mf says we're okay paying extra for charger. Stand in the consumer's shoes when reviewing stuff smh.
